Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The message notification belongs to a common reminding mode at present, and generally can be pushed and notified through a third-party program, for example, the message notification informs a user that commodity purchase is successful, express delivery is successful, express delivery sign-in is successful, and the like, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
For the field of vehicle-end internet of vehicles, a third-party program mainly notifies a mobile device end (a mobile phone end) and a vehicle end of messages. Generally, the method can comprise weather reminding, road condition reminding, vehicle condition reminding, speed limit reminding, violation reminding, tire pressure reminding, charging reminding, robbery reminding, flow reminding, authorization reminding and various advertisement pushing. Some of these messages are related to vehicle driving information, i.e. the user needs to pay attention to these message notifications in real time to avoid accidents during driving. In the process of practical application, however, a user may often receive messages that are not related to the user. If a user living in the area A drives on the street in the area B at last night, the user may receive the road condition prompt of the current area A, and the message is not beneficial to the current driving condition of the driving user and interferes with the user to influence the driving experience of the user. Rather, only the road condition alert in area a is currently sent to the driver who is driving in area a. However, the current message notification method cannot perform message notification for the specific service requirement as described above, that is, cannot send the corresponding message to the users in a specific range at a specific time.
Based on this, according to the message notification method and the message notification device provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a message template configured with service logic parameters can be used to notify a message according to a service rule, and the method is simple.
In order to understand the embodiment, first, a detailed description is given to a message notification method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a middleware system, and the middleware system to which the method according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied can implement not only the technical entry and exit references through a known function library, but also the status viewing and management of a message.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a message notification method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the message notification method includes the steps of:
step S102, determining a pre-configured message template, wherein the pre-configured message template comprises a format parameter, a service logic parameter and a target end parameter;
step S104, acquiring source data from a preset message source based on the service logic parameter;
step S106, editing the source data into a message to be sent according to the format parameters;
step S108, determining a target terminal address based on the target terminal parameter, and sending the message to be sent to the target terminal address according to the service logic parameter.
In a preferred embodiment of practical application, based on a service logic parameter in a preconfigured message template, source data matched with the service logic parameter is obtained from a preset message source, the source data is edited into a message to be sent through a format parameter, and the message to be sent is sent to a target terminal address according to the requirement of the service logic parameter, so that various service requirements can be met in a simpler and more convenient manner, namely, the message is sent to people in a specific range according to specific time, and the specific time and the specific range are determined based on a service flow.
The message template is used for acquiring specific target data and editing the target data into a message to be sent, and a plurality of message fields are configured in the message template. For example, the sending time and the sending range in the service logic parameter can obtain specific source data from a preset message source according to a pre-configured sending time and sending range field. The format parameter is used for editing the acquired source data into a message with a specific format, the service logic parameter is also used for sending and notifying the message according to specific service logic requirements, the target end parameter corresponds to the target end address, the target end address can be obtained based on the target end parameter, and the target end is a terminal side for sending the message notification.
In an optional embodiment, the service logic parameter includes a sending opportunity, and step S104 further includes the following steps:
step 1.1), determining the acquisition time of the source data based on the sending time, and acquiring the source data from a preset message source according to the acquisition time.
Here, the timing (acquisition timing) to acquire source data from a preset message source is determined based on the transmission timing configured in the message template. If the sending time configured in the message template is 7 am every day, the obtaining time is 7 am every day before, and if the sending time is 6 am, the source data can be obtained from the preset message source. For another example, the sending time configured in the message template is real-time sending, and the obtaining time can be the same as the sending time, that is, the source data is obtained from the preset message source in real time and is sent immediately after being edited into a message through the message template.
As an optional embodiment, the sending opportunity further includes a certain sending triggering condition, for example, when the user sets that the violation record accumulation reaches three times, the violation query APP needs to push a notification, the violation query APP can call the middleware system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and when the violation record accumulation of the user reaches three times, the three violation records in the middleware system message pool are pushed to the target end through the third party message platform.
