The invention discloses a bolt-free integral hanger device, which comprises a bolt-free contact wire hanger wire clamp, a bolt-free carrier cable hanger wire clamp, a hanger wire, an upper short connecting wire and a lower short connecting wire, wherein: the wire body is respectively connected with an upper double-hole crimping pipe and a lower double-hole crimping pipe in a crimping manner at two ends of the wire body in a crimping manner, an upper short-wire crimping hole and a wire body upper crimping hole which are parallel are arranged on the upper double-hole crimping pipe along the length direction of the upper double-hole crimping pipe, a short-wire lower crimping hole and a wire body lower crimping hole which are parallel are arranged on the lower double-hole crimping pipe along the length direction of the upper double-hole crimping pipe, two ends of the wire body are respectively connected with the wire body upper crimping hole and the wire body lower crimping hole in a crimping manner, a ball head of the upper double-hole crimping pipe is matched with the inner wall of an integral hollow cylinder of the carrier cable hanger clamp, a ball head of the upper double-hole crimping pipe extends into the integral hollow cylinder of the carrier cable hanger clamp and is connected with the ball head of the lower double-hole crimping device, the upper end of the upper short-wire crimping wire is connected with the first short-wire crimping hole and the second short-wire crimping hole in a crimping manner, the ball head of the upper double-hole of the upper short-wire crimping wire is connected with the second short-wire crimping hole in the first short-wire crimping hole in a crimping manner, and the lower short-wire crimping hole is connected with the second short-wire crimping hole in a crimping manner.
The invention discloses a bolt-free integral hanger device, wherein a 1mm interval is arranged between an upper crimping hole of a hanger wire and an upper crimping hole of a short connecting wire, and a 1mm interval is arranged between a lower crimping hole of the hanger wire and the lower crimping hole of the short connecting wire.
The invention discloses a bolt-free integral hanger device, wherein a bolt-free contact wire hanger wire clamp and a bolt-free carrier cable hanger wire clamp are made of cast aluminum bronze, an upper double-hole pressure connecting pipe and a lower double-hole pressure connecting pipe are made of aluminum bronze, and the shapes of the upper double-hole pressure connecting pipe and the lower double-hole pressure connecting pipe are elliptical. The invention is different from the prior art in that the bolt-free integral hanger device comprises a bolt-free contact wire hanger wire clamp, a bolt-free carrier cable hanger wire clamp and a hanger wire, wherein the ball head of a lower double-hole pressure connecting pipe extends into and is rotationally connected with an integral hollow cylinder of the bolt-free contact wire hanger wire clamp, the ball head of an upper double-hole pressure connecting pipe extends into and is rotationally connected with an integral hollow cylinder of the bolt-free carrier cable hanger wire clamp, the ball heads of the upper double-hole pressure connecting pipe and the lower double-hole pressure connecting pipe can rotate in the hollow cylinder, the connection mode can ensure that the hanger wire is not bent when the contact wire or the carrier cable is deflected, the connection part of the hanger wire body and the upper double-hole pressure connecting pipe is not easy to break, the service life of the integral hanger device is prolonged, and the operation cost is low; when the device is installed, the bolt-free contact wire hanging string clamp can clamp the contact wire and the bolt-free carrier cable hanging string clamp can clamp the carrier cable without installing bolts, and the construction is rapid and convenient.
In the bolt-free integral string hanging device, the bolt-free contact line string hanging wire clamp and the bolt-free carrier cable string hanging wire clamp are respectively provided with the anti-loosening device and the threaded through hole for disassembly, the anti-loosening device can enable the two half string hanging wire clamps after clamping to be kept in a locking state, and the two half string hanging wire clamps after disassembly can be separated by matching the threaded through hole with the bolts and can be reused after separation.
