A software module may be stored in RAM memory, flash memory, ROM memory, EPROM memory, EEPROM memory, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art. For example, a storage medium may be coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. In the alternative, the storage medium may be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC, which may be located in a user terminal. In the alternative, the processor and the storage medium may reside in different components in a user terminal.
In one or more exemplary designs, the functions described above in connection with the embodiments of the invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination of the three. If implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media that facilitate transfer of a computer program from one place to another. Storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. For example, such computer-readable media can include, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to carry or store program code in the form of instructions or data structures and which can be read by a general-purpose or special-purpose computer, or a general-purpose or special-purpose processor. Additionally, any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium, and, thus, is included if the software is transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source via a coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), or wirelessly, e.g., infrared, radio, and microwave. Such discs (disk) and disks (disc) include compact disks, laser disks, optical disks, DVDs, floppy disks and blu-ray disks, where magnetic discs generally reproduce data magnetically, while disks generally reproduce data optically with lasers. Combinations of the above may also be included in the computer-readable medium.
The above-mentioned embodiments, objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention are further described in detail, it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (6)

1. A multiple-type camera-based parking violation management method, the method comprising:
acquiring an illegal parking area image acquired by an array camera;
judging whether the illegal action information and the vehicle identification information of the illegal target can be acquired according to the illegal region image;
if the illegal parking evidence information of the illegal parking target cannot be generated according to the illegal parking area image, sending a collecting instruction to at least one spherical camera corresponding to the illegal parking area so that the spherical camera collects the illegal parking target image;
one or more spherical cameras can be arranged on a monitoring rod different from the array cameras, each spherical camera is arranged outside the monitoring area of the array cameras or comprises the monitoring area of the array cameras, a plurality of patrol areas are arranged, and the spherical cameras monitor each patrol area by adjusting angles and focal lengths according to the sequence of the patrol areas in work and continuously circulate in each patrol area;
acquiring illegal parking behavior information of the illegal parking target according to the illegal parking area image acquired by the array camera, and acquiring vehicle identification information of the illegal parking target according to the illegal parking target image acquired by the dome camera; or vehicle identification information of a suspected illegal parking target is obtained according to the illegal parking area image collected by the array camera, and illegal parking behavior information of the suspected illegal parking target is confirmed according to the illegal parking area image collected by the dome camera;
generating illegal parking evidence information of the illegal parking target according to the illegal parking behavior information and the vehicle identification information;
acquiring temporary stop area image information in a patrol area acquired by a dome camera, wherein the patrol area comprises the acquisition range of the array camera or is an illegal stop area outside the acquisition range of the array camera;
if the target vehicle exists in the image information of the temporary stop area, recording the target vehicle as a violation vehicle to be confirmed;
acquiring the image information of the temporary stopping area in a patrol area acquired by the dome camera after a preset time;
judging whether the target vehicle is located in the parking area according to the parking area image information collected by the dome camera after the preset time;
and if so, confirming that the target vehicle is an illegal parking vehicle.
2. The multiple-type camera-based parking violation management method according to claim 1, wherein said step of sending a collection instruction to at least one dome camera corresponding to said parking violation area comprises:
acquiring the position information of the illegal parking target according to the illegal parking area image;
and sending the position information of the illegal parking target to at least one dome camera corresponding to the illegal parking area, so that the dome camera acquires the image of the illegal parking target after adjusting acquisition parameter information according to the position information.
3. The multi-type camera-based parking management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring image information of a no-parking area in a patrol area, which is acquired by a dome camera;
and if the target vehicle exists in the image information of the no-parking area and the parking behavior of the target vehicle exists, determining that the target vehicle is the illegal parking vehicle.
4. A multiple-type camera-based parking violation management system, the system comprising: the system comprises an array camera, a dome camera and a master controller;
the array camera is used for acquiring an illegal parking area image in real time;
the dome camera and the array camera are arranged on different mounting rods and are used for circularly acquiring images of all patrol areas according to the sequence of the patrol areas, and the patrol areas comprise illegal parking areas covered by the array camera or are not overlapped with the illegal parking areas;
the main controller is used for judging whether the violation evidence information of the violation target can be generated according to the violation area image; if the illegal parking evidence information of the illegal parking target cannot be generated according to the illegal parking area image, sending a collecting instruction to at least one spherical camera corresponding to the illegal parking area;
the main controller is specifically used for judging whether the illegal parking behavior information and the vehicle identification information of the illegal parking target can be acquired according to the illegal parking area image; if so, confirming that the illegal evidence information of the illegal target can be generated;
the dome camera is further used for acquiring the images of the illegal parking targets according to the acquisition instruction;
the main controller is further used for generating the illegal parking evidence information of the illegal parking target according to the illegal parking area image acquired by the array camera and the illegal parking target image acquired by the dome camera;
the main controller is specifically further configured to acquire violation behavior information of the violation targets according to the violation region image acquired by the array camera, and acquire vehicle identification information of the violation targets according to the violation target image acquired by the dome camera; or vehicle identification information of a suspected illegal parking target is obtained according to the illegal parking area image collected by the array camera, and illegal parking behavior information of the suspected illegal parking target is confirmed according to the illegal parking area image collected by the dome camera; generating illegal parking evidence information of the illegal parking target according to the illegal parking behavior information and the vehicle identification information;
the main controller is further used for acquiring temporary stop area image information in a patrol area acquired by the dome camera, wherein the patrol area is a break-stop area outside the acquisition range of the array camera; if the target vehicle exists in the image information of the temporary stop area, recording the target vehicle as a violation vehicle to be confirmed;
the main controller is also used for acquiring the image information of the temporary stop area in the patrol area acquired by the dome camera after the preset time; judging whether the target vehicle is located in the parking area according to the parking area image information collected by the dome camera after the preset time; and if so, confirming that the target vehicle is an illegal parking vehicle.
5. The multi-type camera-based parking management system of claim 4,
the main controller is specifically further configured to obtain position information of the parking violation target according to the parking violation area image; and sending the position information of the illegal parking target to at least one dome camera corresponding to the illegal parking area, so that the dome camera acquires the image of the illegal parking target after adjusting acquisition parameter information according to the position information.
6. The multi-type camera-based parking management system of claim 4,
the main controller is also used for acquiring the image information of the forbidden zone in the patrol zone collected by the spherical camera; and if the target vehicle exists in the image information of the no-parking area and the parking behavior of the target vehicle exists, determining that the target vehicle is the illegal parking vehicle.
