本发明适用于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种智能型一体式光纤电源设备。
背景技术
随着移动通信的高速发展,中国将导入5G时代,传统的基站也逐渐升级为5G基站。5G基站室外一体化机柜都是使用一体化电源系统,特点是集电源、配电、光纤和蓄电池于一身,由统一的内置监控模块管理,支持多种输入和输出,可对电池组充放电、光纤端口管理。但是,现有的一些室外5G基站具有稳定性差,空间占用大等问题。急需设计一种整机性能稳定,体积小,功率密度高,适用范围广,支持后台软件管理的一体式光纤电源设备。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明采用了以下方案:
一种智能型一体式光纤电源设备,包括外壳主体,其中外壳主体包括下壳体以及上壳体,其特征在于所述下壳体的内部设置有电池仓、配电仓及光配仓,配所述电仓及光配仓设置在所述下壳体内腔的下方,所述电池仓设置在所述下壳体内腔的上方,所述电池仓中固定设置有电池,所述配电仓中设置有总电路板,所述总电路板通过固定件固定设置在所述下壳体的内腔中,所述光配仓中设置有光配电路板,所述光配电路板与所述总电路板电连接,所述光配电路板上设置有若干适配器,所述光配仓底部设置有光缆进出口,所述总电路板用以收集并处理所述电池仓、所述配电仓及所述光配仓的数据,所述光配电路板用于监控光纤端口的使用情况。
所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述下壳体的底部设置有若干接口,所述接口设置在所述配电仓的下方,与设置在所述总电路板下方的外接端子电连接,所述接口包括配电输入接口,以及设置在所述配电输入接口一侧的配电输出接口,所述配电输出接口的侧边设置有RS485接口。
所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述配电输出接口设置有多组,所述配电输出接口设置在所述配电输入接口和所述RS485接口之间,所述配电输出接口的上方,还设置有信号线接口。
所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述适配器设置在所述光配电路板的两侧,所述光配电路板的底部设置有储纤装置,所述储纤装置设置有两组,分别设置在所述光配电路板的上下两端。
所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述光配仓的顶部设置有光线熔接区,底部设置有光缆进出口,所述光缆进出口上设置有用于固定光缆的固定装置,所述固定装置设置在光配仓的内壁上。
所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述总电路板上设置有有防雷器,所述防雷器的一侧设置有多组空气开关,所述空气开关包括微断空开,其规格为16A/2P。
所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述下壳体设置有配电仓的一侧的侧壁上还设置有指示灯集成板,所述下壳体的外侧壁上设置有指示灯,所述指示灯与所述指示灯集成板电连接,所述指示灯集成板与所述总电路板电连接,通过所述指示灯集成板控制所述指示灯显示不同的配电状态信息。
所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述上壳体与所述下壳体的边缘设置有若干的螺母,通过螺栓将所述上壳体固定连接在所述下壳体上,所述上壳体与所述下壳体的连接处设置有防水胶条,所述防水胶条设置有两组,包括内胶条和外胶条。
所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述下壳体的侧边还设置有安装支架,所述安装支架设置有多组,通过螺钉固定设置在所述下壳体的侧边。