In the bolt-free integral hanger device, an upper short connecting wire and a lower short connecting wire are arranged, so that an equipotential connection is formed between a ball head of an upper double-hole pressure connecting pipe and the inner wall of an integral hollow cylinder of a bolt-free messenger wire clamp, the ball head of the lower double-hole pressure connecting pipe and the inner wall of the integral hollow cylinder of the bolt-free contact wire hanger clamp also form an equipotential connection electrically, when the bolt-free integral hanger device is installed, the lower end of the upper short connecting wire is integrally connected with the messenger wire through the pressure connection of the upper double-hole pressure connecting pipe, the upper end of the upper short connecting wire penetrates from a first threading round hole or a second threading round hole and penetrates from the first threading round hole or the first threading round hole, and after the left half-string clamp of the messenger wire and the right half-string clamp of the messenger wire are mutually inserted, the first threading round hole is communicated with the second threading round hole and is not coaxial, the middle part of the clamping positioning device extrudes the upper short connecting wire into an ellipse, so that the upper short connecting wire is pressed, the same as the bolt-type electric wire is also formed, a pressure connection type electric contact is formed, and a perfect conductive channel is formed between the hanger wire and the hanger clamp, and the conductive reliability at the connection position is improved; likewise, the upper end of the lower short connecting wire is integrally connected with the hanging string in a crimping way through the lower double-hole crimping pipe, the lower end of the lower short connecting wire penetrates through the first threading round hole or the second threading round hole and penetrates out of the second threading round hole or the first threading round hole, after the left half hanging string clamp of the contact wire and the right half hanging string clamp of the contact wire are mutually inserted, the first threading round hole is communicated with the second threading round hole and are different from each other, the middle part of the positioning and clamping device extrudes the lower short connecting wire into an ellipse, so that the lower short connecting wire is compacted, crimping type electric contact like a bolt type electric connecting wire clamp is formed, a perfect conductive channel is formed between the hanging string and the contact wire hanging string clamp, and the conductive reliability of the connecting part is improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the screwless integrated hanger apparatus 1000 of the present invention comprises a hanger wire 300, a screwless contact wire hanger 100 and a screwless carrier wire hanger 200 rotatably connected to both ends of the hanger wire 300, an upper short wire 500 crimped between the screwless carrier wire hanger 200 and the upper double hole crimp tube 32 of the hanger wire 300, and a lower short wire 400 mounted between the screwless contact wire hanger 100 and the lower double hole crimp tube 33 of the hanger wire 300.
1,2, 5 To 8, 25 and 26, a bolt-free contact wire dropper wire clamp 100 consists of a detachable contact wire left half dropper wire clamp 1 and a contact wire right half dropper wire clamp 1', wherein the contact wire left half dropper wire clamp 1 and the contact wire right half dropper wire clamp 1' have the same structure and are inserted together by taking a vertical shaft as a symmetrical shaft through a positioning clamping device 11 and a locking device 12; the positioning and clamping device 11 and the anti-loose device 12 are positioned at the middle layers of the left half dropper clamp 1 body and the right half dropper clamp 1' body of the contact line. The positioning and clamping device 11 is composed of a first positioning and clamping pair 111 and a second positioning and clamping pair 112. The first positioning clamping pair 111 is composed of a first positioning pin 1111 and a first positioning groove 1111', wherein the first positioning pin 1111 transversely extends rightward from the contact line left half dropper clamp 1 body, the horizontal section of the first positioning pin 1111 is right trapezoid, the contact line right half dropper clamp 1' body is provided with the first positioning groove 1111', the first positioning groove 1111' is matched with the first positioning pin 1111, and after the first positioning pin 1111 is inserted into the first positioning groove 1111', a gap is reserved between the right end face of the first positioning pin 1111 and the right side wall of the first positioning groove 1111'. A second positioning pin 1121' with a right trapezoid horizontal section transversely extends leftwards from the contact line right half dropper clamp 1', a second positioning groove 1121 matched with the second positioning pin 1121' is arranged on the contact line left half dropper clamp 1, the second positioning pin 1121' and the second positioning groove 1121 form a second positioning and clamping pair 112, the side straight surface of the first positioning pin 1111 is parallel to the side straight surface of the second positioning pin 1121', and a gap is reserved.
As shown in fig. 5 to 16, 25, 26, the locking device 12 is composed of a first locking pair 121 and a second locking pair 122. A first upper straight rack 1211 is provided on the contact line left half hanger 1 body and on the right of the first positioning pin 1111, a first lower straight rack 1211 '(fig. 12) which mates with the first upper straight rack 1211 is provided on the right of the first positioning groove 1111' below the contact line right half hanger 1 'body, and the first upper straight rack 1211 and the first lower straight rack 1211' constitute the first locking pair 121. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, a second upper straight rack 1221' is disposed on the body of the contact line right half-hanger 1' and on the left side of the second positioning pin 1121', and as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, a second lower straight rack 1221 matching with the second upper straight rack 1221' is disposed under the body of the contact line left half-hanger 1 and on the left side of the second positioning slot 1121, and the second upper straight rack 1221' and the second lower straight rack 1221 constitute a second locking pair 122. The first upper rack 1211 is engaged with the first lower rack 1211', and the second upper rack 1221' is engaged with the second lower rack 1221. The tooth heights of the first upper rack plate 1211, the first lower rack plate 1211', the second upper rack plate 1221', and the second lower rack plate 1221 are each 0.5mm.
