This embodiment is different from embodiment 5 in that:

The selenium-rich ferment beer disclosed by the invention is rich in plant active selenium besides rich nutrient components such as rye, wheat, corn, rice and grains, and can be scientifically taken by a human body, so that the product has better effects of resisting anxiety, autoimmune diseases, nervous system diseases and intestinal diseases; meanwhile, the biological activity of the human body can be obviously improved, the medicine has special curative effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and has good health care effect on insomnia, neurasthenia and endocrine dyscrasia.
In addition, the raw material contains konjak powder, konjak is a natural high-fiber food, and the konjak glucomannan serving as the main component of the konjak powder is not digested in the stomach after being eaten, can effectively adsorb cholesterol and bile acid, and can inhibit the absorption of the cholesterol and the bile acid by intestinal tracts.
