The waterproof sealing device for the exhaust pipe chimney roof provided by the embodiment is used for sealing the exhaust pipe 100 which penetrates through the upper opening 210 of the chimney roof 200, and comprises an upper sealing cover ring 110 and a lower sealing cover ring 120 which are arranged up and down and are respectively connected with the exhaust pipe 100 and the chimney roof 200, the bottom of the upper sealing cover ring 110 and the top of the lower sealing cover ring 120 are respectively connected with an outer sealing cover tube 140 and an inner sealing cover tube 130 which are arranged inside and outside and are coaxially arranged with the exhaust pipe 100, so that rainwater is shielded by the upper sealing cover ring 110 and the outer sealing cover tube 140 connected with the bottom of the upper sealing cover ring 110, rainwater is prevented from accumulating at the exhaust pipe 100 to cause corrosion, accumulated water on the deck is prevented from being blocked by the lower sealing cover ring 120 and the inner sealing cover tube 130 connected with the top of the lower sealing cover ring 120, and the exhaust pipe 100 is prevented from being contacted with the corrosion on the deck for a long time.
