Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coking VOCs (volatile organic compounds) gas treatment, in particular to a treatment device and a treatment process capable of stably realizing long-distance and long-term stable transportation of naphthalene-containing VOCs gas generated in a coking crude benzene distillation area.
Background
The VOCs gas generated in the distillation area of the coked crude benzene is a toxic and harmful organic compound gas containing naphthalene substances and is volatile at normal temperature and normal pressure, and the organic components of the VOCs gas contain 1-2% of naphthalene (mass fraction) in the distilled light oil (gas phase) besides a large amount of benzene compounds such as benzene, toluene, xylene and the like. Since the gas of VOCs generated in the distillation area of crude benzene has strong toxicity and certain carcinogenicity, the emission concentration of VOCs is strictly limited in relevant emission standards of countries and places.
According to the requirements of the emission standard of pollutants in the coking chemical industry (GB16171-<6mg/m3Non-methane total hydrocarbons<80mg/m3In areas with small environmental capacity, fragile ecological environment, easy occurrence of serious atmospheric environmental pollution problems and need of special protection measures, the special emission limit of atmospheric pollutants specified in table 6 in the standard is implemented, wherein table 6 requires that the concentration of benzene series substances meets the requirement of table 6<6mg/m3Non-methane total hydrocarbons<50mg/m3。
According to the requirements of the emission standard of pollutants for the coking chemical industry (GB16171-2012) in term 4.2.7, "the production process and equipment for producing the atmospheric pollutants must establish a local or integral gas collection system and purification treatment equipment to reach the emission standard".
At present, the treatment of VOCs gas containing naphthalene generated in a benzene storage tank in a coking crude benzene distillation equipment area is carried out by adopting a process of 'integral gas collection + coal gas negative pressure pipe network sent to coking drum cooling equipment'. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a process for treating a naphthalene-containing VOCs gas in the prior art; in the process, a benzene storage tank 3 in a crude benzene distillation area is connected through a naphthalene-containing VOCs gas conveying pipeline 2, and the naphthalene-containing VOCs gas can be conveyed to a coal gas negative pressure pipe network of a coking drum cooling device by arranging a nitrogen sealing and pressure balancing system 1 on the benzene storage tank 3 and utilizing the system pressure difference between the benzene storage tank 3 and the coal gas negative pressure pipe network 4 through a coal gas blower 5. Under normal conditions, zero emission can be realized, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the requirements of coking chemical industrial pollutants are metEmission standard (GB16171-2012) air pollutant special emission limit requirement (benzene series substances) specified in Table 6<6mg/m3Non-methane total hydrocarbons<50mg/m3). The VOCs gas generated by the benzene storage tank in the crude benzene distillation area contains organic naphthalene, the melting point of naphthalene is 80.5 ℃, and in the process of VOCs gas conveying (especially long-distance long-term conveying), naphthalene is easy to crystallize and separate out along with the reduction of gas temperature to gradually block a pipeline, so that the VOCs gas cannot be stably conveyed for a long distance and a long time, the escape amount of the VOCs gas in the benzene storage tank in the crude benzene distillation area is increased to the environment, and the up-to-standard discharge cannot be realized.
Along with the further strictness of the emission standard, the existing treatment process can not meet the requirements, a novel naphthalene-containing VOCs gas treatment process is urgently needed to be developed, the problem that the naphthalene crystals block pipelines is solved, the VOCs gas is normally conveyed to a coal gas negative pressure pipe network for a long time in a long distance, and the zero emission of the VOCs gas in a crude benzene distillation area is further stably realized.
Therefore, the research on the long-distance and long-term stable transportation process of the naphthalene-containing VOCs gas in the distillation area of the coking crude benzene is deeply developed, and a targeted treatment scheme is formulated, so that the method has important significance on environmental protection and sustainability of enterprises.
