The invention relates to an automatic cleaning and disinfecting device of epidemic prevention equipment, which is used for cleaning medical protective clothing which can be repeatedly used.
When the disinfectant is used by a user, the corresponding disinfectant (such as the highly-targeted disinfectant such as alcohol and the like during the new coronary pneumonia) and cleaning agent (such as blood cleaning and special cleaning agent can be used) are selected according to different epidemic situations, and then the disinfection and cleaning can be performed by selecting the disinfection times. The controller controls the electromagnetic valve of the first connecting pipeline 31 to be opened and starts the pump, so that the cleaning agent can flush the inner surface and the outer surface of the medical protective clothing, and the washing time is set by a user according to epidemic situations. After washing and flushing are finished, the controller closes the electromagnetic valve and the pump of the first connecting pipeline 31 and then starts the electromagnetic valve and the pump of the second connecting pipeline 41, so that the disinfectant can flush the inner surface and the outer surface of the medical protective clothing, and the disinfection flushing time is the disinfection time set by a user according to epidemic situations. The user selects the washing to wash and the number of repetitions that the disinfection was washed more epidemic situation, and after disinfection and washing were accomplished, the controller started the air discharge fan, changed the gaseous back in the cabinet body 1, and electronic lock 15 is opened, and medical personnel just can take out medical protective clothing.
Referring to fig. 2, a filter plate 13 parallel to the bottom plate is disposed on one side of the cabinet 1 close to the bottom plate, a flowing gap 19 is left between the filter plate 13 and the bottom plate, and a liquid outlet is formed in the bottom plate, so that liquid flowing to the bottom plate flows out of the cabinet 1 through the liquid outlet. The liquid outlet is provided with a filter screen, so that the pipeline can be prevented from being blocked by impurities, and the liquid outlet is communicated with an external medical waste liquid treatment device, so that the secondary pollution caused by the fact that disinfectant or cleaning liquid flows into a sewer can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the washing racks 2 are arranged at intervals in a direction parallel to the cabinet door 11. Specifically, each upper connecting pipe is perpendicular to the cabinet door 11, the top plate is provided with a plurality of second spray nozzles 12, and at least one second spray nozzle 12 is arranged between two adjacent upper brackets 22, so that when the space in the cabinet body 1 is fully utilized, the outer surface of the medical protective clothing can be fully cleaned and disinfected. Each lower connecting pipe is inclined, so that when the lower connecting pipes are inserted into the trouser legs of the medical protective clothing, the two trouser legs of the medical protective clothing can be spread by a certain distance, and the second spray head 12 can clean the outer surface of the medical protective clothing conveniently.
Each main connecting pipe 21 is hinged with the top plate ball head. The arrangement of the ball joint in a hinged manner can facilitate the rotation of the main connecting pipe 21, so that the medical protective clothing can be conveniently hung on the cleaning frame 2.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the ultraviolet lamp strips 5 are disposed on the inner wall surface of the cabinet 1, the outer wall surface of the main connecting pipe 21, the outer wall surfaces of the upper connecting pipes and the outer wall surfaces of the lower connecting pipes, and the ultraviolet lamp strips 5 are in signal connection with the controller. The cabinet body 1 is provided with the wireless charging device outside, and when whole cleanness or disinfection were accomplished, the controller control wireless charging device charges for ultraviolet lamp area 5 to guarantee the continuation of the journey in ultraviolet lamp area 5.
A water tank 6 is arranged outside the cabinet body 1, a heater is arranged in the water tank 6, the water tank 6 is respectively communicated with the main connecting pipe 21 and each second spray head 12 through a third connecting pipe 61, and the third connecting pipe 61 is provided with an electromagnetic valve which is connected with a controller through signals. The heater boils water in the water tank 6, and the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to enable high-temperature water vapor to enter the cabinet body 1 to disinfect the medical protective clothing.
