The number of the clamping grooves 13 is the same as that of the conducting mechanisms 9, through holes 15 are uniformly formed in the outer surface of the connecting roller 14 in a penetrating mode, a second spring 16 and a clamping pile 17 are arranged on the inner side of each through hole 15, and a limiting threaded sleeve 18 is sleeved on the outer surface of each clamping pile 17.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, according to the calculus condition of a patient, a calculus removing tool 20 is selected, for example, a ureteroscope is soft and hard, and is selected according to the condition of the patient, and after the selection is completed, tools such as a safety guide wire, the ureteroscope, a calculus covering basket, a laser tube and the like are sequentially fixed in the groove 8 and are clamped by a first guide roller 901 and a second guide roller 905.

Then, a catheter is inserted into the kidney in the same manner, so that tools such as a ureteroscope, a stone-covering basket and a laser tube can enter and exit the kidney in a sleeve, laser gravel can be sent out through the laser tube, gravel can be covered out through the stone-covering basket, and the position of the gravel in the kidney can be observed through the ureteroscope.