The plane in which the tooth tip of the first upper straight rack plate 1211 and the plane in which the tooth root of the first lower straight rack plate 1211' are located are flush with the bottom surface of the first positioning pin 1111; the plane in which the tooth tip of the second upper straight rack plate 1221 'is located, and the plane in which the tooth root of the second lower straight rack plate 1221 is located are flush with the bottom surface of the second positioning pin 1121'. The plane in which the tooth root of the first lower straight rack plate 1211' is located is flush with the bottom surface of the second positioning groove 1121; the plane in which the root of the second lower rack plate 1221 is located is flush with the bottom surface of the first detent 1111'.
As shown in fig. 1-4, 9 and 14, on the upper layer of the body of the left half string clamp 1 of the contact line and the right half string clamp 1' of the contact line, half hollow cylinders 131 and 131' are respectively arranged by taking the vertical axis of the body of the string clamp of the contact line as a symmetry axis, the two half hollow cylinders 131 and 131' are butted to form a whole hollow cylinder 13 (fig. 1), and the shape of the inner wall of the whole hollow cylinder 13 is matched with the shape of the sphere of the lower spherical pressure connection pipe 400 of the string 300 connected with the whole hollow cylinder 13. The lower layer of the body of the left half dropper clamp 1 of the contact line is provided with a clamping claw 141, the lower layer of the body of the right half dropper clamp 1' of the contact line is provided with a clamping claw 141', the two clamping claws are symmetrically arranged by taking the transverse axis of the body of the dropper clamp of the contact line as a symmetrical axis, and the two clamping claws 141 and 141' are respectively matched with a clamping groove 6001 (see figure 3) of the clamped contact line 600. As shown in fig. 8, a first threaded through hole 15 for disassembly is formed in the left end of the second positioning groove 1121 and the body of the left half dropper clamp 1 of the contact line, the position of the first threaded through hole 15 is aligned with the left end face of the second positioning pin 1121', a second threaded through hole 15' for disassembly is formed in the right end of the first positioning groove 1111' and the body of the right half dropper clamp 1' of the contact line, and the position of the second threaded through hole 15' is aligned with the right end face of the first positioning pin 1111.
As shown in fig. 9, 10, 25 and 26, the outer shape of the middle lower part of the contact wire dropper clamp body is a cuboid, the front side wall 16 is formed by inserting the side wall 161 of the second positioning groove 1121 connected with the contact wire left half dropper clamp 1 body and the side wall 161' of the contact wire right half dropper clamp 1' body matched with the front side wall, the rear side wall 17 is formed by inserting the side wall 171' of the first positioning groove 1111' connected with the contact wire right half dropper clamp 1' body and the side wall 171 of the contact wire left half dropper clamp 1 body matched with the rear side wall 17, the insertion end of the side wall 171' of the first positioning groove 1111' is semicircular, and the insertion end of the side wall 161 of the second positioning groove 1121 is semicircular.
As shown in fig. 26, the angle a formed by the side straight surface and the side inclined surface of the first positioning pin 1111 is 5 °, and the angle B formed by the side straight surface and the side inclined surface of the first positioning groove 1111' is 5 ° (not shown in the figure). The angle a between the side straight surface and the side inclined surface of the second positioning pin 1121' is 5 °, and the angle B between the side straight surface and the side inclined surface of the second positioning groove 1121 is 5 ° (not shown in the figure).
The left end face of the middle part of the contact line left half-string clamp 1 body and the right end face of the middle part of the contact line right half-string clamp 1' body are respectively provided with a first threading round hole 18 and a second threading round hole 18, the first threading round hole 18 and the second threading round hole 18' are respectively parallel to the first threaded through hole 15 and the second threaded through hole 15', the first threading round hole 18 is communicated with the second threading round hole 18' and is not coaxial with the second threading round hole 18' in the clamping state of the contact line left half-string clamp 1 and the contact line right half-string clamp 1', the distance between the axis of the first threading round hole 18 and the axis of the second threading round hole 18' is S, S is larger than 0, the axis of the first threading round hole 18 and the axis of the second threading round hole 18' are through holes, and the axis of the first threading round hole 18 and the axis of the second threading round hole 18' take the transverse axis of the contact line string clamp body as a symmetrical axis.
