Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided in the present application, the following first describes relevant contents of the technical solutions in the present application. When a customer uses a product or service provided by a bank, the bank charges according to the product or service, charges according to a charging mode agreed with the customer in advance, and receives the income of the intermediate business of the bank, so that the customer successfully uses the bank to provide the service, namely the bank finishes one-time charging for the customer. For example, the customer uses a money transfer product provided by a bank that charges the customer for a money transfer based on the amount of money transferred by the customer. The charging parameters of the bank need to be adjusted according to actual conditions, such as national policy adjustment or industry competition needs. The bank charging parameters are numerous, so that errors are difficult to be avoided when the parameters are manually set, and aiming at the problem, the embodiment of the invention provides the method for identifying the abnormal charging parameters of the bank, which can identify the abnormal charging parameters so as to correct the abnormal charging parameters.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for identifying an abnormal bank charging parameter according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for identifying an abnormal bank charging parameter according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, acquiring a set value of a charging parameter to be checked and a parameter type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked;
specifically, when the charging parameter needs to be adjusted, the value of the charging parameter is manually set to obtain the set value of the charging parameter, and the set value of the charging parameter which is manually set needs to be checked to identify whether the set value of the charging parameter which is manually set is accurate, wherein the charging parameter which needs to be checked is the charging parameter to be checked. The server may obtain a set value of the charge parameter to be checked. Each charging parameter corresponds to a parameter type, which may include a fixed charging type, a proportional charging type, and a fractional charging type. The server can also obtain the parameter type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked. In this case, the adjustment of the charging parameters is usually performed in advance and is effective at a specified date in the future. The execution subject of the identification method for the bank charging parameter abnormity provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises but is not limited to a server.
S102, obtaining a calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the set value of the charging parameter to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked and a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the parameter type; the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the parameter type is preset;
specifically, after the server obtains the set value of the to-be-checked charging parameter and the parameter type corresponding to the to-be-checked charging parameter, the server can obtain the calculation value of the to-be-checked charging parameter according to the set value of the to-be-checked charging parameter, the historical data of the to-be-checked charging parameter and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the parameter type. The charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the parameter type is preset, and may include a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to a fixed charging type, a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to a proportional charging type, and a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to a segment charging type. The historical data of the charging parameter to be checked may include values used by the charging parameter over a period of time in the past, and a historical period of time for each value used.
For example, when the parameter type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked is a fixed charging type, the server may obtain a calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to a setting value of the charging parameter to be checked, historical data of the charging parameter to be checked, and a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the fixed charging type; when the parameter type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked is a proportional charging type, the parameter to be checked may include an upper charging amount limit, a lower charging amount limit, and a charging ratio, and the server may obtain a calculation value of the upper charging amount limit, a calculation value of the lower charging amount limit, and a calculation value of the charging ratio according to a setting value of the charging ratio, historical data of the charging parameter to be checked, and a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the proportional charging type.
S103, if the set value of the to-be-checked fee parameter is judged to be not matched with the calculated value of the to-be-checked fee parameter, determining that the to-be-checked fee parameter is abnormal.
Specifically, after obtaining the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, the server compares the set value of the charging parameter to be checked with the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, and if the absolute value of the difference between the set value of the charging parameter to be checked and the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked is less than or equal to a parameter threshold, the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is matched with the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, which indicates that the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is accurate and no abnormality exists; if the absolute value of the difference value between the set value of the charging parameter to be checked and the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked is larger than the parameter threshold, the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is not matched with the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, which indicates that the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is inaccurate, and the charging parameter to be checked is abnormal and needs to be corrected. The parameter threshold is set according to actual experience, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. It will be appreciated that for different to-be-checked charging parameters, the corresponding parameter thresholds may be different.
