4. monitoring that the statistics of the LAN port connected with the set top box is increased all the time in the monitoring process, and the IPTV quality indicator lamp is green and normally on; if the set top box is monitored not to receive the data message, the indicator light flashes red; if the packet loss occurs in the message received by the set-top box in effective statistics in the home gateway is periodically monitored by the monitoring process, the IPTV quality indicator lamp lights yellow once in a monitoring period in the green flashing process to indicate the state;
5. when the monitoring process monitors that the set top box normally receives data, the cpu occupancy rate is higher, and the IPTV quality indicator lamp flickers at low frequency red in the green flickering process to indicate the state; if the cpu occupancy rate is not high, the green indicator light is normally on.
