The invention relates to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, in particular to a rapier loom with a tension stabilizing device.
Background
The rapier loom is the most widely used shuttleless loom at present, and as shown in fig. 1, the rapier loom generally comprises a frame, and a let-off mechanism, a shedding mechanism, a rapier type weft receiving and inserting mechanism, a beating-up mechanism, a winding mechanism and the like which are mounted on the frame. Let-off mechanism is used for carrying warp, and shedding mechanism is used for carrying out position control in order forming a mouthful to warp, rapier type connects wefting insertion mechanism to be used for accomplishing the weft at a mouthful of weaving and send and receive, beating-up mechanism is used for beating into a mouthful with weft, winding mechanism is used for rolling the cloth that will make the formation. Besides the characteristics of high speed, high automation degree and high efficiency production of the shuttleless loom, the positive weft insertion mode has strong variety adaptability and can adapt to weft insertion of various yarns, and the rapier loom also has obvious advantages in the aspect of multicolor weft weaving and can produce yarn-dyed products of 16-color weft yarns. With shuttleless looms replacing shuttle looms, rapier looms will become the main production machine for woven fabrics. However, the conventional rapier loom still has some defects in use and should be improved, which mainly includes the following aspects.
A weft receiving and inserting mechanism of a rapier loom generally includes, as shown in FIG. 2, a bobbin (i.e., a weft creel), a weft accumulator, a tension adjuster, a weft inserter, a weft receiver, and the like. The weft insertion device and the weft receiving device act under the drive of the conjugate cam rapier conveying mechanism, the power input end of the conjugate cam rapier conveying mechanism is connected with the power output end of the driving device, and weft insertion is achieved under the drive of the driving device. However, different weft yarns have great differences due to the characteristics of the yarns, such as: thickness, elasticity, hairiness, etc., often require rapier looms with different weaving speeds in order to achieve optimal characteristic matching. Therefore, the adjustment of the motion speed of the weft splicer and the weft insertion device is very important, and especially the stepless adjustment of the motion speed is important.
Secondly, when the existing rapier loom weft receiving and inserting mechanism is used, the tension of the weft needs to be adjusted according to the weft with different characteristics, and the optimal weaving effect is achieved. Although the tension of the weft thread can be controlled and adjusted by adopting the steel sheet clamp of the tensioner in the prior art, when the weft thread passes through the clamping opening of the steel sheet clamp of the tensioner, the friction between the weft thread and the steel sheet clamp of the tensioner is large, and the weft thread is easily damaged. Meanwhile, when the steel sheet clamp of the tensioner is used for tension adjustment, manual adjustment is adopted, the adjustment precision completely depends on the technical level of workers, and as the service life is longer and longer, the hairiness, the flying and the like at the clamping opening also need to be regularly cleaned and maintained, so that the operation is complex.
Third, current rapier weaving machine, yarn weaving shaping is cloth after, still need to be maintained and the banding through subsequent bag sealer to cloth, and this just needs to increase the stroke of a rethreading and rolling, very big reduction machining efficiency. If can weave before accomplishing the rolling after the rapier weaving machine, directly accomplish the repairment and the banding of cloth, the efficiency of weaving of improvement cloth that will be can be great. Meanwhile, for cloth with different widths, the cloth finishing machine also has stepless adjusting performance suitable for different widths during finishing.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a rapier loom with a tension stabilizing device, like a conventional rapier loom, also includes a frame, and a let-off mechanism, a shedding mechanism, a rapier type weft receiving and inserting mechanism, a beating-up mechanism and a winding mechanism provided on the frame. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 2, the rapier weft receiving and inserting mechanism also comprises a bobbin, a weft accumulator, a tension regulator, a weft inserter and the like, and is used for receiving and inserting weft yarns. In view of a series of problems of the conventional rapier loom, the present invention aims to improve the conventional rapier loom from three aspects so as to obtain better overall performance.
