when a user confirms that the recording audiometry effect and the telephone audiometry effect of the current group of sound optimization parameters meet the requirements of the user, the sound optimization processing system stores the current group of sound optimization parameters as a corresponding sound optimization mode and stores the corresponding sound optimization mode to the server;
calling a sound optimization mode in the console to perform sound optimization processing; and processing the sound to be processed in real time by using the sound optimization parameters of the sound optimization mode in the processor to obtain a sound optimization processing result, and feeding back and outputting the sound optimization processing result to a called user or other objects for receiving the sound optimization processing result.
Particularly, the console also comprises a streaming media conversion interface and a sound file conversion interface;
the sound optimization system can be connected to a central telephone service workbench, a video conference system, an online classroom system and the like through the streaming media conversion interface; the voice optimization system receives streaming media data input from the outside through the streaming media conversion interface, and calls a voice optimization mode to perform voice optimization processing on the streaming media data and feed the streaming media data back to a streaming media data input end, so that personalized voice optimization service is provided;
the sound optimization system receives an externally input sound file through the sound file conversion interface, and calls a sound optimization mode to perform sound optimization processing on the sound file and feed the sound file back to the sound file input end, so that personalized sound processing service is provided;
in particular, the processor of the sound optimization system comprises a noise processing unit for reducing background noise or increasing background noise;
when the sound optimization system is applied to a telephone customer service system and when an artificial seat is communicated with a client, the noise processing unit is used for reducing background noise at the client side and improving the definition of the voice of the client, so that the artificial seat can better answer the conversation of the client, the intelligibility is improved in hearing perception, and the fatigue of the artificial seat is reduced;
similarly, the noise processing unit can also reduce the background noise at the artificial seat side and improve the definition of the artificial seat voice, so that a client can better answer the conversation of the artificial seat;
when a client communicates with the voice robot, the noise processing unit is used for adding background noise on the voice robot side; background noise is added, so that a conversation object of a client and the voice robot is not easy to distinguish when the client and the voice robot are in conversation, and the reality of a conversation scene is improved;
in particular, the background noise added by the noise processing unit includes office noise, a key tap sound, or the like, or background music.

Claims (10)

1. A method of sound optimization, comprising:
step 1, setting sound optimization parameters;
a user opens a console of a sound optimization system, and sound optimization parameters are set in the console; step 2, recording audiometry is carried out and sound optimization parameters are adjusted;
the user carries out recording through the console to obtain a recording result; the console transmits the recording result to a processor of the sound optimization system; the processor performs sound optimization processing on the recording result by using the currently set sound optimization parameters to obtain a sound optimization result and feeds the sound optimization result back to the console; the console plays back the recording result and the sound optimization processing result to the user for effect comparison; the user repeatedly adjusts the sound optimization parameters according to the effect comparison until a sound optimization processing result satisfied by the user is obtained;
step 3, carrying out telephone audiometry and adjusting sound optimization parameters;
a user dials a test number through the console, the sound optimization system plays a guide voice for test to carry out conversation with the user, the processor carries out real-time processing by using sound optimization parameters adjusted after recording and audiometry in the conversation process to obtain an online sound optimization processing result and feeds the online sound optimization processing result back to the console, and the console plays the online sound optimization processing result back to the user for telephone audiometry; the user adjusts the sound optimization parameters in real time according to the online sound optimization processing result until the online sound optimization processing result satisfied by the user is obtained;
step 4, storing the sound optimization parameters as a sound optimization mode;
when a user confirms that the recording audiometry effect and the telephone audiometry effect of the current sound optimization parameters meet the requirements of the user, the sound optimization system stores the current group of sound optimization parameters as a corresponding sound optimization mode and stores the corresponding sound optimization mode to a server;
step 5, calling a sound optimization mode to perform sound optimization processing;
the user calls a corresponding sound optimization mode through the console; the processor utilizes the sound optimization parameters in the sound optimization mode to process the sound to be processed in real time to obtain a sound optimization processing result, and feeds back and outputs the sound optimization processing result to a called user or other objects for receiving the sound optimization processing result.
2. The sound optimization method of claim 1,
when a user opens the console, the console automatically loads one or more reference optimization modes for the user to use;
and the console acquires a reference optimization mode from the server, and the reference optimization mode provides initialized sound optimization parameters for the user.
