Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1-3, the driving part 201 includes a driving motor 210 and a deceleration assembly 220, an input end of the deceleration assembly 220 is connected to the driving motor 210, and an output end of the deceleration assembly 220 is connected to a driving gear 230. Therefore, the output rotating speed of the driving motor 210 can be reduced by the speed reducing assembly 220, so that the driving part 201 is matched with the rotating disc 300, and the driving effect of the driving part 201 on the rotating disc 300 is improved.
Further, one of the two driving motors 210 is a horizontal driving motor that drives the driving gear 230 oriented in the horizontal direction to rotate, and the other is a vertical driving motor that is oriented in the vertical direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the speed reduction assembly 220 includes a first-stage worm 221, a second-stage worm 222, and a mating gear 223, and the first-stage worm 221 is connected to the driving motor 210 to be driven to rotate by the driving motor 210. The secondary worm 222 cooperates with the primary worm 221 to be driven in rotation by the primary worm 221. The matching gear 223 is matched with the second-stage worm 222 to be driven by the second-stage worm 222 to rotate, the diameter of the matching gear 223 is smaller than that of the driving gear 230, and the matching gear 223 and the driving gear 230 are coaxially arranged to drive the driving gear 230 to rotate. Therefore, the transmission direction of the driving part 201 can be changed, the driving part 201 can be flexibly arranged, and the driving motor 210 and the driving gear 230 can achieve a larger reduction ratio conveniently, so that the display terminal 2 can rotate at a slower speed conveniently, and a user can conveniently adjust the angle of the display terminal 2.
Further, the reduction ratio between the driving motor 210 and the driving gear 230 is 3000-.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, each of the first-stage worm 221 and the second-stage worm 222 includes a sub-worm 2211 and a sub-worm 2212, the motor shaft 211 of the driving motor 210 has a meshing thread 212, the sub-worm 2211 and the sub-worm 2212 are fixedly connected, the sub-worm 2211 of the first-stage worm 221 meshes with the motor shaft 211 of the driving motor 210, the sub-worm 2212 of the first-stage worm 221 meshes with the sub-worm 2211 of the second-stage worm 222, the sub-worm 2212 of the second-stage worm 222 meshes with the mating gear 223, and the mating gear 223 is coaxially disposed with the driving gear 230 to drive the driving gear 230 to rotate.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the actuator 1 of the display terminal further includes a safety device, the safety device is connected to the driving part 201, and the safety device controls the driving part 201 to stop operating when the safety device detects a shutdown condition. It should be understood that the stop condition includes conditions such as external resistance encountered during the movement of the display terminal 2 after the display terminal 2 is rotated into position. Therefore, the driving part 201 can be protected, damage caused by overlarge stress of the driving part 201 is avoided, and the safety device can be utilized to limit the rotation of the display terminal 2. Meanwhile, the user can be prevented from being injured by the actuator 1 in the rotating process, and the use safety of the actuator 1 is improved conveniently.
Specifically, the driving component 201 includes a motor, the safety device is a current limiting circuit board, and when the current limiting circuit board detects that the current of the motor exceeds a set threshold, the current limiting circuit board powers off the motor. Not only can be right like this the motor is protected, avoids the motor atress is too big and causes the damage, can utilize moreover the current-limiting circuit board is right the motor is controlled to it is spacing to rotate display terminal 2.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 18, the actuator 1 of the display terminal further includes a prompting device 600, the prompting device 600 is connected to the safety device, and when the safety device detects a shutdown condition, the prompting device 600 sends a prompting signal. Therefore, the prompting device 600 can be used for reminding the user that the display terminal 2 of the user is rotated in place, and can remind the user that the executing mechanism 1 of the user is subjected to external resistance, so that the user can check the executing mechanism 1 conveniently, and the use comfort of the user is improved conveniently.
Further, the prompting device 600 may be an LED lamp or a voice prompting device.
The operation of the actuator 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
When the display terminal 2 needs to be rotated in the horizontal direction, the horizontal driving motor 210 drives the first-stage worm 221 meshed with the horizontal driving motor to rotate, the first-stage worm 221 drives the second-stage worm 222 meshed with the first-stage worm 221 to rotate, the second-stage worm 222 drives the matching gear 223 meshed with the second-stage worm to rotate, the matching gear 223 drives the driving gear 230 oriented in the horizontal direction to rotate, the driving gear 230 drives the rotating disc 300 to rotate, and the rotating disc 300 drives the mounting bracket 400 to synchronously rotate so as to realize rotation adjustment of the display terminal 2 fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 400 in the horizontal direction.