First, in view of the first aspect, the conventional rapier loom has a large difference in weft insertion speed for different weft yarns due to a large difference in weft characteristics, and the weft insertion speed of the rapier loom needs to be adjusted in order to improve the versatility of the rapier loom. Therefore, the weft insertion device and the weft receiving device are driven by a conjugate cam rapier conveying mechanism, and the power input end of the conjugate cam rapier conveying mechanism is in transmission connection with the power output end of the driving device. The action speed of the conjugate cam rapier-conveying mechanism is changed through the driving device, and then the weft receiving and inserting speed is changed. As shown in fig. 3, the driving device of the present invention includes an installation box 1, a stepless transmission mechanism is disposed in the installation box 1, the stepless transmission mechanism includes a driving wheel 2 and a driven wheel 3 which are arranged side by side, and the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3 are in transmission connection through a belt 4. The power output rotating speed of the driving device is adjusted by changing the transmission ratio between the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each of the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3 includes an outer cylinder 5, one end of the outer cylinder 5 is closed, and a rotating rod 6 extending axially along the outer cylinder 5 is fixedly disposed on an end surface of the closed end. The dwang 6 and the driving motor 7 of action wheel 2 are connected, the dwang 6 and the power take off shaft 8 of follow driving wheel 3 are connected. The outer wall of the installation box 1, which is close to one side of the driving wheel 2, is provided with an installation notch 21, and the driving motor 7 is fixed in the installation notch 21 and used for outputting power to the driving wheel 2. Of course, in order to improve the stability of the rotating rod 6, the rotating rod 6 can be further sleeved with a stabilizing bearing 22, and the stabilizing bearing 22 is installed in the installation box 1 through a bearing seat.
As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of guide sleeves 9 extending along the radial direction of the outer cylinder 5 are uniformly arranged on the circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 5, and an adjusting rod 10 matched with the guide sleeves 9 is inserted in the guide sleeves 9. The guide sleeve 9 is slidably fitted to the adjusting lever 10, so that the adjusting lever 10 is guided. As shown in fig. 7, a transverse contact round bar 11 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the adjusting rod 10, and the belt 4 is wound on the contact round bar 11 of the driven wheel 3 and the driving wheel 2. Regarding the specific installation mode of the contact round bar 11, as shown in fig. 8, the outer end of the adjusting bar 10 is provided with a U-shaped fixing frame 23, and a reinforcing plate 28 is arranged between the side wall of the end of the adjusting bar 10 and the fixing frame 23, so that the adjusting bar has better connection strength. The contact round rod 11 comprises a rod body, end discs arranged at two ends of the rod body, and an insertion shaft arranged on the end discs. The insertion shafts penetrate through two side walls of the fixed frame 23 and are locked with the fixed frame 23 through fastening caps. The distance between the end plates is matched with the width of the belt 4, and the belt 4 is wound on the rod body arranged between the end plates. Of course, the contact rod 11 may be directly welded or fixed to the outer end of the adjusting rod 10 by other means.
As shown in fig. 7, the inner end of the adjusting rod 10 is provided with a transverse sliding pin 12, as shown in fig. 6, the inner portion of the outer cylinder 5 is further provided with an adjusting disc 13, the adjusting disc 13 is uniformly provided with a plurality of arc-shaped adjusting holes 14, the adjusting holes 14 extend from the position of the adjusting disc 13 close to the center to the position of the adjusting disc 13 close to the edge, and the sliding pin 12 is matched with the adjusting holes 14 and penetrates through the adjusting holes 14. By changing the position of the sliding pin 12 in the adjustment hole 14, the overall extension of the adjustment lever 10 relative to the outer ring 5 is changed. Of course, in order to ensure the smooth sliding of the sliding pin 12, it is preferable that the sliding pin 12 is rotatably mounted on the adjustment lever 10 and is in rolling-sliding engagement with the adjustment hole 14.
As shown in fig. 3, an adjusting shaft 15 is coaxially disposed on the disk surface of the adjusting disk 13, and the adjusting shaft 15 is used for driving the adjusting disk 13 to rotate. The inner side wall of the installation box 1, which is opposite to the adjusting disc 13, is provided with a rotating disc 16, the rotating disc 16 is provided with an adjusting motor 17, the rotating disc 16 does not influence the integral rotation of the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3, the installation stability of the adjusting motor 17 can be improved, the main body of the adjusting motor 17 is fixedly connected with the outer barrel 5 through a short rod 18 to form relative fixation with the outer barrel 5, and the output end of the adjusting motor 17 faces the adjusting shaft 15 and is connected with the adjusting shaft 15. The adjusting motor 17 is started, and can drive the adjusting shaft 15 and the adjusting disk 13 to rotate in sequence.