3. The sound optimization method of claim 1,
applying the sound optimization method to a telephone customer service system; the telephone customer service system identifies and records the customer attribute of the current call customer, and calls a corresponding sound optimization mode to perform sound optimization processing on the sound of the artificial seat, the voice robot and the customer according to the customer attribute of the current call customer; wherein the client attribute comprises the gender, age and communication emotion of the client.
4. The sound optimization method of claim 3,
when the voice robot transfers the current call to the artificial seat, calling a sound optimization mode to keep the tone and the tone of the artificial seat consistent with those of the voice robot; when the artificial seat transfers the current call to the voice robot, calling a voice optimization mode to keep the tone and the tone of the voice robot consistent with the artificial seat;
or, according to the client attribute of the current call client, calling a sound optimization mode to convert the tone of the human agent or the voice robot into the speaker tone matched with the client attribute;
or when the voice of the client who is currently in the call is abnormal, the voice optimization mode is called to perform voice optimization processing on the voice of the client.
5. The sound optimization method of claim 3,
the processor of the sound optimization system comprises a noise processing unit, wherein the noise processing unit is used for reducing background noise or increasing the background noise;
when the artificial seat is communicated with a client, the noise processing unit is used for reducing the background noise of the client side or the artificial seat side; when the voice robot communicates with the client, the noise processing unit is used for adding background noise on the voice robot side.
6. A sound optimization system is characterized by comprising a console, a processor and a server;
wherein the console is connected to the server; the processor is connected to the console;
wherein, the console is used for setting and adjusting sound optimization parameters;
the processor is used for carrying out sound optimization processing according to the set and adjusted sound optimization parameters; the server is used for storing the recording result, the sound optimization parameter and the corresponding sound optimization mode;
recording audiometry is carried out in the console, and sound optimization parameters are adjusted; the user carries out recording through the console to obtain a recording result; the console transmits the recording result to the processor; the processor performs sound optimization processing on the recording result by using the currently set sound optimization parameters to obtain a sound optimization result and feeds the sound optimization result back to the console; the console plays back the recording result and the sound optimization processing result to the user for effect comparison; the user repeatedly adjusts the sound optimization parameters according to the effect comparison until a sound optimization processing result satisfied by the user is obtained;
carrying out telephone audiometry and adjusting sound optimization parameters in the console; the user dials a test number through the console, and the sound optimization system plays a guide voice for testing to carry out conversation with the user; the processor performs real-time processing by using the sound optimization parameters adjusted after the recording audiometry in the conversation process to obtain an online sound optimization processing result and feeds the online sound optimization processing result back to the console, and the console plays the online sound optimization processing result back to the user for telephone audiometry; the user adjusts the sound optimization parameters in real time according to the online sound optimization processing result until the online sound optimization processing result satisfied by the user is obtained;
when a user confirms that the recording audiometry effect and the telephone audiometry effect of the current group of sound optimization parameters meet the requirements of the user, the sound optimization system stores the current group of sound optimization parameters as a corresponding sound optimization mode and stores the corresponding sound optimization mode to the server;
the user calls a corresponding sound optimization mode through the console; the processor utilizes the sound optimization parameters in the sound optimization mode to process the sound to be processed in real time to obtain a sound optimization processing result, and feeds back and outputs the sound optimization processing result to a called user or other objects for receiving the sound optimization processing result.
7. The sound optimization system of claim 6,
wherein the console comprises a display device with a touchable screen or a display device with an input device; the input device comprises a mouse and a keyboard;
and the user drags the sound optimization parameter control bar through the touchable screen or the input device to adjust and set the sound optimization parameters.
8. The sound optimization system of claim 6,
the console comprises a recording unit, a playback unit, an audio input interface and an audio output interface;
the recording unit is used for recording operation, and the playback unit is used for performing playback operation; the sound recording unit comprises a microphone, and the sound reproduction unit comprises a loudspeaker;
the audio input interface is used for being connected with a recording device in an inserting mode, and a user uses the recording device to perform recording operation; the audio output interface is used for being connected with a playback device in an inserting mode, and a user uses the playback device to perform playback operation; the recording device comprises an external microphone, and the playing device comprises an external loudspeaker or an earphone.