The method for identifying the abnormal bank charging parameters can acquire the set value of the charging parameters to be checked and the parameter types corresponding to the charging parameters to be checked, obtain the calculation values of the charging parameters to be checked according to the set value of the charging parameters to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameters to be checked and the charging parameter calculation formulas corresponding to the parameter types, determine that the charging parameters to be checked are abnormal after judging that the set value of the charging parameters to be checked is not matched with the calculation values of the charging parameters to be checked, realize the automatic check of the charging parameters to be checked, and improve the check efficiency of the charging parameters to be checked. In addition, the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is checked through the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, which is obtained based on the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked, so that the accuracy of checking the charging parameter is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiments, further, the parameter type is a fixed charging type; correspondingly, the obtaining of the calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the set value of the charging parameter to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the parameter type includes:
obtaining a calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the set value of the charging parameter to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked and a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the fixed charging type; wherein, the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the fixed charging type is as follows:
Figure BDA0002543842370000051
wherein, Fn+1Represents a calculated value of said charging parameter to be checked, TjDenotes the jth historical period, FjFixed charge amount, T, representing jth historical time periodn+1Denotes the next time period, FxSet value, W, representing said charging parameter to be checked1And W2Represents a weight, and W1+W2J is a positive integer and j is less than or equal to n, n being a positive integer.
Specifically, the type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked may be a fixed charging type, or a charging parameter of a fixed charging type, which may also be referred to as a fixed charging parameter. The products that are part of the bank may be charged using fixed charging parameters. With market changes and competition in the same industry, the value of the fixed charging parameter can be adjusted to meet the needs of actual conditions.
When the type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked is the fixed charging type, the server can obtain the calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the set value of the charging parameter to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the fixed charging type. The historical data of the charging parameters to be checked comprises used numerical values of the charging parameters to be checked in a past period of time and a historical period of time corresponding to each used numerical value. The past period of time may be divided into n historical time periods, which are set according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
The charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the fixed charging type is as follows:
Figure BDA0002543842370000061
wherein, Fn+1Represents a calculated value of said charging parameter to be checked, TjDenotes the jth historical period, FjFixed charge amount, T, representing jth historical time periodn+1Denotes the next time period, FxSet value, W, representing said charging parameter to be checked1And W2Represents a weight, and W1+W2J is a positive integer and j is less than or equal to n, n being a positive integer. Weight W1And W2The setting can be performed according to practical experience, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. The next time period is preset, for example, 1 month, and is set according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, the server obtains the set value of the charging parameter to be checked as FxAnd obtaining a certain product of the bank in the area A for a certain time period T1The fixed charge amount is F1At T1Last time period T2The fixed charge amount is F2At T2Last time period T3The internal fixed charging amount is F3And so on at Tn-1Last time period TnThe fixed charge amount is FnThen F can be set according to the set value of the charge parameter to be checkedx、T1To TnAnd (3) calculating a calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the fixed charging amount in the time period and the formula (1).
On the basis of the above embodiments, further, the parameter type is a proportional charging type, and the charging parameter to be checked includes an upper charging amount limit, a lower charging amount limit, and a charging ratio; correspondingly, the obtaining of the calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the set value of the charging parameter to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the parameter type includes:
obtaining a calculation value of the upper limit of the charging amount, a calculation value of the lower limit of the charging amount and a calculation value of the charging ratio according to the set value of the charging ratio, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked and a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the proportional charging type; wherein, the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the proportion charging type is as follows:
Figure BDA0002543842370000062
Figure BDA0002543842370000063
Figure BDA0002543842370000071
wherein, Pm+1A calculated value, T, representing said charge rateiIndicates the ith history period, PiRepresents the charging ratio, T, of the ith historical periodm+1Denotes the next time period, PxSet value representing said charging ratio, α1And α2Represents a weight, and α12=1,Mm+1A calculation value representing an upper limit of said charge amount, MiUpper limit value of charging amount T representing ith history periodm-maxHistorical time period corresponding to historical maximum value representing upper limit of charging amount, Nm+1A calculation value representing a lower limit of said charge amount, NiLower limit value of charging amount T representing ith history periodm-minAnd a history time period corresponding to the history maximum value of the lower limit of the charging amount, wherein i is a positive integer, m is less than or equal to m, and m is a positive integer.