An exhaust fan and a temperature detection device 14 are arranged in the cabinet body 1; the cabinet door 11 is provided with an electronic lock 15, and the electronic lock 15, the temperature detection device 14 and the exhaust fan are respectively in signal connection with the controller. The exhaust fan is used for sending out the high-temperature gas or the sterilizing gas in the cabinet body 1 from the cabinet body 1 and sending the high-temperature gas or the sterilizing gas into the corresponding medical waste gas treatment equipment, and the controller opens and closes the electronic lock 15 according to the working time and the working efficiency of the exhaust fan, so that the high-temperature gas or the sterilizing gas is prevented from directly contacting a human body.
The outer wall of the cabinet body 1 is provided with a display screen 16 which is connected with a controller through signals. The display screen 16 is used for displaying the disinfection time, the disinfection frequency, the cleaning time, the cleaning frequency, the exhaust time and the like, so that a user can clearly determine the working state in the cabinet body 1.
One side of the bottom plate of the cabinet body 1, which is far away from each cleaning rack 2, is provided with universal wheels 17. The universal wheels 17 are arranged to facilitate the movement of the cabinet body 1, so that the automatic cleaning and sterilizing equipment of the epidemic prevention equipment can adjust the working place according to the epidemic prevention requirement, and the transportation of the automatic cleaning and sterilizing equipment of the epidemic prevention equipment is facilitated.
The cabinet door 11 is provided with a transparent observation window 18. The transparent observation window 18 is arranged to enable a user to visually observe the working state in the cabinet 1. The surface of the transparent observation window 18 is provided with an anti-condensation layer, so that the liquid is prevented from being attached to the surface of the transparent observation window 18, and the use of a user is prevented from being influenced.

The automatic cleaning and disinfecting equipment for the epidemic prevention equipment is characterized by comprising a cabinet body and a cabinet door arranged on one side of the cabinet body, wherein at least one cleaning rack is arranged in the cabinet body, the cleaning rack comprises a main connecting pipe with the length direction vertically arranged, and an upper support and a lower support which are respectively arranged along the length direction of the main connecting pipe at intervals, one end of the main connecting pipe is connected with a transversely arranged top plate of the cabinet body, the other end of the main connecting pipe is closed, and the main connecting pipe is perpendicular to the top plate; the upper support is parallel to the lower support and comprises two upper connecting pipes which are symmetrically arranged along the main connecting pipe, one end of each upper connecting pipe is communicated with the main connecting pipe, and the other end of each upper connecting pipe, which is far away from the main connecting pipe, is in a closed shape; the lower support comprises two lower connecting pipes which are symmetrically arranged along the main connecting pipe, one end of each lower connecting pipe is respectively communicated with the main connecting pipe, and the other end of each lower connecting pipe, which is far away from the main connecting pipe, is in a closed shape; the wall surface of each upper connecting pipe, the wall surface of each lower connecting pipe and the wall surface of the main connecting pipe are respectively provided with a plurality of first spray heads, and each first spray head is used for spraying fluid to the inner surface of the medical protective clothing hung on the cleaning rack to clean or disinfect the medical protective clothing; a plurality of second spray heads are arranged on the inner wall surface of the cabinet body, and each second spray head is used for spraying fluid to the outer surface of the medical protective clothing hung on the cleaning rack to clean or disinfect the medical protective clothing; the automatic cleaning and disinfecting equipment of the epidemic prevention equipment further comprises a controller, a cleaning box and a disinfecting box, wherein the cleaning box is respectively communicated with the main connecting pipe and each second spray head through a first connecting pipe, and the disinfecting box is respectively communicated with the main connecting pipe and each second spray head through a second connecting pipe; the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are both provided with electromagnetic valves, the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are both provided with electromagnetic valves and are both connected with pumps, and the controller is respectively in signal connection with the electromagnetic valves and the pumps.

The automatic washing and disinfecting equipment of epidemic prevention equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a filter plate parallel to the bottom plate is arranged at one side of the cabinet body close to the bottom plate, a flow gap is left between the filter plate and the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is provided with a liquid outlet, so that the liquid flowing to the bottom plate flows out of the cabinet body through the liquid outlet.
