A pipeline dredging device for hydraulic engineering comprises a cleaning loading vehicle (1) and is characterized in that a forward plate (2) is fixedly mounted at the top of the cleaning loading vehicle (1), a rotating hole is formed in one side of the forward plate (2), a connecting column is rotatably mounted in the rotating hole, a rotating plate body (3) is fixedly mounted at one end of the connecting column, two fixing grooves (4) are formed in the rotating plate body (3), adjusting rods (5) are slidably connected in the two fixing grooves (4), a cleaning scraper (6) is fixedly mounted at the end, far away from each other, of the two adjusting rods (5), threaded grooves are formed in the end, close to each other, of the two adjusting rods (5), a same through hole is formed in the inner wall of one side of the two fixing grooves (4), two lead screws (7) are rotatably connected in the through hole, and the lead screws (7) are in, one end of each of the two screw rods (7) close to each other is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear (8), the inner wall of each through hole is provided with a fixing hole, an auxiliary rod is rotatably connected in each fixing hole, one end of each auxiliary rod extends into each through hole and is fixedly connected with a second bevel gear (10), the second bevel gears (10) are meshed with the two first bevel gears (8), the other ends of the auxiliary rods are fixedly provided with adjusting wheels (9), the adjusting wheels (9) are rotatably connected to one side of the rotating plate body (3), one end of each connecting column, far away from the rotating plate body (3), is fixedly provided with a first belt wheel (11), the top of the cleaning loading vehicle (1) is fixedly provided with a first motor (12), the output shaft of the first motor (12) is fixedly connected with a second belt wheel (13), the second belt wheel (13) is meshed with the same belt (14) with the first belt wheel (11), and the top of the cleaning loading vehicle, the water pump (16) is fixedly installed at the top of the water tank (15), a water inlet pipe of the water pump (16) is fixedly connected into the water tank (15), a back plate (17) is fixedly installed at the top of the cleaning loading vehicle (1), a first rotating wheel (18) is rotatably installed on one side of the back plate (17), two installation seats (19) are fixedly installed on the first rotating wheel (18), the same conveying pipe (20) is fixedly connected onto the two installation seats (19), spray heads are fixedly installed at two ends of the conveying pipe (20), a connecting pipe (24) is fixedly connected onto a water outlet pipe of the water pump (16), and one end of the connecting pipe (24) is rotatably connected onto the conveying pipe (20); a connecting sheet is fixedly arranged in the through hole, a connecting hole is formed in the connecting sheet, and a screw rod (7) is rotatably arranged in the connecting hole; two sliding grooves are formed in the inner wall of the fixing groove (4), sliding blocks (25) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the adjusting rod (5), and the sliding blocks (25) are connected in the corresponding sliding grooves in a sliding mode; one side of the back plate (17) is fixedly provided with a second motor (21), an output shaft of the second motor (21) is fixedly sleeved with a second rotating wheel (22), and the second rotating wheel (22) is meshed with the first rotating wheel (18).
