The invention relates to a waterway structure for providing pure water for a raw water side of an RO (reverse osmosis) membrane filter element, which comprises a pure water bottle structure, an RO membrane filter element, a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve, wherein the RO membrane filter element is arranged in the pure water bottle structure; the pure water bottle structure comprises a bottle body, a water flow channel and a water outlet flow channel, wherein a water containing cavity is arranged in the bottle body; a water gap at one end of the water flow channel extends into the bottom of the water containing cavity and is communicated with the water containing cavity; the water inlet of the water outlet flow passage is communicated with the water containing cavity, and the water outlet of the water outlet flow passage is communicated with the outside; the pure water outlet of the RO membrane filter element is communicated with the water inlet of the first one-way valve, the water outlet of the first one-way valve is respectively communicated with the water inlet of the second one-way valve and the water outlet of the other end of the water flow channel, and the water outlet of the second one-way valve is communicated with the water inlet of the RO membrane filter element. Technical Field
The invention relates to a waterway structure for providing pure water for the raw water side of an RO membrane filter element.
Background
At present, in current domestic Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nanofiltration (NF) water purifier, RO/NF filter core is the pellicle, and the TDS value of former water side can be high, and the TDS value of pure water side can be low. When the device works, water on the raw water side with a high TDS value enters the pure water side with a low TDS value in a reverse osmosis mode through pressurizing on the raw water side; the raw water side pressure is reduced when the machine is stopped, and the TDS value of the pure water side is slowly increased under the condition of permeation; after a period of shutdown, the TDS value on the pure water side will become much higher than during normal operation. When the user used water once more, the TDS value of the first cup of water is higher than the TDS of normal effluent a lot, has influenced filter effect and quality of water, influences user experience and feels. And because the TDS value of the raw water side is too high, crystallization and scaling can be caused, the RO membrane is blocked, and the service life of the membrane is influenced.
Aiming at the problems, filter elements capable of providing pure water for washing are available on the market, but the filter elements are complex in structure and high in manufacturing cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the water channel structure for providing pure water for the raw water side of the RO membrane filter element, the structure is simple and compact, the pure water is provided for the raw water side of the RO membrane filter element, the TDS value of the raw water side is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

the RO membrane filter element, the first one-way valve and the second one-way valve; and the pure water outlet of the RO membrane filter element is communicated with the water inlet of the first one-way valve, the water outlet of the first one-way valve is respectively communicated with the water inlet of the second one-way valve and the water outlet at the other end of the water flow channel, and the water outlet of the second one-way valve is communicated with the water inlet of the RO membrane filter element.
In the technical scheme, the bottle body comprises an upper cover and a pure water barrel, the upper cover covers an upper opening of the pure water barrel and is in sealing fit with the upper opening to form a water containing cavity, the water inlet flow channel penetrates through the upper cover, and the water outlet flow channel penetrates through the upper cover.

the RO membrane filter element, the first one-way valve and the third one-way valve; and the pure water outlet of the RO membrane filter element is communicated with the water inlet of the first one-way valve, the water outlet of the first one-way valve is communicated with the water port at the other end of the water flow passage, the water outlet of the water flow passage is communicated with the water inlet of the third one-way valve, and the water outlet of the third one-way valve is communicated with the water inlet of the RO membrane filter element.
In the technical scheme, the bottle body comprises an upper cover and a pure water barrel, the upper cover covers an upper opening of the pure water barrel and is in sealing fit with the upper opening to form a water containing cavity, the water inlet flow channel penetrates through the upper cover, and the water outlet flow channel penetrates through the upper cover.

a pure water bottle structure; the pure water bottle structure comprises a bottle body, a water flow channel 1 and a water outlet flow channel 3, wherein a water containing cavity 41 is arranged in the bottle body; a water gap at one end of the water channel 1 extends into the bottom of the water containing cavity 41 and is communicated with the water containing cavity 41; the water inlet of the water outlet flow channel 3 is communicated with the water containing cavity 41, and the water outlet of the water outlet flow channel 3 is communicated with the outside; and
an RO membrane filter element 5, a first one-way valve 6 and a second one-way valve 7; the pure water outlet of the RO membrane filter element 5 is communicated with the water inlet of the first one-way valve 6, the water outlet of the first one-way valve 6 is respectively communicated with the water inlet of the second one-way valve 7 and the water outlet at the other end of the water flow channel 1, and the water outlet of the second one-way valve 7 is communicated with the water inlet of the RO membrane filter element 5.
When the water purifier works, pure water filtered by the RO membrane filter element 5 enters the water inlet flow channel 1, and when the liquid level in the water containing cavity 41 is higher than the water inlet of the water outlet flow channel 3 or a water tap is closed, air cannot be discharged and is trapped in the water containing inner cavity 41; the pure water continuously enters, the liquid level of the water containing inner cavity 41 continuously rises, air is compressed, and the air pressure in the water containing inner cavity 41 is increased along with the air pressure until the pressure reaches a set value; after the machine is stopped, the pure water in the water containing inner cavity 41 and the compressed air reversely push the pure water to enter the water flow channel 1, the pure water of the water flow channel 1 washes the RO membrane filter element 5 after passing through the second one-way valve 7, and the TDS value of the raw water side of the RO membrane filter element 5 is reduced.
In this embodiment, the bottle body comprises an upper cover 2 and a pure water barrel 4, the upper cover 2 covers an upper opening of the pure water barrel 4 and is in sealing fit with the upper opening to form a water containing cavity 41, the water inlet channel 1 penetrates through the upper cover 2, and the water outlet channel 3 penetrates through the upper cover 2.

an RO membrane filter element 5, a first one-way valve 6 and a third one-way valve 8; the pure water outlet of the RO membrane filter element 5 is communicated with the water inlet of the first one-way valve 6, the water outlet of the first one-way valve 6 is communicated with the water port at the other end of the water flow channel 1, the water outlet of the water flow channel 3 is communicated with the water inlet of the third one-way valve 8, and the water outlet of the third one-way valve 8 is communicated with the water inlet of the RO membrane filter element 5.
When the RO membrane filter element works, pure water filtered by the RO membrane filter element 5 enters the water flow channel 1, and when the liquid level in the water containing cavity 41 is higher than the water outlet of the water outlet flow channel 3, air cannot be discharged and is trapped in the water containing cavity 41; the pure water continuously enters, the liquid level of the water containing inner cavity 41 continuously rises, air is compressed, and the air pressure in the water containing inner cavity 41 is increased along with the air pressure until the pressure reaches a set value; after shutting down, hold the pure water in the water inner chamber 41, during compressed air reverse-thrust pure water got into outlet flow channel 3, outlet flow channel 3's pure water washed the 5 cores of RO membrane filter behind third check valve 8, reduced the TDS value of the 5 former water sides of RO membrane filter core.