When the display terminal 2 needs to be rotated in the vertical direction, the vertical driving motor 210 drives the first-stage worm 221 meshed with the vertical driving motor to rotate, the first-stage worm 221 drives the second-stage worm 222 meshed with the first-stage worm 221 to rotate, the second-stage worm 222 drives the matching gear 223 meshed with the second-stage worm to rotate, the matching gear 223 drives the driving gear 230 oriented in the vertical direction to rotate, the driving gear 230 drives the rotating disc 300 to rotate, and the rotating disc 300 drives the mounting bracket 400 to synchronously rotate so as to achieve rotation adjustment of the display terminal 2 fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 400 in the vertical direction.
When the display terminal 2 needs to be compositely rotated in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the horizontal driving motor 210 and the vertical driving motor 210 respectively drive the first-stage worm 221 meshed with the first-stage worm 221 to rotate, the first-stage worm 221 drives the second-stage worm 222 meshed with the first-stage worm to rotate, the second-stage worm 222 drives the matching gear 223 meshed with the second-stage worm to rotate, the matching gear 223 respectively drives the driving gear 230 oriented in the horizontal direction and the driving gear 230 oriented in the vertical direction to rotate, the driving gear 230 jointly drives the rotating disc 300 to rotate, and the rotating disc 300 drives the mounting bracket 400 to synchronously rotate so as to realize compositely rotating adjustment of the display terminal 2 fixedly connected to the.
The assembly process of the actuator 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
First, the drive motor 210, the primary worm 221, the secondary worm 222, the mating gear 223, and the drive gear 230 in one drive assembly 200 are assembled into the movement case 110 in this order. Then, the drive motor 210, the primary worm 221, the secondary worm 222, the mating gear 223, and the drive gear 230 in the other drive assembly 200 are assembled into the movement case 110 in this order. Then, the movement cover 120 is mounted on the movement housing 110 and fixed by screws, the assembled casing 100 is mounted in the rotating disc 300, the positioning piece 410 is mounted in the matching groove 121 of the movement cover 120, the mounting bracket 400 is mounted on the rotating disc 300, the elastic piece 520 is mounted in the mounting hole 402 of the mounting bracket 400, the fixed connecting piece 510 penetrates through the elastic piece 520, the movement cover 120, the positioning piece 410 and the movement housing 110 and is fixed on the fixed column 310 of the rotating disc 300, the movement housing 110 is fixed on the fixed bracket 530 by screws, and the display terminal 2 is fixed on the mounting bracket 400 by screws.
A vehicle 1000 according to an embodiment of the invention is described below. The vehicle 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the display terminal comprises a display terminal and an actuating mechanism, wherein the actuating mechanism is an actuating mechanism 1 of the display terminal according to the embodiment of the invention, the actuating mechanism is installed on a vehicle body 3 of the vehicle 1000, and a display terminal 2 is installed on a mounting bracket 400.
According to the vehicle 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, by using the actuator 1 of the display terminal according to the above-mentioned embodiment of the invention, the actuator 1 has the advantages of good adjusting effect, convenient use and the like.
Other configurations and operations of the vehicle 1000 according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (18)
1. An actuator of a display terminal, comprising:
the device comprises a shell, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, wherein an extension port is arranged on the shell;
the driving component is arranged in the machine shell and comprises a driving part and a driving gear, the driving part is connected with the driving gear to drive the driving gear to rotate, and at least one part of the driving gear extends out of the machine shell through the extending-out opening;
the rotating disc is covered outside the shell, meshing teeth are arranged on the inner wall of the rotating disc, and the driving gear is matched with the meshing teeth to drive the rotating disc to rotate;
and the mounting bracket is used for mounting the display terminal and is fixed on the rotating disk to synchronously rotate with the rotating disk.
2. The actuator of a display terminal according to claim 1, wherein the number of the driving assemblies is two, two driving assemblies are spaced apart from each other in the housing, an included angle is formed between the central rotation axes of the driving gears of the two driving assemblies, a portion of each driving gear extends out of the housing, and the inner peripheral wall of the rotating disk is provided with the engaging teeth engaged with the inner peripheral wall at a position corresponding to each driving gear.