In an optional embodiment, the service logic parameter includes a transmission range, and step S104 may be further implemented by the following steps:
and 2.1) acquiring source data matched with the sending range from a preset message source.
The source data of the message source includes various data such as vehicle data, data obtained by a service interface, user data and data obtained by manual maintenance.
Here, the transmission range may include one or more of: the region to which the vehicle belongs, the vehicle model, the license plate number, the driving crowd and the like. The source data in the preset message source can be screened through the configuration of the sending range in the message template, namely the source data meeting the requirement of the template sending range is extracted. For example, the transmission range of the message template is configured as a city C, a district B, a brand W, and a model E, and the driver is a member, that is, only the source data related to the transmission range is obtained from the preset message source, wherein the degree of the correlation is related to the message content. For example, if the message is a weather forecast, only weather forecast source data of city C and area B are acquired; if the message is the advertisement played by the vehicle end, only the non-member user is informed of the message, and the current user is a member and does not acquire the advertisement source data; if the message is preferential maintenance information of the W brand vehicle, the message notification is only carried out on the W brand vehicle user, and the preferential maintenance information source data can determine whether to acquire the preferential maintenance information source data according to the personal setting (whether to subscribe) of the user.
In an alternative embodiment, the sending range may specifically include a vehicle dimension parameter, a user dimension parameter, and other dimension parameters, where the vehicle dimension parameter includes a vehicle sale area, a vehicle driving area, a license plate number, a vehicle model, and a vehicle age, and the user dimension parameter includes a user identity, a user membership grade, a mobile phone location, a user subscription condition, and a user payment condition.
In an alternative embodiment, in order to ensure that the message notifications generated by the respective message sources have a uniform format to improve the user experience, step S106 may further include the following steps:
step 3.1), obtaining format parameters, wherein the format parameters comprise display parameters and hidden parameters;
and 3.2) editing the source data into a message to be sent with a fixed format according to the format parameters, displaying corresponding first message content in the message to be sent according to the display parameters, and hiding corresponding second message content according to the hiding parameters.
Here, the message template is configured with format parameters to edit the source data into a message to be sent in a uniform and fixed format, and the message to be sent is stored in a message pool. The messages in the message pool are all messages to be sent, and the source of the messages to be sent does not need to be considered. The message template is also provided with a plurality of message content fields, part of which need to be displayed in the message notification, if the message notification needs to display that the user successfully purchases the commodity name H, the corresponding commodity name in the message template belongs to the message content field which needs to be displayed, and if the message notification has part which does not need to be displayed, the part is the content field which can be hidden, such as a vehicle user ID in a sending range.
In an optional embodiment, the method further comprises:
and 4.1) checking the states of the sent messages and the messages to be sent, and executing corresponding management operation based on the states.
Here, the administrator can view the contents of the message sending status, the message sending range, the message generating time, the message sending time, etc. through the middleware system, and perform management operation according to the corresponding message situation. For example, a repeated transmission operation may be performed on a message with a content key, a complementary transmission operation may be performed on a message which is transmitted at a certain time point and has a status of unsent, or a message which is transmitted at a certain preset time and has a status of unsent may be cancelled, that is, the message is not transmitted until a predetermined time.
In an optional embodiment, step S108 further includes the following steps:
step 5.1), determining a target end address based on the target end parameter;
and 5.2) connecting a corresponding third-party message platform according to the target terminal address so that the third-party message platform sends the message to be sent to the target terminal address according to the service logic parameter.
Here, a general middleware system may not have a message sending function, and may send a message to be sent in a message pool to a target end according to a sending range and sending time in a template by connecting to a third-party message platform.