Specifically, the type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked may be a proportional charging type, the charging parameter of the proportional charging type may be referred to as a proportional charging parameter, and the proportional charging parameter may include a charging amount upper limit, a charging amount lower limit, and a charging ratio. The amount to be charged can be calculated according to the product of the transaction amount of the product and the charging proportion, and if the amount to be charged is larger than the upper limit of the charging amount, the charging is carried out according to the upper limit of the charging amount; if the amount to be charged is less than the lower limit of the charged amount, charging according to the lower limit of the charged amount; and if the amount to be charged is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the charged amount and less than or equal to the upper limit of the charged amount, charging according to the amount to be charged. For example, the charge parameter of the overseas remittance procedure fee is a proportional charge parameter, and when the transaction amount of the overseas remittance is large, the charge calculated according to the charge ratio is large, and when the transaction amount of the overseas remittance is small, the charge calculated according to the charge ratio is small, so the upper limit and the lower limit of the charge amount of the overseas remittance procedure fee are generally set.
When the type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked is a proportional charging type, the server may obtain a calculation value of the upper limit of the charging amount, a calculation value of the lower limit of the charging amount, and a calculation value of the charging ratio according to the setting value of the charging ratio, the history data of the charging parameter to be checked, and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the proportional charging type. The historical data of the proportional charging parameter may include charging proportions, upper limits of charging amounts, and lower limits of charging amounts of m historical time periods, which are set according to actual needs, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
Wherein, the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the proportion charging type is as follows:
Figure BDA0002543842370000072

wherein, Pm+1A calculated value, T, representing said charge rateiIndicates the ith history period, PiRepresents the charging ratio, T, of the ith historical periodm+1Denotes the next time period, PxIndicating the setting of said charging rateValue, α1And α2Represents a weight, and α12=1,Mm+1A calculation value representing an upper limit of said charge amount, MiUpper limit value of charging amount T representing ith history periodm-maxHistorical time period corresponding to historical maximum value representing upper limit of charging amount, Nm+1A calculation value representing a lower limit of said charge amount, NiLower limit value of charging amount T representing ith history periodm-minA history time period corresponding to a history maximum value representing a lower limit of the charge amount, i being a positive integer, i being equal to or less than m, m being a positive integer, weight α1And α2The setting can be performed according to practical experience, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. The value of m is set according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
For example, the server obtains the setting value of the charging parameter to be checked as PxAnd obtaining a certain product in the area B for a certain time period T1Inner charging rate of P1The upper limit of the charged amount is M1The lower limit of the charged amount is N1(ii) a At T1Last time period T2Inner charging rate of P2The upper limit of the charged amount is M2The lower limit of the charged amount is N2(ii) a At T2Last time period T3Inner charging rate of P3The upper limit of the charged amount is M3The lower limit of the charged amount is N3(ii) a By analogy, at Tm-1Last time period TmInner charging rate of PmThe upper limit of the charged amount is MmThe lower limit of the charged amount is NmThen, according to the set value of said charging ratio, T1To TmThe charging rate in the time period and the calculation value of the charging rate of the product in the area B calculated by the formula (2) can be calculated according to T1To TmCalculating the upper limit of the charge amount of the product in the area B according to the upper limit of the charge amount in the time period and the formula (3), wherein the upper limit of the charge amount of the product in the area B can be calculated according to the T1To TmAnd (4) calculating the calculation value of the lower limit of the charging amount of the product in the area B according to the lower limit of the charging amount in the time period and the formula (4).
On the basis of the above embodiments, further, the parameter type is a section charging type, and the charging parameter to be checked includes H section charging proportions and H-1 section transaction limits; wherein H is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; correspondingly, the obtaining of the calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the set value of the charging parameter to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the parameter type includes:
obtaining the calculated values of H segmented charging proportions and H-1 segmented transaction limits according to the set values of the H segmented charging proportions, the historical data of the charging parameters to be checked and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the segmented charging type; wherein, the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the segmented charging type is as follows:
Figure BDA0002543842370000091
Figure BDA0002543842370000092
wherein Q isuIndicating the calculated value of the u-th charging rate, TkDenotes the k-th history period, DukA u-th charging scale value, T, representing a k-th historical time periodz+1Denotes the next time period, DuxSetting value indicating the charging rate of the u-th segment, β1And β2Represents a weight, and β12=1,CsA calculated value representing the s-th fractional transaction limit, CskAn s-th segmented transaction quota value, T, representing a k-th historical time periods-maxAnd representing the historical time period corresponding to the historical maximum value of the s-th segmented trading limit, wherein k is a positive integer and is less than or equal to z, z is a positive integer, u is a positive integer and is less than or equal to H, and s is a positive integer and is less than or equal to H-1.
