Abstract
The invention relates to an engine shell assembling tool, in particular to a special tool for polishing and pressurizing an engine assembly. The engine fixing device comprises a fixing base, a cylindrical pin, a gland, an engine, a coarse rubber sheet, an engine adapter, a crank device and a bolt, wherein the fixing base is fixed on a platform through the bolt, the gland tightly holds the engine through the cylindrical pin and is connected to the fixing base, the coarse rubber sheet with corresponding thickness is pasted on the arc surfaces of the fixing base and the gland, the crank device is locked with the engine adapter through the bolt, and the crank device is locked with the engine adapter through the nut. The engine consists of a shell, a tail pipe and an igniter, wherein the shell and the tail pipe are bonded through epoxy resin. The device is used for pressurizing the sealing ring of the engine igniter and polishing the bonding surface of the shell, so that the aim of quick assembly can be fulfilled, the bonding of the shell and a tail pipe of the engine is well guaranteed, and the device has high application value.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an engine shell assembling tool, in particular to a special tool for polishing and pressurizing an engine assembly.
Background
When the engine shell and the tail pipe are assembled, the assembly must be finished by bonding with epoxy resin. Before bonding, the outer surface of the engine shell and the inner surface of the tail pipe need to be transversely polished by using abrasive paper until the surfaces are rough and uniform in polishing, so that 'glue hanging' can be better realized, and the bonding performance of the engine shell and the tail pipe is improved.
The engine igniter is connected to the housing by a threaded connection. After connection, a certain amount of torque needs to be loaded. Since the outer wall of the housing is very thin, only 1.5 mm. Only special fixing means can protect the housing from being deformed by extrusion. A new special tool for pressurizing and polishing the engine assembly is required to be designed to meet the requirements of polishing the engine assembly shell and installing the igniter.
The polishing method used at present is manual polishing, and it takes at least one hour or more to complete polishing of the inner and outer surfaces of the tail pipe of the shell. Under the condition that the number of engines needing to be bonded is large, manual grinding is low in efficiency, and great tests are provided for physical strength of operators. The existing pressurizing method is to clamp the shell by a bench vice and then install the igniter. This method does not protect the engine housing from damage. The invention provides a pressurizing and polishing device which can realize the pressurizing of an igniter sealing ring and the polishing of a shell bonding surface.

Further, the engine adaptor is the same as the ignition tool in structure and is locked with the crank device through a bolt.
Furthermore, the crank device is connected with the crank through a nut by a rotating handle, and the handle can flexibly rotate.
The beneficial effects obtained are as follows:
the device is used for pressurizing the sealing ring of the engine igniter and polishing the bonding surface of the shell, so that the aim of quick assembly can be fulfilled, the bonding of the shell and a tail pipe of the engine is well guaranteed, and the device has high application value.

Detailed Description
When the sealing ring of the engine igniter is pressurized, the engine is tightly held by the device, and the pressurization of the sealing ring of the igniter can be realized by the friction force between the rubber and the shell of the engine; when the shell bonding surface is polished, abrasive paper with corresponding roughness is placed between the shell and the coarse rubber sheet, the tightness of the pressurizing device is moderate, the engine is driven to rotate through the crank mechanism, and the rotating speed is controlled, so that the polishing of the outer surface of the engine shell can be completed.
The invention will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings and specific operations:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing base 1 is fastened on the mounting platform by bolts, and simultaneously the fixing base and the gland 3 penetrate through the cylindrical pin 2 to be connected, so that the top cover can rotate around the cylindrical pin.
When the shell is polished, the gland is firstly opened, and thick rubber sheets with corresponding thicknesses are stuck on the arc surfaces of the fixed base and the gland. The corresponding position of the engine to be polished is placed on the supporting base and is compressed by the gland, and the bolt 8 is used for adjusting the tightness of the gland and the fixing base.
As shown in fig. 3, the outer wall of the shell needs to be polished, and the inner wall of the tail pipe needs to be polished. The adapter 6 is a key device for connecting the engine and the crank when the engine shell is polished. The structural size of the adapter is designed according to the structural size of the igniter. The crank device 7 and the engine adaptor are locked through a nut.
As shown in fig. 4, the rotating handle is swung to rotate the adaptor, and the engine also rotates. The casing of polishing need use coarse abrasive paper, and coarse abrasive paper presss from both sides between engine housing and coarse rubber, and in order to guarantee the homogeneity of polishing, at the uniform velocity is kept as far as possible when utilizing twist grip to drive the engine rotatory, and the number of revolutions of statistics engine has simultaneously conveniently carried out quantitative analysis after polishing of having accomplished the casing.
When the fire tool sealing ring is pressurized, the igniter is installed, the crank mechanism is removed, and the igniter is screwed into the ignition hole at the front end of the engine. At the moment, sand paper does not need to be installed, and the engine is ensured not to rotate only through the friction force of the coarse rubber and the tightness of the connection of the gland and the fixed bottom plate. And applying force to the igniter to a designed torque value by using the torque wrench to complete the installation of the igniter.