The information can be sent to a designated target end according to the address of the target end, and the target end comprises various types, such as a third party application APP, a short message, an In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) and the like. As an alternative embodiment, different third party message platforms can be selected to be connected according to different kinds of target end middleware systems.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a message template according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, first, a specific message source (preset message source) such as vehicle data, service interface, user data, manual maintenance may be developed through customization, i.e. the middleware only obtains source data that conforms to the service logic parameters from the configured message source (preset message source); secondly, the acquisition time can be configured as polling, timing, real-time or manual, source data can be acquired from a preset message source according to the configuration time, and in addition, the acquisition time can be set according to the sending time;
the message template in the middleware system comprises a format parameter, a sending opportunity, a sending range and a target end parameter, wherein the sending opportunity and the sending range belong to business logic. The format parameters can comprise module ID, type/title, message description, keyword, hidden attribute and link, and based on the fields in the format parameters, the source data obtained from different sources can be edited into a uniform fixed format, so that the source data can be conveniently viewed by a user. The sending time can include real time and timing, and the message to be sent after being processed by the format parameters is sent according to the sending time configured in the message template. The sending range can comprise vehicle dimension parameters, user dimension parameters and other dimensions, and the sending range can be subjected to detailed configuration according to the dimensions, so that the message can be notified to vehicle-end users meeting various service dimensions. The target end parameters may include a mobile phone APP, a vehicle APP, a short message, and Instant Messaging (IM), and are externally connected to a third party message platform to send a message to be sent to a target end configured by the template.
For example, a weather forecast notification message, where the source of the message is a service interface, the obtaining time is 6 am, the format parameter is weather forecast, date, city, air temperature, precipitation, wind power and PM2.5, the sending time is 7 am, the sending range is city B, and the target end parameter is a mobile phone APP, that is, 6 am obtains source data from the service interface, edits according to a field required by the format parameter to obtain a message to be sent, and sends the weather forecast message to the mobile phone APP at 7 am. The message notification is displayed as follows: weather forecast; date: x months and x days; city: b; air temperature: 26 ℃; precipitation: none; wind power: and 3, level: PM 2.5: 108.
for another example, a tire pressure alarm notification message, where the source of the message is vehicle data, the acquisition opportunity is real time, the format parameter is vehicle condition warning, vehicle ID (hidden), abnormal type, abnormal content and advice, the transmission opportunity is real time, the transmission range is vehicle ID M, and the target end parameter is a mobile phone APP, that is, the source data of the abnormal tire pressure of the vehicle is obtained from the vehicle end in real time, and is edited according to the field required by the format parameter to obtain a message to be sent, and the tire pressure abnormal alarm message is sent to the mobile phone APP of the user with vehicle ID M in real time. The message notification is displayed as follows: vehicle condition early warning; "your vehicle has an anomaly, please note! "; the types of abnormalities are: a general anomaly; abnormal contents are as follows: low left front tire pressure; and (4) proposing: and (5) replacing the tire.
It should be noted that the message is not related to a specific scenario service, and no matter what source of the message is, the service side only needs to care about the message content and the message sending rule and call the middleware to enter the message pool. The middleware system can also be applied to a plurality of service systems at the same time, namely, the middleware system can be called by a plurality of service systems at the same time, so that messages to be sent corresponding to different service systems in the message pool are sent to each target terminal at the sending time.
The embodiment of the invention knows the service logic parameter based on the pre-configured message template, acquires the source data matched with the service logic parameter from the preset message source, edits the source data into the message to be sent through the format parameter, and sends the message to be sent to the target terminal address according to the requirement of the service logic parameter, thereby meeting various service requirements in a simpler and more convenient way, i.e., sending messages to a specific range of people at a specific time, where the specific time and specific range are determined based on business processes, wherein, the keywords and the link fields in the message template can be automatically generated through a dynamic parameter input interface, multi-dimensional transmission target screening is managed in the middleware, therefore, the message can be flexibly sent to a corresponding target, all message services are managed in a unified way, the existing service requirements are met, and more message scenes in the future can be rapidly realized.
