Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a method for preventing IFC format circular tube models from being introduced into Microstation software to generate linerization.
Background
Tekla Structures (Tekla for short) and Microstation are three-dimensional design software commonly used in digital design of power transformation engineering, and the two kinds of software can perform data interaction through an IFC format. The round tube model of Tekla is introduced into Microstation software through IFC format, and the line-surface condition can occur. Wherein, the round folding tube model is changed from a solid unit to a face unit, and a face unit side line appears in a blanking view (as shown in FIG. 2); the straight circular tube model is transformed into a swept solid (SweptSolid), and the formation lines appear in the blanking view (as in fig. 3). The side line and the construction line of the surface unit lead the model view to be disordered and influence the display effect of the model, the method can avoid the line-surfacing condition, and a simple model view is obtained in the Microstation software.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the existing problems, a method for preprocessing a double round tube model and post-processing an IFC file of a straight round tube model is provided, so that the phenomenon that the IFC format round tube model exported by Tekla is introduced into Microstation software to generate linerization in a blanking view is avoided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a method for preventing IFC format circular tube model from being introduced into Microstation software to generate linerization, the circular tube model comprises a folded circular tube model and a straight circular tube model; the round tube model is preprocessed or the IFC format post-processing led out after the straight round tube model is created is conducted, and then the processed round tube model is led into Microstation software, so that model line surfacing can be avoided.
Further, the specific method for preprocessing the double-over circular tube model comprises the following steps: two straight circular tubes are used as two limb tubes of the round folding tube, bent parts are created by cutting the straight circular tubes which are overlapped in a connecting mode, and a round folding tube model is obtained by combining the two straight circular tubes at the bent positions.
Furthermore, in the specific method for preprocessing the folded circular tube model, the combination of the straight circular tubes is realized through Boolean operation.
Further, the specific method for processing the IFC format straight circular tube model includes: by editing the IFC file, the swept entity description straight circular tube model is replaced by the constructed entity description straight circular tube model.
Further, the process of constructing the solid description straight circular pipe model instead of the sweeping solid straight circular pipe model can be processed in batch through an automatic program.
Further, the round tube model is created based on Tekla software.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of adopting the technical scheme are as follows:
the method can eliminate boundary lines and construction lines of the round tube model introduced into the Microstation software in the blanking view through the IFC format, so that a simple model view is obtained, and a more friendly display effect is provided for subsequent model application.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to avoid the situation that the IFC-format circular tube model exported by Tekla is introduced into the Microstation software and becomes linear in a blanking view, the invention provides a method for preprocessing a double circular tube model and post-processing an IFC file of a straight circular tube model to process the circular tube model. The specific method comprises the following steps:
a method for preventing IFC format circular tube model from being introduced into Microstation software to generate linerization, wherein the circular tube model comprises a folded circular tube model and a straight circular tube model; the round tube model is preprocessed or the IFC format post-processing led out after the straight round tube model is created is conducted, and then the processed round tube model is led into Microstation software, so that model line surfacing can be avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the specific method for preprocessing the double-folded round tube model includes: two straight circular tubes are used as two limb tubes of the round folding tube, bent parts are created by cutting the straight circular tubes which are overlapped in a connecting mode, and a round folding tube model is obtained by combining the two straight circular tubes at the bent positions.
In a preferred embodiment, in the specific method for preprocessing the folded round tube model, the combination of the straight round tubes is realized through boolean operations.
In a preferred embodiment, the specific method for processing the IFC format straight circular tube model includes: when an IFC format is exported, the Tekla software converts a straight circular tube model into a swept entity to generate a linearized object, and the straight circular tube is converted from the swept entity (Sweptsolid) into a constructed entity (CSG) by editing an IFC file of the straight circular tube model to eliminate a constructed line, so that the linearization is avoided.
Specific examples of the replacement process are as follows:
in the unprocessed IFC file, the straight circular tube model is a circular hole section swept entity (SweptSolid), and the descriptive statement thereof is exemplified as follows:
when the IFC file is processed, the straight circular tube model is described again by using a Construction Solid (CSG), that is, the above statements are replaced as follows:
in a preferred embodiment, the sweeping solid straight circular tubular model is replaced by a process of constructing a solid description straight circular tubular model, which can be batch processed by an automated program.
In a preferred embodiment, the round tube model is created based on Tekla software.
The method can eliminate the boundary line (figure 5) and the construction line (figure 6) of the round tube model introduced into the Microstation software in the blanking view through the IFC format, obtain a concise model view and provide a more friendly display effect for the subsequent model application.