Specifically, the parameter type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked may be a segmented charging type, the charging parameter of the segmented charging type may be referred to as a segmented charging parameter, the segmented charging parameter may include H segmented charging ratios and H-1 segmented transaction limits, and the charging parameter to be checked may be the segmented charging parameter. The transaction limit may be divided into H charging intervals based on H-1 fractional transactions, with each fractional charging ratio corresponding to a charging interval. For example, large remittance, if the fee is charged by using the proportional charging parameter, it is difficult to satisfy the charging requirements for different large remittance amounts. In order to avoid causing customer dissatisfaction, the charging may be performed using a segment charging parameter. For example, a remittance amount of less than 1 ten thousand dollars may charge 10% of the commission fee, a remittance amount of 1 ten thousand dollars to 5 ten thousand dollars may charge 8% of the commission fee, and a remittance amount of greater than 5 ten thousand dollars may charge 6% of the commission fee. Wherein H is a positive integer of 2 or more.
When the parameter type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked is a segmented charging type, the server may obtain calculated values of H segmented charging ratios and H-1 segmented transaction limits according to setting values of H segmented charging ratios, historical data of the charging parameter to be checked, and a charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the segmented charging type. The historical data of the segment charging parameters may include segment charging ratios and segment transaction limits of z historical time periods, which are set according to actual needs, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
Wherein, the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the segmented charging type is as follows:

The value of H is set according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
For example, suppose that product X has three charging intervals and the number of charging intervals is not changed for different historical time periods, i.e., H is 3. Product X at a certain location for a certain period of time T1The transaction occurrence amount is 0 to C11In a charge rate of D11The transaction occurrence amount is C11To C21In a charge rate of D21The amount of transaction occurring is greater than C21In a charge rate of D31. The acquisition unit 401 may acquire the set value of the charge parameter to be checked. Each charging parameter corresponds to a parameter type, which may include a fixed charging type, a proportional charging type, and a fractional charging type. The obtaining unit 401 may further obtain a parameter type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked. After obtaining the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, the determining unit 403 may compare the set value of the charging parameter to be checked with the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, and if the absolute value of the difference between the set value of the charging parameter to be checked and the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked is less than or equal to a parameter threshold, the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is matched with the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, which indicates that the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is accurate and there is no abnormality; if the absolute value of the difference value between the set value of the charging parameter to be checked and the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked is larger than the parameter threshold, the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is not matched with the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, which indicates that the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is inaccurate, and the charging parameter to be checked is abnormal and needs to be corrected. The parameter threshold is set according to actual experience, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. It will be appreciated that for different to-be-checked charging parameters, the corresponding parameter thresholds may be different.
The device for identifying the abnormal bank charging parameters, provided by the embodiment of the invention, can acquire the set value of the charging parameter to be checked and the parameter type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked, obtain the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the set value of the charging parameter to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the parameter type, determine that the charging parameter to be checked is abnormal after judging that the set value of the charging parameter to be checked is not matched with the calculated value of the charging parameter to be checked, realize the automatic check of the charging parameter to be checked, and improve the check efficiency of the charging parameter to be checked.
When the type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked is the fixed charging type, the obtaining unit 402 may obtain the calculation value of the charging parameter to be checked according to the setting value of the charging parameter to be checked, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked, and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the fixed charging type. The historical data of the charging parameters to be checked comprises used numerical values of the charging parameters to be checked in a past period of time and a historical period of time corresponding to each used numerical value.
When the type corresponding to the charging parameter to be checked is a proportional charging type, the obtaining unit 402 may obtain a calculated value of the upper limit of the charging amount, a calculated value of the lower limit of the charging amount, and a calculated value of the charging ratio according to the set value of the charging ratio, the historical data of the charging parameter to be checked, and the charging parameter calculation formula corresponding to the proportional charging type.
