Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described through embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a schematic diagram of a sales counter. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2A, fig. 2B and fig. 3, the sales counter comprises a cabinet 11, a triggering device 12, a radio frequency identification device 13 and a processor 14. A cabinet door 111 is arranged on one side of the cabinet body 11, and at least one tray 112 for bearing articles is arranged inside the cabinet body 11; the trigger device 12 is used for generating a trigger signal when detecting that the state of the cabinet door is changed from open to closed; the rfid device 13 includes a reader/writer and a phased array antenna 131 disposed on the tray 112 and connected to the reader/writer, and the reader/writer is configured to scan an electronic tag of an article on the current tray 112 through the phased array antenna 131 according to a trigger signal; the processor 14 is configured to determine an item to be checked out according to the current electronic tag scanning result and the previous electronic tag scanning result.
Each article placed on the tray is provided with a unique electronic tag, and each phased array antenna only scans the electronic tags of the articles borne by the tray.
When the cabinet door is changed from the open state to the closed state, indicating that the user is changed from the item taking stage to the checkout stage, a trigger signal for triggering the tag identification is generated by the trigger device 12 to initiate the tag scanning.
When determining the current object to be settled, the processor determines difference information between the previous electronic tag scanning result and the current electronic tag scanning result, then determines the object taken out by the user according to the difference information, takes the object as the current object to be settled, and generates a payment bill of the current object to be settled.
Preferably, the sales counter further comprises a scanning camera 15 arranged at the top of the cabinet body on one side of the cabinet door, and the scanning camera is controlled by the processor to shoot a goods taking image of goods taken by a user; the processor 14 obtains the pickup image, determines a tray identifier corresponding to the article to be checked out according to the pickup image, and then controls the reader-writer to control the phased array antenna corresponding to the tray identifier to perform label scanning according to the trigger signal. Compared with the method of controlling all the antennas to scan the tags on all the trays, the method can reduce the number of the antennas participating in tag scanning, thereby reducing the tag scanning range and improving the determining speed of the articles to be checked out.
Preferably, the sales counter further comprises a face recognition module 16 arranged at the top of the counter body on one side of the counter door, and configured to perform face recognition on a user and open the counter door 111 when the face recognition is passed. The technical effect that the goods can be taken by opening the door without the control of a mobile phone is achieved.
Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the scanning cameras 15 are disposed at two ends of the top of the cabinet body on one side of the cabinet door, and the camera of the face recognition module 16 is disposed in the middle of the top of the cabinet body on one side of the door.
In some embodiments, if the face recognition fails, the mode is actively or passively switched to other door opening modes, such as account login door opening or code scanning door opening through the touch screen 17 on the cabinet door.
Preferably, the sales counter further comprises a transaction module 18, and the transaction module is used for completing deduction of a payment bill corresponding to the object to be settled from a payment path corresponding to the current account number. The payment path can be an authorization path such as a payment treasure, a WeChat, a bank account and the like, and the deduction mode can be password-free automatic deduction, face-brushing payment, transaction password payment or code-scanning payment and the like. If the password payment is carried out, a payment password needs to be input on a touch screen of the cabinet door.
Wherein, the rfid device 13 is preferably disposed at the bottom of the cabinet 11, see fig. 2A. The video identification module further comprises a phase shifter arranged at the bottom of the cabinet body and connected with the reader-writer, and a power divider connected with the phase shifter.
In order to improve the homogeneity of the electromagnetic field intensity in the cabinet body, the phased array antenna is controlled by the reader-writer to output dynamic beams, so that the electronic tags of all articles are all at the same electromagnetic field intensity, and are similar to each other in the error allowable range, thereby preventing scanning blind spots from occurring in the cabinet body and achieving the technical effect of preventing the articles from being missed to read.
