Claims (10)

1. A continuous feed mixer, characterized in that the continuous feed mixer comprises at least 2 material mixers connected in series;
the material mixer comprises a shell with two closed ends, a material distribution pipe arranged at one end of the shell, a side wall feed inlet arranged on the side wall of the shell and close to one side of the material distribution pipe, a discharge outlet arranged on the side wall of the shell and far away from the material distribution pipe, and a filler arranged in the shell and positioned between the tail end of the material distribution pipe and the discharge outlet;
along the material flowing direction, the discharge port of the material mixer of the previous stage is connected with the side wall feed port of the adjacent material mixer.
2. A continuous feed mixer according to claim 1 wherein the material distribution pipe coincides with the central axis of the housing.
3. A continuous feed mixer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the side wall of the material distribution pipe near the filler end is provided with material distribution holes.
4. A continuous feed mixer according to claim 3 wherein the material distribution apertures are of equal diameter.
5. A continuous feed mixer according to claim 4 wherein the material distribution apertures are equally spaced.
6. The continuous feed mixer of claim 1, wherein the packing comprises structured packing and/or random packing.
7. A continuous feed mixer according to claim 6, wherein the packing is provided with packing constrictions on both sides in the direction of flow of the material.
8. The continuous feed mixer of claim 1, wherein the connection of the discharge port of the material mixer of the previous stage to the side wall feed port of the adjacent material mixer in the material flow direction comprises a welded connection and/or a flanged connection.
9. The continuous feed mixer of claim 1, wherein the material mixer discharge comprises an end discharge or a side wall discharge.
10. The continuous feed mixer of claim 9, wherein the end discharge port is a concentric reducer having a large diameter end coupled to the end of the housing.
