Claims (10)

1. The water-gas separation device for processing the concentrated feed is characterized by comprising a shell (1), an inlet pipe (2), a recovery box (3), a guide cover (4), a cooling box (5), a water inlet pipe (6), a water outlet pipe (7), a spiral pipeline (8), a fan (9), a conical cover (10), a conveniently-disassembled gas guiding and purifying frame structure (11), a transparent cover (12), an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (13), a connecting cover (14), a discharging pipe (15), a discharging valve (16), a material residue cleaning and scraping frame structure (17), a sundry flushing device (18) and a rotatable fixed support structure (19), wherein the inlet pipe (2) is arranged on the upper right side of the recovery box (3) and penetrates through the right side of the shell (1) simultaneously; the recovery box (3) is embedded in the lower part of the inner side of the shell (1); the guide cover (4) is arranged at the top of the recovery box (3) through screws; the cooling box (5) is embedded in the middle of the shell (1); the water inlet pipe (6) is arranged on the right upper side of the cooling box (5) and penetrates through the right side of the shell (1); the water outlet pipe (7) is arranged at the left lower side of the cooling box (5) and penetrates through the left side of the shell (1); the screw of the spiral pipeline (8) is arranged on the inner side of the cooling box (5), and the upper end and the lower end of the spiral pipeline are respectively inserted into the upper part and the lower part of the middle position of the cooling box (5); the fan (9) is mounted on the upper part of the inner side of the shell (1) through bolts; the conical cover (10) is embedded into the top of the inner wall of the shell (1); the easily-disassembled gas guiding and purifying frame structure (11) is arranged at the upper end of the conical cover (10); the transparent cover (12) is embedded at the right side of the recovery box (3); the ultraviolet germicidal lamp (13) is arranged on the inner side of the transparent cover (12) through screws; the connecting cover (14) is arranged on the right side of the transparent cover (12) and is in screw connection with the shell (1); the discharge pipe (15) penetrates through the shell (1) and is inserted at the left lower side of the recovery box (3); the discharge valve (16) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the discharge pipe (15); the material residue cleaning scraping frame structure (17) is arranged on the inner side of the recovery box (3); the sundries washing device (18) is arranged at the lower part of the material residue cleaning scraping frame structure (17); the rotatable fixed support structure (19) is arranged at the four corners of the lower part of the shell (1); the sundries washing device (18) comprises a water spray pipe (181), a spray head (182), a right connecting pipe (183), a booster pump (184), a left connecting pipe (185), a water pipe connector (186) and a pump seat (187), wherein the right connecting pipe (183) penetrates through the shell (1) and is communicated with the left side of the water spray pipe (181); the left connecting pipe (185) is in threaded connection with a left water inlet of the booster pump (184); the water pipe joint (186) is glued to the left side of the left connecting pipe (185); the pump base (187) is welded at the left lower side of the shell (1).

The concentrated feed processing water gas separation device according to claim 1, wherein the slag cleaning scraping frame structure (17) comprises a mounting cross bar (171), a waterproof cover (172), a rotating motor (173), a coupling (174), a transmission rod (175), a scraping plate (176) and a reinforcing rib (177), the mounting cross bar (171) is transversely bolted in the middle of the recovery box (3); the rotating motor (173) is installed on the inner side of the waterproof cover (172) through a screw; the transmission rod (175) is arranged on the lower output shaft of the rotating motor (173) through a coupling (174); the reinforcing ribs (177) are welded in the middle of the scraper (176); the spray pipe (181) is installed at the lower part of the installation cross rod (171) through a screw.

The water-gas separator for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein said easily-disassembled gas-guiding-purifying frame structure (11) comprises an L-shaped guiding-out pipe (111), an L-shaped limiting rod (112), a purifying net (113), a threaded pipe (114), a rotating ring (115) and a discharging pipe (116), said L-shaped guiding-out pipe (111) is inserted in the upper part of the conical cover (10); the rotating ring (115) is welded on the right side of the threaded pipe (114); the discharge pipe (116) is welded to the right side of the rotating ring (115).

The concentrated feed processing water gas separator as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rotatable fixing frame structure (19) comprises a ball bearing (191), a rotating support rod (192), a rotating bottom plate (193), a storage groove (194) and a bolt hole (195), said rotating support rod (192) is inserted into the lower part of the inner ring of the ball bearing (191); the rotating bottom plate (193) is welded at the lower part of the rotating support rod (192); the storage groove (194) is arranged at the left side of the upper part of the rotary bottom plate (193).
5. The water gas separator for concentrated feed processing according to claim 2, wherein said scrapers (176) are welded to the lower left and right sides of the driving rod (175) while the bottom is in contact with the inner wall of the recovery tank (3).
6. The water-gas separator for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of nozzles (182) are provided, and the nozzles (182) are respectively screw-coupled to the left and right sides of the lower portion of the spray pipe (181).
7. The water gas separator for concentrated feed processing according to claim 3, wherein the purification net (113) is provided with two sides, and the purification net (113) is placed inside the L-shaped delivery pipe (111) and at the same time on the right side of the L-shaped stopper rod (112).
8. The water gas separator for concentrated feed processing according to claim 4, wherein the bolt hole (195) is provided at a middle lower portion of the storage tank (194) while being embedded in the rotating base plate (193).
9. The water-gas separator for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein the pressurizing pump (184) is bolt-installed at the left side of the pump base (187), and the water inlet and outlet are respectively connected to the left connecting pipe (185) and the right connecting pipe (183).
10. The water gas separator for concentrated feed processing according to claim 4, wherein the outer race of the ball bearing (191) is embedded in the lower four corners of the housing (1).