1-3, 17-22, 27 And 28, a bolt-free carrier cable dropper clamp 200 is composed of a detachable carrier cable left half dropper clamp 2 and a carrier cable right half dropper clamp 2', the carrier cable left half dropper clamp 2 and the carrier cable right half dropper clamp 2' are identical in structure, and are inserted together by using a clamping and positioning device 21 and a locking device 22 and taking a vertical shaft as a symmetrical shaft.
As shown in fig. 1-3, 17 to 19, 27, 28, the clamping and positioning device 21 and the anti-loosening device 22 of the bolt-less carrier cable hanger clamp 200 are located in the middle of the body of the carrier cable left half hanger clamp 2 and the body of the right half hanger clamp 2'. The clamping and positioning device 21 of the carrier cable dropper clamp 200 consists of a clamping and positioning pair I211 and a clamping and positioning pair II 212. The body of the left half hanger wire clamp 2 of the carrier cable transversely stretches out to the right to form a positioning pin one 2111 with a right trapezoid horizontal section, the body of the right half hanger wire clamp 2' of the carrier cable is provided with a positioning groove one 2111', and the positioning pin one 2111 and the positioning groove one 2111' are matched and form a clamping positioning pair one 211; the body of the right half hanger wire clamp 2 'of the carrier cable transversely extends to the left to form a positioning pin II 2121' with a right trapezoid horizontal section, a positioning groove II 2121 is formed in the body of the left half hanger wire clamp 2 of the carrier cable, and the positioning pin II 2121 and the positioning groove II 2121 are matched to form a clamping positioning pair II 212. The straight side surface of the first positioning pin 2111 is parallel to the straight side surface of the second positioning pin 2121' and a gap is reserved between the straight side surfaces.
As shown in fig. 17 to 22, 27 and 28, the locking device 22 of the screwless hanger wire clamp 200 is composed of a locking pair one 221 and a locking pair two 222, wherein the locking pair one 221 is composed of a lower straight rack one 2211 arranged on the right side of the first positioning pin 2111 and positioned on the left half hanger wire clamp 2 body of the messenger wire and an upper straight rack one 2211 'matched with the lower straight rack one 2211 and positioned on the right side of the positioning groove one 2111' and positioned on the right half hanger wire clamp 2 body of the messenger wire, and the locking pair two 222 is composed of a lower straight rack two 2221 'positioned on the right half hanger wire clamp 2' and positioned on the left side of the positioning groove two 2121 and an upper straight rack two 2221 matched with the lower straight rack two 2221 positioned on the left half hanger wire clamp 2 body of the messenger wire. The plane of the tooth top of the lower straight rack plate 2211 is flush with the top surface of the first positioning pin 2111, and the plane of the tooth top of the lower straight rack plate 2221 'is flush with the top surface of the second positioning pin 2121'. The plane of the root of the upper rack plate 2211 'is flush with the top surface of the second positioning groove 2121, and the plane of the root of the upper rack plate 2221 is flush with the top surface of the first positioning groove 2111'.
As shown in fig. 18, 19 and 27, the lower layer of the body of the left half dropper clamp 2 of the carrier rope is provided with a half hollow cylinder 231, the lower layer of the body of the right half dropper clamp 2' is provided with a half hollow cylinder 231', the two half hollow cylinders 231 and 231' are symmetrically arranged by taking the vertical axis of the body of the carrier rope dropper clamp as a symmetrical axis and are butted to form a whole hollow cylinder 23 (fig. 1), and the shape of the inner wall of the whole hollow cylinder 23 is matched with the shape of the ball head 321 of the upper ball-shaped pressing pipe 32 of the dropper 300 connected with the inner wall of the whole hollow cylinder 23 (see fig. 3 and 22).
17-25, A half cylindrical body formed by two half cylindrical bodies 241 and 241 'is matched with the carrier cable 700 by taking the transverse axis of the carrier cable hanger body as a symmetrical shaft, a disassembling threaded through hole I25 is formed on the carrier cable left half hanger 2 body at the left end of a positioning groove II 2121, the position of the threaded through hole I25 is aligned with the left end face of a positioning pin II 2121', a disassembling threaded through hole II 25 'is formed on the body of the carrier cable right half hanger 2' at the right end of a positioning groove I2111 ', the position of the threaded through hole II 25' is aligned with the right end face of the positioning pin I2111, the outer shape of the middle upper part of the carrier cable hanger body is a cuboid, the rear side wall 26 is formed by a side wall 261 connected with the carrier cable left half hanger 2 body and a side wall 261 of the carrier cable right half hanger 2 'matched with the carrier cable, and the side wall 261 is formed by inserting the side wall of the carrier cable right half hanger 2' into the positioning groove II 2111', and the side wall 271' formed by inserting the side wall of the carrier cable 2 'into the side wall of the carrier cable 2' which is connected with the positioning groove II 2111.