In the using process of the invention, the power output shaft 8 is responsible for outputting power, and the invention realizes the adjustment of the running speed of the conjugate cam rapier-conveying mechanism driven by the power output shaft 8 through the stepless adjustment of the rotating speed of the power output shaft 8. When the speed needs to be adjusted, the adjusting motor 7 can be used for driving the adjusting disc 13 to rotate, in the rotating process of the adjusting disc 13, the adjusting hole 14 on the adjusting disc rotates along with the adjusting disc, the sliding pin 12 at the lower end of the adjusting rod 10 is driven to slide in the adjusting hole 14, the adjusting rod 10 is driven to change the extending length relative to the outer cylinder 5, and finally the radial size adjustment of the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3 is achieved. Since the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3 are actually in transmission connection through the belt 4 covering the contact round rod 11 at the outer edges of the driving wheel and the driven wheel, changing the position of the adjusting rod 10 relative to the outer cylinder 5 substantially changes the transmission ratio between the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3, and the state of changing the transmission ratio is shown in fig. 4 and 5. Thereby changing the rotating speed of the power output shaft connected with the rotating rod of the driven wheel. Compared with the traditional mode, the invention has the following advantages: 1. the stepless regulation of the power output speed is realized in the true sense, and the device can adapt to the weft receiving and inserting speeds of various wefts with different characteristics. 2. Simple structure, compact and reasonable layout, and greatly reduces the equipment cost on the premise of realizing the same function.
On the basis, in order to further improve the movement stability of the adjusting rod 10, a retaining ring 19 is arranged in the middle of the adjusting rod 10, a spiral fastening spring 20 is sleeved outside the adjusting rod 10 between the retaining ring 19 and the guide sleeve 9, and two ends of the fastening spring 20 are fixedly connected with the retaining ring 19 and the guide sleeve 9 respectively. The fastening spring 20 is always in a certain stretching state to drive the adjusting rod 10 to abut against the edge of the adjusting hole 14, so as to ensure that the adjusting rod 10 does not vibrate.
In view of the strength of the conventional belt 4 and the prevention of the slipping of the belt 4, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the middle portion of the belt 4 according to the present invention is provided with an inner protrusion 24 along the length direction of the belt 4, the cross section of the inner protrusion 24 is curved, and the top end of the curve is provided with an inner protrusion 25. The middle section of the rod body is provided with an annular groove 26 matched with the inner convex part 24 and the inner convex strip 25 on the belt 4, and the inner convex part 24 and the inner convex strip 25 of the belt 4 are both positioned in the annular groove 26 on the rod body. By increasing the contact area of the belt 4 with the contact round bar 11, the belt 4 is prevented from slipping. On the basis, in order to improve the structural strength of the belt 4, the belt 4 of the present invention may also be composed of two layers of belt bodies, and the two layers of belt bodies are connected with each other through a plurality of V-shaped connecting strips 27.
Secondly, from a second aspect, since different weft yarns have certain differences in their characteristics, the tension of the weft yarns should be specifically matched according to the characteristics of the weft yarns when the weft yarns are inserted. The conventional weft yarn tension regulator adopts steel clamping pieces, which have high abrasion on weft yarns, are easy to cause the abrasion of the weft yarns and need frequent maintenance, and the invention is based on the fundamental improvement of the conventional tension regulator, and as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the tension regulator comprises a shell 29, and a tension regulating mechanism is arranged in the shell 29. The tension adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting cone 30 and a fixed seat 31 fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the top of the shell 29, and a guide rod 32 extending along the upward direction is arranged on the fixed seat 31. The center of the adjusting cone 30 is provided with a center hole penetrating through the adjusting cone 30, and the adjusting cone 30 is sleeved outside the guide rod 32 through the center hole to form stable guiding movement along the up-down direction.
The center hole is composed of an upper mounting section and a lower guide section, and the guide section is matched with the guide rod 32 and mainly plays a role in guiding. The mounting section is slightly larger in size and used for mounting the return spring 33, namely the return spring 33 is arranged in the mounting section, and two ends of the return spring 33 are respectively contacted with the inner walls of two ends of the mounting section. A pair of yarn holes 34 for weft yarns to pass through are symmetrically arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the shell 29. The yarn hole 34 is used for guiding the entering and exiting of weft yarns, a ceramic layer is usually arranged on the hole wall of the yarn hole to improve the wear resistance of the yarn hole, and a ceramic rotating ring 37 is arranged in the yarn hole 34 to improve the wear resistance of the yarn hole and convert part of friction force into the rotation of the ceramic rotating ring 37 to reduce friction and damage of the weft yarns.