The phased array antenna comprises at least two antennas, each antenna comprises a left circularly polarized antenna and a right circularly polarized antenna, and the same antenna can form two circularly polarized waves with opposite rotation directions in two different directions. The size of the circularly polarized antenna is preferably determined according to the internal size of the sales counter, so that the electromagnetic field strength of the electronic tags of all the articles in the antenna is the same within the error tolerance range.
In one embodiment, the individual antenna dimensions are 75 × 75 × 1.5mm, the antenna substrate is FR4, and the thickness is 1.5 mm. One surface of the substrate is a radiation surface 21 (see fig. 4) for forming a circularly polarized wave, and the other surface is a feed surface 22 (see fig. 5). As shown in fig. 6, the radiating plane 21 is connected to the feeding plane 22 through a conductive via 23. The radiating plane 21 comprises a 90 ° phase transition plane 211, the 90 ° phase transition plane 211 being connected at one end to a horizontal bend plane 213 via a horizontal electric field plane 212 and at the other end to a vertical bend plane 215 via a vertical electric field plane 214. The feeding plane 22 includes a feeding ground plane 221 and a feeding coupling plane 222 (see fig. 5) connecting the feeding ground plane 221.
The principle of forming circularly polarized waves according to the electromagnetic field theory: if the amplitude of the x-component and the y-component of the electric field are equal and the phase difference is pi/2, the resultant wave is a circularly polarized wave. If the left thumb faces to the propagation direction of the electromagnetic wave, the other four fingers point to the endpoint movement direction of the electric field E, and the circularly polarized wave is a left-handed circularly polarized wave; if the thumb of the right hand is oriented in the wave propagation direction, the remaining four fingers point in the end point movement direction of the electric field E, and such a circularly polarized wave is a right-hand circularly polarized wave. With reference to the diagonal 1 shown in fig. 4, the current vector is symmetrical about the diagonal 2. According to the maxwell equation set principle, the current vector can represent the magnitude and direction of the electric field vector, the electric field directions of every two symmetrical points are perpendicular to each other and have the same magnitude, and see fig. 7. From the feed point, two current paths flow out in opposite directions, so that two electric fields with opposite directions exist, and the electric field in the-z direction is assumed to be E10The electric field in the (vertical) and + z directions is E01(horizontal), symmetrical about the diagonal 2, the total radiation field is divided into + z and-z directions, the radiation field in + z direction is right-hand circular polarized wave, as follows:

The right-hand circular polarized wave is shown in fig. 8, the left-hand circular polarized wave is shown in fig. 9, and the synthesized radiation wave is shown in fig. 10.
Illustratively, for a sales counter with a rectangular tray having a length of 110cm and a width of 40cm, the antennas of the array antenna are arranged on the center line of the short side of the tray, and each antenna has a size of 75 × 75mm, and the scanning angle of the scanned edge is preferably 45 °, referring to the simulation result of fig. 11, it can be seen that the side lobe is higher, which is-13 dB, and the side lobe causes the confusion of the received information during scanning. In order to reduce the side lobes, the side lobes are pressed by using a Taylor array synthesis algorithm; however, the Taylor array synthesis algorithm is used for pressing the side lobes, too large array spacing may occur, and the too large array spacing may cause grating lobes; grating lobes also clutter the received information and, in addition, the scan angle also affects the grating lobes. The maximum array pitch formula of the Taylor array without grating lobes is as follows:

wherein d ismaxIs the maximum spacing between antennas, σ is the lobe broadening factor, N is the number of elements, R0Is Taylor array synthetic side lobe level, and lambda is resonance wavelength. When R0 is 30dB and the number of antennas is 6, d is obtainedmax=118mm。
For this reason, 6 antennas are placed on each tray, and when the interval between adjacent antennas is 118mm, the electronic tags of the articles on the trays can be exposed to the electromagnetic field with the same intensity.
The current distribution of each cell after 30dB taylor integration and the phase shift of 45 ° scan by C + + programming calculation are shown in the table below, and the scan directions obtained by ± 45 ° scan are shown in fig. 11.
