the dust fall mechanism comprises a water pipe (8), a water inlet joint (9), spray heads (10), a water pump (11), a liquid outlet joint (12), a hose (13) and a pipeline supporting mechanism, wherein the liquid outlet joint (12) is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the bottom of a side plate of the water tank (3), the water pump (11) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the side plate of the water tank (3) of the liquid outlet joint (12), the input end and the output end of the water pump (11) are respectively connected with one end of the liquid outlet joint (12) and one end of the hose (13) in a clamping manner, a plurality of spray heads (10) are fixedly arranged on the water pipe (8) uniformly and equidistantly, the water inlet joint (9) is fixedly arranged on the water pipe (8), one end of the water inlet joint (9) and the input end of the spray heads (10) extend to the inside of the water pipe (8), one end of the hose (13) far away from the water pump (11) is connected with one end of the water inlet joint (9) in a clamping manner, the outer wall of the middle part of the water pipe (8) is provided with a pipeline supporting mechanism;