所述上壳体上设置有光配仓门,通过螺丝可拆卸连接在所述上壳体上,其位置配合设置在所述光配仓的上方;
所述上壳体的表面还可拆卸设置有LOGO展示件。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
结合图1至图3,一种智能型一体式光纤电源设备,包括外壳主体,其中外壳主体包括下壳体1以及上壳体2。上壳体2与下壳体1的边缘设置有若干位置对应的螺母6,通过螺栓14将上壳体2固定连接在下壳体1上。在上下壳体的连接处设置有防水胶条16,为了提高外壳主体的密封性能,防水胶条16设置有两组,包括内胶条和外胶条,分别设置在下壳体1上,限位在下壳体1与上壳体2的连接面上。下壳体1的侧边还设置有安装支架4,以满足不同场景的安装方式,安装支架4根据不同的需求可以设置有多组,在本实施例中,安装支架4设置有两组,通过螺钉固定设置在下壳体1的侧边。
上壳体2与下壳体1用铝合金材料压铸而成,铝合金材料的重量轻,散热好,通过压铸工艺容易成形。在下壳体1与上壳体2上,还设置有若干散热片12,满足设备自然散热要求。
下壳体1的内部设置有电池仓、配电仓及光配仓,配电仓及光配仓设置在下壳体1内腔的下方,电池仓设置在下壳体1内腔的上方,电池仓中固定设置有电池22。
配电仓中设置有总电路板23,总电路板23通过螺钉等固定件固定设置在下壳体1的内腔中,总电路板23上设置有防雷器25以及多组空气开关,空气开关包括微断空开26,其规格为16A/2P。总电路板23的下方设置有用于连接导线的外接端子27。
下壳体1设置有配电仓一侧的侧壁上还设置有指示灯集成板24,下壳体1的外侧壁上设置有指示灯13,指示灯13与指示灯集成板24电连接,通过指示灯集成板24控制指示灯13显示不同的配电状态信息。
在下壳体1的底部,设置有若干接口,接口设置在配电仓的下方区域中,并与总电路板23电连接。其中,接口包括配电输入接口7,以及设置在配电输入接口7一侧的配电输出接口8,配电输出接口8设置有多组,配电输出接口8的侧边设置有RS485接口10,配电输出接口8设置在输入接口以及RS485接口10之间。在配电输出接口8的上方,还设置有一个信号线接口9。
配电仓的侧边设置有光配仓,光配舱中设置有光配电路板18,光配电路板18的两边设置有若干组适配器19,在光配电路板18的底部还设置有储纤装置20,储纤装置20设置有两组,分别设置在光配电路板18的上下两端。
光配仓的顶部设置有光线熔接区17,其底部设置有光缆进出口11,光缆进出口11上设置有用于固定光缆的固定装置21,固定装置21设置在配电仓的内壁上。
在上壳体2上设置有光配仓门3,通过螺丝15可拆卸连接在上壳体2上,其位置配合设置在光配仓的上方。上壳体2的表面还可拆卸设置有LOGO展示件5。
总电路板23收集并处理电池仓、配电仓及光配仓的数据,光配智能电路板18可监控光纤端口的使用情况。
一种智能型光纤电源一体设备下壳体1、上壳体2、光配仓门3均采用铝合金材料压铸而成,铝合金重量轻,散热好,容易成形;下壳体1、上壳体2设计有散热片12,满足设备自然散热要求;光配仓门3可单独开启,方便光配仓操作;安装支架4满足不同场景的安装方式;LOGO展示件5为模块滑块,可以任意更换不同公司LOGO,可拆卸设置在光配仓门3及上壳体2上;配电输入接口7、配电输出接口8、信号线接口9 、RS485接口10、光缆进出口11为外部接口,可以实现不拆箱操作;壳体的安装螺栓14、防水胶条16为壳体的密封配件,防水胶条16设计为内外两条,防护等级可达到IP65;光纤熔接区17、智能光配电路板18、适配器19、储纤装置20、光缆固定装置21为光配仓安装配件,光配电路板18可监控光纤端口的使用情况;总电路板23、指示灯集成板24、防雷器25、微断空开26、外接端子27为配电仓安装配件,总电路板23收集并处理电池仓、配电仓及光配仓的数据;指示灯13、指示灯集成板24实时显示配电状态。

1.一种智能型一体式光纤电源设备,包括外壳主体,其中外壳主体包括下壳体(1)以及上壳体(2),其特征在于所述下壳体(1)的内部设置有电池仓、配电仓及光配仓,配所述电仓及光配仓设置在所述下壳体(1)内腔的下方,所述电池仓设置在所述下壳体(1)内腔的上方,所述电池仓中固定设置有电池(22),所述配电仓中设置有总电路板(23),所述总电路板(23)通过固定件固定设置在所述下壳体(1)的内腔中,所述光配仓中设置有光配电路板(18),所述光配电路板(18)与所述总电路板(23)电连接,所述光配电路板(18)上设置有若干适配器(19),所述光配仓底部设置有光缆进出口(11),所述总电路板(23)用以收集并处理所述电池仓、所述配电仓及所述光配仓的数据,所述光配电路板(18)用于监控光纤端口的使用情况。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述下壳体(1)的底部设置有若干接口,所述接口设置在所述配电仓的下方,与设置在所述总电路板(23)下方的外接端子(27)电连接,所述接口包括配电输入接口(7),以及设置在所述配电输入接口(7)一侧的配电输出接口(8),所述配电输出接口(8)的侧边设置有RS485接口(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述配电输出接口(8)设置有多组,所述配电输出接口(8)设置在所述配电输入接口(7)和所述RS485接口(10)之间,所述配电输出接口(8)的上方,还设置有信号线接口(9)。

8.根据权利要求1所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述上壳体(2)与所述下壳体(1)的边缘设置有若干的螺母(6),通过螺栓(14)将所述上壳体(2)固定连接在所述下壳体(1)上,所述上壳体(2)与所述下壳体(1)的连接处设置有防水胶条(16),所述防水胶条(16)设置有两组,包括内胶条和外胶条。
9.根据权利要求1所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述下壳体(1)的侧边还设置有安装支架(4),所述安装支架(4)设置有多组,通过螺钉固定设置在所述下壳体(1)的侧边。
10.根据权利要求1所述的智能型一体式光纤电源设备,其特征在于所述下壳体(1)与所述上壳体(2)上设置有若干散热片(12);
所述上壳体(2)上设置有光配仓门(3),通过螺丝(15)可拆卸连接在所述上壳体(2)上,其位置配合设置在所述光配仓的上方;
所述上壳体(2)的表面还可拆卸设置有LOGO展示件(5)。
