a transformer substation flood prevention vehicle with a rapid emergency function, as shown in fig. 1-3, comprises a cart 16, wherein the upper part of the cart 16 is connected with a box body 1, a lighting device, a goods shelf 6, a generator 13 and a water pump 14 are installed inside the box body 1, the box body 1 is of a cuboid shell structure, an inlet and an outlet 12 are formed in one side of the box body 1, an auxiliary floating device is installed outside the box body 1, the auxiliary floating device comprises a winch 2 and an air bag cylinder 19, the winch 2 is installed on one side outside the box body 1, the fixed end of a motor of the winch 2 is connected with the outside of the box body 1, an output shaft of the winch 2 is connected with a winding roller 3, a steel cable 4 is connected onto the winding roller 3, one end of the steel cable 4 is connected with a hook 5, and mounting grooves 161 are respectively formed in the middle positions of two sides of the bottom of a vehicle body of the cart 16; a rotating shaft hole 162 is formed in the mounting groove 161; a rotating shaft 21 is arranged in the rotating shaft hole 162, a rotating plate 22 is hinged on the rotating shaft 21, and the rotating plate 22 is fixedly connected with the air bag cylinder 19; folding air bags 191 are arranged on two sides of the air bag cylinder 19; the outer wall of the minimum folding diameter part of the folding air bag 191 is provided with a metal ring 192; two sides of the box body 1 are provided with through grooves 25, and the air bag cylinder 19 can be turned over to the outside of the box body 1 through the through grooves 25; an air compressor 15 is arranged in the box body 1, the air compressor 15 is connected with two air conveying pipes 17, and the air conveying pipes 17 are communicated with two air bag cylinder bodies 19; a valve 18 is arranged at the position of the air delivery pipe 17 close to the air bag cylinder 19; when the air bag cylinders 19 are positioned in the box body 1, one group of locks are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the two air bag cylinders 19, and the other group of locks are arranged on the sides, far away from each other, of the two air bag cylinders 19; the lockset comprises a locking block 23 and a locking seat 24, wherein the locking block 23 and the locking seat 24 are positioned at different positions on the air bag cylinder 19; the locking block 23 and the locking seat 24 are locked in a matching way; the locking block 23 is provided with a locking hole 231; the locking seat 24 comprises a lock body 241, and a hole 247 and a mounting hole 244 are formed in the lock body 241; a locking rod 243 is arranged in the mounting hole 244, and a locking block 245 is arranged on the locking rod 243; a spring 246 is arranged on the periphery of the locking rod 243; the lock body 241 is provided with a locking groove 248 matched with the lock block 23; one end of the locking rod 243 extending out of the lock body 241 is provided with a pull ring 242, and the other end of the locking rod 243 extends into the locking groove 248; the locking bar 243 is kept locked under the spring force of the spring 246.
The water inlet and the water outlet of the water pump 14 are both communicated with a water guide pipe 20. The water conduit 20 may facilitate drainage by the water pump 14.

a transformer substation flood prevention vehicle with a rapid emergency function, as shown in fig. 1-3, comprises a cart 16, wherein the upper part of the cart 16 is connected with a box body 1, a lighting device, a goods shelf 6, a generator 13 and a water pump 14 are installed inside the box body 1, the box body 1 is of a cuboid shell structure, an inlet and an outlet 12 are formed in one side of the box body 1, an auxiliary floating device is installed outside the box body 1, the auxiliary floating device comprises a winch 2 and an air bag cylinder 19, the winch 2 is installed on one side outside the box body 1, the fixed end of a motor of the winch 2 is connected with the outside of the box body 1, an output shaft of the winch 2 is connected with a winding roller 3, a steel cable 4 is connected onto the winding roller 3, one end of the steel cable 4 is connected with a hook 5, and mounting grooves 161 are respectively formed in the middle positions of two sides of the bottom of a vehicle body of the cart 16; a rotating shaft hole 162 is formed in the mounting groove 161; a rotating shaft 21 is arranged in the rotating shaft hole 162, the rotating shaft 21 is hinged with a rotating plate 22, and the rotating plate 22 is fixedly connected with the air bag cylinder 19; two sides of the air bag cylinder 19 are provided with folding air bags 191; the outer wall of the minimum folding diameter part of the folding air bag 191 is provided with a metal ring 192; two sides of the box body 1 are provided with through grooves 25, and the air bag cylinder 19 can be turned over to the outside of the box body 1 through the through grooves 25; an air compressor 15 is arranged in the box body 1, the air compressor 15 is connected with two air conveying pipes 17, and the air conveying pipes 17 are communicated with two air bag cylinder bodies 19; a valve 18 is arranged at the position of the air pipe 17 close to the air bag cylinder 19; when the air bag cylinders 19 are positioned in the box body 1, one group of locks are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the two air bag cylinders 19, and the other group of locks are arranged on the sides, far away from each other, of the two air bag cylinders 19; the lock comprises a lock block 23 and a locking seat 24, wherein the lock block 23 and the locking seat 24 are positioned at different positions on the air bag cylinder 19; the locking block 23 and the locking seat 24 are locked in a matching way; the locking block 23 is provided with a locking hole 231; the locking seat 24 comprises a lock body 241, and a hole 247 and a mounting hole 244 are formed in the lock body 241; a locking rod 243 is arranged in the mounting hole 244, and a locking block 245 is arranged on the locking rod 243; a spring 246 is arranged on the periphery of the locking rod 243; the lock body 241 is provided with a locking groove 248 matched with the lock block 23; one end of the locking rod 243 extending out of the lock body 241 is provided with a pull ring 242, and the other end of the locking rod 243 extends into the locking groove 248; the locking bar 243 is kept locked under the spring force of the spring 246.
The goods shelf 6 is placed inside the box body 1 and is connected with the inner wall of the box body 1 through bolts and nuts. The goods shelf 6 can be prevented from being shaken in the transportation process of the box body 1.