The tooth heights of the teeth of the lower straight rack plate one 2211 and the upper straight rack plate one 2211 'are 0.5mm, and the tooth heights of the teeth of the lower straight rack plate two 2221' and the upper straight rack plate two 2221 are 0.5mm. As shown in fig. 28, the angle C formed by the straight side surfaces of the first and second positioning pins 2111, 2121' and the inclined side surface is 5 °, and the angle D formed by the straight side surfaces of the first and second positioning grooves 2111, 2121 and the inclined side surface is 5 °.
As shown in fig. 21, 23 and 24, a first threading round hole 28 is formed in the left end face of the middle part of the body of the left half-string clamp 2 of the carrier rope, the first threading round hole 28 is parallel to the first threading round hole 25, a second threading round hole 28' is formed in the right end face of the middle part of the body of the right half-string clamp 2' of the carrier rope, the second threading round hole 28' is parallel to the second threading round hole 25', the first threading round hole 28 is communicated with the second threading round hole 28' and is not coaxial with the second threading round hole 28' in a clamping state of the left half-string clamp 2 of the carrier rope, the distance between the axis of the first threading round hole 28 and the axis of the second threading round hole 28' is greater than 0, the first threading round hole 28 and the second threading round hole 28' are through holes, and the axis of the first threading round hole 28 and the axis of the second threading round hole 28' are symmetrical shafts with the transverse axis of the body of the carrier rope clamp.
The inner wall of the semi-cylinder 241 of the main body of the left half-hanger wire clamp 2 of the carrier wire is provided with a plurality of circumferential anti-slip grooves 2411 at intervals, and the inner wall of the semi-cylinder 241' of the main body of the right half-hanger wire clamp 2' of the carrier wire is also provided with a plurality of anti-slip grooves 2411' corresponding to the semi-cylinder 241.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the dropper 300 includes a string body 31, an upper double-hole crimp tube 32 and a lower double-hole crimp tube 33 which are crimped to both ends of the string body 31, respectively, and the outer shapes of the upper and lower double-hole crimp tubes 32, 33 are elliptical. The upper double-hole crimping pipe 32 is provided with a short-wire upper crimping hole 322 and a wire body upper crimping hole 323 which are parallel along the length direction, the lower double-hole crimping pipe 33 is provided with a short-wire lower crimping hole 332 and a wire body lower crimping hole 333 which are parallel along the length direction, two ends of the wire body 31 are respectively crimped in the wire body upper crimping hole 323 and the wire body lower crimping hole 333, a ball head of the upper double-hole crimping pipe 32 is matched with the inner wall of the integral hollow cylinder 23 of the catenary hanger, a ball head 321 of the upper double-hole crimping pipe extends into the integral hollow cylinder 23 of the boltless catenary hanger and is rotationally connected with the same, a ball head of the lower double-hole crimping pipe 33 is matched with the inner wall of the integral hollow cylinder 13 of the contact wire hanger, a ball head 331 of the lower double-hole crimping pipe extends into the integral hollow cylinder 13 of the boltless contact wire hanger and is rotationally connected with the same, an upper end of the upper short-wire 500 is crimped in the first threaded round hole 28 and the second threaded round hole 28', a lower end of the upper short-wire 500 is crimped in the short-wire upper crimping hole 322, and a lower end of the lower short-wire 400 is crimped in the first threaded hole 400 and the second threaded round hole 18.
The diameters of the first threaded through hole 15, the second threaded through hole 15', the first threaded through hole 25 and the second threaded through hole 25' are 6mm.
The upper and lower double-hole pressure connection pipes are made of aluminum bronze, and the material marks are as follows: QCuAl9-4, the molding process is die forging and machining. The upper and lower double-hole crimping pipes are in crimping connection with the wire body by adopting an integral hanger crimping machine, the pressure is 200kN, and the breaking force after crimping is more than or equal to 3.9kN. As shown in fig. 3, a 1mm space is provided between the upper wire crimp hole 323 and the upper wire crimp hole 322, a 1mm space is provided between the lower wire crimp hole 333 and the lower wire crimp hole 332, and the wire is made of a hard alloy wire, the short wire is made of a soft pure copper wire, and the space is provided to avoid the damage of the softer upper double-hole short wire and lower double-hole short wire due to the harder wire during crimping.
