Referring to fig. 3, the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1 and 2 mainly in that the present embodiment further includes a fixing plate 9, a sliding rod 10, a movable rubber plate 11, a sixth spring 12 and a fixing rubber plate 13, the fixing rubber plate 13 is fixedly connected to an opening of the front side of the hollow cylinder 5, the fixing plate 9 is fixedly connected to the middle of an opening of the rear side of the hollow cylinder 5, the sliding rod 10 is slidably disposed in the middle of the fixing plate 9, a thread is formed at the rear portion of the sliding rod 10, the rear end of the sliding rod 10 is in contact fit with the lower portion of the front side of the vertical plate 64, the movable rubber plate 11 is fixedly connected to the front end of the sliding rod 10, the movable rubber plate 11 is in fit with the fixing rubber plate 13, the sixth spring 12 is connected between the middle portion of the outer rear side of the movable rubber plate 11 and the front side of the fixing plate 9, and the sixth spring 12 is sleeved on the sliding rod 10.
The sliding rod structure further comprises a movable sleeve 14 and a nut 15, the movable sleeve 14 is sleeved on the rear portion of the sliding rod 10, the rear end of the movable sleeve 14 is in contact fit with the front side face of the vertical plate 64, the nut 15 is arranged at the thread of the sliding rod 10, and the rear side face of the nut 15 is fixedly connected with the front side face of the movable sleeve 14.
When an operator steps on the pedal 62 to move downwards, the vertical plate 64 moves downwards to drive the sliding rod 10 to move forwards through the inclined surface, the sliding rod 10 moves forwards to drive the movable rubber plate 11 to move forwards, the sixth spring 12 is stretched, the movable rubber plate 11 moves forwards to be in contact with the penultimate porcelain bowl, and the movable rubber plate 11 is matched with the fixed rubber plate 13 to clamp and fix the penultimate porcelain bowl. After the porcelain bowl is glazed, the vertical plate 64 moves upwards to reset, due to the action of the sixth spring 12, the movable rubber plate 11 moves backwards to drive the sliding rod 10 to move backwards to reset, the movable rubber plate 11 loosens the porcelain bowl, and the porcelain bowl falls downwards onto the circular ring frame 71. Therefore, the penultimate porcelain bowl is fixed without the need of an operator by hands, and time and labor are saved.
Firstly, an operator twists the nut 15 to rotate forward and backward alternately according to the size of the porcelain bowl, the nut 15 rotates forward and backward alternately to move forward and backward through the threads, the nut 15 moves forward and backward to drive the movable sleeve 14 to move forward and backward, the distance between the movable sleeve 14 moving forward and backward and the vertical plate 64 is adjusted, and when the movable sleeve 14 moves to a proper position, the nut 15 is stopped being twisted. Therefore, the porcelain bowls with different sizes can be clamped and fixed.

Claims (3)

1. A porcelain bowl glazing machine is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a bottom plate (1), wherein support plates (2) are symmetrically fixedly connected to one side of the bottom plate (1), and a charging barrel (3) is fixedly connected between the end parts of the two support plates (2) far away from the bottom plate (1);
the supporting plates (4) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two sides of the charging barrel (3) far away from the bottom plate (1);
the hollow cylinder (5) is fixedly connected between the end parts of the two supporting plates (4) far away from the charging cylinder (3), and two parts of the hollow cylinder (5) close to the charging cylinder (3) are arranged in an open manner;
a driving mechanism (6) arranged between the outer circumference of the hollow cylinder (5) and the side of the bottom plate (1) facing the charging cylinder (3) and used for providing power;
the limiting mechanism (7) is arranged on one side, facing the bottom plate (1), of the hollow cylinder (5), is matched with the driving mechanism (6) and is used for driving the porcelain bowl to move and glaze;
the drive mechanism (6) comprises:
the lantern ring (61) is sleeved on the outer circumferential side of the hollow cylinder (5) in a sliding mode, a pedal (62) is fixedly connected between the two outer sides of the lantern ring (61) close to the supporting plate (4), and the pedal (62) is located between the two supporting plates (2);
a first spring (63), the number of the first spring (63) being at least two, and the first spring (63) being connected between the side of the pedal (62) away from the cartridge (3) and the side of the base plate (1) facing the hollow cylinder (5);
the vertical plate (64), the vertical plate (64) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the outer side of the sleeve ring (61) close to the pedal (62);
a connecting plate (65), wherein the connecting plate (65) is fixedly connected to one side of the vertical plate (64) which faces the hollow barrel (5) and is close to the charging barrel (3);

the driving frame (72) is in sliding penetrating connection with the circle center position of the circular ring frame (71), and the contact ring (66) is sleeved on the driving frame (72) and matched with the driving frame (72);
the number of the limiting rods (75) is at least four, the limiting rods (75) are hinged to the circumferential direction of one side of the circular ring frame (71) far away from the bottom plate (1) at intervals, and the limiting rods are in contact fit with the driving frame (72);
a torsion spring (76), wherein the torsion spring (76) is connected between one side of the circular ring frame (71) far away from the bottom plate (1) and one side of the limiting rod (75) facing the hollow cylinder (5);

the hard pipe (83) is connected and communicated with two parts of the cylinder body (81) facing the support plate (2) and far away from the contact plate (82), and the tail end of the hard pipe (83) is connected with two parts of the hollow cylinder (5) facing the support plate (4) and close to the circular ring frame (71);