The bottom of the housing 29 is provided with a lifting drive assembly for driving the downward movement of the adjustment cone 30. The lifting driving assembly is used for driving the adjusting cone 30 to move downwards, and the upward movement of the adjusting cone 30 is directly driven by the return spring 33. The specific structure of the lifting driving assembly is more, for example: the lifting driving assembly can be a linear motor and an air cylinder, and the actuating end of the air cylinder is connected with the adjusting cone 30, or as shown in the figure, the lifting driving assembly comprises an electromagnet 35 fixedly arranged at the bottom in the shell 29 and a permanent magnet 36 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the adjusting cone 30. The electromagnet 35 comprises a control box and an electromagnet 35 body arranged on the top of the control box. The permanent magnet 36 is preferably annular to avoid obstruction of the central bore.
Regarding the installation of the return spring 33, the adjusting cone 30 of the present invention is provided with a sealing cover 38 at the top, and the installation section is provided with a connection cavity at the top, and the inner wall of the connection cavity is provided with an internal thread. The outer peripheral surface of the cover 38 is provided with an external thread matching the internal thread. The assembly and maintenance of the return spring 33 can be rapidly carried out by removing the sealing cover 38, and the use is very convenient. Regarding the integral installation of the housing 29, the tension regulator of the present invention is provided with connecting edges 39 on both sides of the bottom of the housing 29, and the connecting edges 39 are provided with connecting holes and adapted with connecting bolts.
In use of the tension adjuster of the invention, the weft yarn passes through the yarn hole 34 into the housing 29 and bypasses the side wall of the adjusting cone 30. Since the adjusting cones 30 have different size dimensions in the length direction, the present invention provides different tension to the weft yarn by changing the contact position of the adjusting cones 30 with the weft yarn. Of course, since the adjustment cone 30 is not moved over a large distance, which would increase the overall volume of the tension adjuster, the yarn holes 34 according to the invention are provided in three pairs, and the three pairs of yarn holes 34 are distributed uniformly along the length of the adjustment cone 30 on the side wall of the housing 29. One of the yarn openings 34 corresponding to a substantial tension range can be selected directly for threading during weft installation. In order to realize real-time online detection of the tension, a plurality of tension sensors 40 are further arranged on the outer side wall on the right side of the shell 29, and the tension sensors 40 correspond to the yarn holes 34 one by one.
During adjustment, the lifting driving component drives the adjusting cone 30 to move up and down, different positions of the adjusting cone 30 are in contact with weft yarns in the up-and-down moving process, and due to the fact that the radiuses of the different positions of the adjusting cone 30 are different, the adjusting cone can support the weft yarns in different sizes, and tension of the weft yarns is changed. Compared with the traditional mode, the tension regulator has the advantages of small damage to weft yarns, high regulation response speed and convenience and rapidness in use.
Again, from a third aspect, the existing rapier looms do not have the function of trimming, which reduces the overall weaving efficiency. As shown in fig. 13-15, a trimming and edge-sealing mechanism is further disposed on the rack on the front side of the winding mechanism, the trimming and edge-sealing device includes a beam 41, a sliding groove 42 extending along the length direction of the beam 41 is disposed at the bottom of the beam 41, a lead screw 43 is disposed in the sliding groove 42, and a driving gear 44 is disposed at the middle section of the lead screw 43 and is in transmission connection with a trimming motor 45 through the driving gear 44. The two sections of screw rods 43 on the two sides of the driving gear 44 have opposite thread directions, and the two sections of screw rods 43 are both sleeved with sliding blocks 46 matched with the sliding grooves 42, and the sliding blocks 46 are in threaded connection with the screw rods 43. The bottom of each sliding block 46 is provided with a laser cutting head 47, and the emitting end of the laser cutting head 47 faces downwards.
In the use process of the invention, after the cloth is initially formed, the cloth passes through the trimming and edge sealing mechanism, the laser cutting head 47 on the trimming and edge sealing mechanism directly cuts the edge of the cloth, and meanwhile, the laser cutting head 47 can simultaneously finish edge sealing of the cloth due to hot cutting. In addition, for cloth with different widths, the trimming motor 45 of the edge trimming and sealing mechanism is started to drive the screw rod 43 to rotate continuously, and because the thread directions of the two ends of the screw rod 43 are opposite, the screw rod can synchronously drive the two sliding blocks 46 to be far away from or close to each other in the rotating process, so that the laser cutting heads 47 on the screw rod can be driven to be far away from or close to each other, and the cloth with different widths is suitable.
Of course, in order to prevent the laser cutting head 47 from damaging other components, a protection plate 48 is further disposed below the beam 41 according to the present invention. The protective plate 48 is a graphite carbon plate. The graphite carbon plates are preferably in the form of arc-shaped channels as shown in fig. 15. And the function of receiving leftover materials of cloth can be achieved.