3. The actuator of a display terminal according to claim 2, wherein the rotation central axes of the driving gears of the two driving assemblies are vertically disposed.
4. The actuator of a display terminal according to claim 1, wherein the housing comprises:
the mechanism comprises a mechanism shell, a driving component and a driving component, wherein one side of the mechanism shell is open, the extension port is arranged on the mechanism shell, and the driving component is arranged in the mechanism shell;
a cartridge cover disposed at an open side of the cartridge case.
5. The actuator of a display terminal according to claim 4, wherein the mounting bracket is rotatably supported on the movement cover.
6. The actuator of a display terminal according to claim 5, wherein one of the mounting bracket and the movement cover is provided with a spherical engaging projection, and the other of the mounting bracket and the movement cover is provided with an engaging groove slidably engaged with the engaging projection.
7. The actuating mechanism of display terminal according to claim 6, further comprising a positioning member, wherein the positioning member is disposed between the engaging protrusion and the engaging groove, the positioning member is provided with one of a positioning rib and a positioning groove, the engaging protrusion and/or the inner wall of the engaging groove is provided with the other of the positioning rib and the positioning groove, and the positioning rib and the positioning groove are engaged to limit the rotation direction of the rotating disc.
8. The actuator of claim 7, wherein the number of the driving assemblies is two, an included angle is formed between the rotation central axes of the driving gears of the two driving assemblies, positioning ribs or positioning grooves are respectively arranged on the inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall of the positioning member, and each positioning rib and the corresponding positioning groove cooperate to define one rotation direction of the rotating disk.
9. The actuator of a display terminal according to claim 6, wherein the core cover is provided with the fitting groove, the mounting bracket is provided with the fitting protrusion, the fitting protrusion is provided with an assembling hole, and the inner wall of the rotating disk is provided with a fixing column;
the actuator further comprises:
a first end of the fixed connecting piece extends into the assembling hole, and the other end of the fixed connecting piece penetrates through the machine shell cover and the machine core shell and is fixed on the fixed column;
the elastic piece is arranged in the assembling hole, and two ends of the elastic piece are respectively abutted against the fixed connecting piece and the matching bulges.
10. The actuator of claim 9, wherein the elastic member is a spring and is externally fitted on the fixed connection member.
11. The executing structure of a display terminal according to claim 4, wherein an avoiding groove is provided on an inner wall of the movement cover, and a part of the driving gear protrudes into the avoiding groove.
12. The actuator of claim 1, further comprising a fixing bracket located outside the rotating plate, wherein the housing is provided with a supporting column passing through the rotating plate and fixed on the fixing bracket.
13. The actuator of a display terminal according to claim 1, wherein the driving part comprises:
a drive motor;
the input end of the speed reduction assembly is connected with the driving motor, and the output end of the speed reduction assembly is connected with the driving gear.
14. The actuator of a display terminal of claim 13, wherein the speed reduction assembly comprises:
the primary worm is connected with the driving motor so as to be driven by the driving motor to rotate;
the secondary worm is matched with the primary worm so as to be driven to rotate by the primary worm;
the cooperation gear, the cooperation gear with the cooperation of second grade worm with by second grade worm drive rotates, the diameter of cooperation gear is less than drive gear's diameter, the cooperation gear with drive gear coaxial setting is in order to drive gear rotates.
15. The actuator of any one of claims 1-14, further comprising a safety device coupled to the driving member, wherein the safety device controls the driving member to stop operating when a shutdown condition is detected.
16. The actuator of claim 15, wherein the driving component comprises a motor, the safety device is a current limiting circuit board, and the current limiting circuit board detects that the current of the motor exceeds a predetermined threshold, and the current limiting circuit board powers off the motor.
17. The actuator of a display terminal of claim 15, further comprising a prompting device, the prompting device being coupled to the safety device, the prompting device sending a reminder signal when the safety device detects a shutdown condition.
18. A vehicle, characterized by comprising:
a display terminal;
an actuator of a display terminal according to any of claims 1 to 17, the actuator being mounted on a body of a vehicle, the display terminal being mounted on the mounting bracket.
