Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a resource management method illustrated by the present disclosure according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the resource management method is applied to a resource management system, the resource management system includes a primary catalog management system, a secondary catalog management system, a primary resource transmission system and a secondary resource transmission system, and the resource management method includes the following steps:
In step 101, the primary catalog management system sends a resource reporting instruction for a resource live catalog to the secondary catalog management system, the resource live catalog being generated by the secondary catalog management system and reported by the secondary catalog management system to the primary catalog management system.
In the disclosure, a primary catalog management system controls a primary resource transmission system to manage data resources in a primary repository and a pre-repository, such as reading data resources in the primary repository, deleting data resources in the primary repository, sending data resources in the pre-repository to the primary repository, deleting data resources in the pre-repository, and the like.
The secondary catalog management system controls the secondary resource transmission system to manage data resources in the secondary resource library and the front-end resource library, such as reading the data resources in the secondary resource library, adding the data resources to the secondary resource library, deleting the data resources in the primary resource library, reporting the data resources in the primary resource library to the front-end resource library, and the like.
The secondary catalog management system has the function of generating a resource live catalog, and reports the generated resource live catalog to the primary catalog management system for viewing by the primary catalog management system side. After receiving the resource live catalogue reported by the secondary catalogue management system, the primary catalogue management system can send a resource reporting instruction aiming at the resource live catalogue to the secondary catalogue management system under a first preset triggering condition, wherein the resource reporting instruction is used for indicating the secondary catalogue management system to report data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue.
There are various first preset trigger conditions, for example, the first preset trigger conditions are: the primary catalog management system receives preset operation input by a user, wherein the preset operation is used for instructing the primary catalog management system to send a resource reporting instruction aiming at a resource live catalog to the secondary catalog management system; or the first preset triggering condition is: the first-level catalog management system receives a resource live catalog reported by the second-level catalog management system; or the first preset trigger condition is a time condition, such as a period condition, a frequency condition, etc.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating another resource management method according to an exemplary embodiment, before step 101, the method may further include: in step 104, the primary catalog management system issues catalog criteria information to the secondary catalog management system, the catalog criteria information for the secondary catalog management system to generate a live catalog of resources, the catalog criteria information comprising: first resource classification information; in step 105, the secondary catalog management system generates a live catalog of resources according to the first resource classification information and the data resources in the secondary resource library, and reports the generated live catalog of resources to the primary catalog management system.
The catalog standard information is the basis for the secondary catalog management system to generate the resource live catalog, and the catalog standard information comprises first resource classification information, wherein the first resource classification information is classification information of data resources.
The content of the first resource classification information included in the different directory resource information is different, for example, when the floating population data resource of a certain province is pre-checked, the set first resource classification information may include at least one of the following: name, gender, age, identification number, native place, etc.; when the student status resource data of the person is pre-checked, the set first resource classification information may include at least one of the following: name, highest school, graduation institution, graduation time, etc. The catalog standard information can be written by an administrator of the primary catalog management system and input into the primary catalog management system through a designated interface.
The information form of the catalog standard information is various, for example, the information form is a catalog form, and the catalog standard information is a standard catalog which comprises first resource classification information; or the information form is in the form of a combined field, and the directory standard information is a combined field, wherein the combined field comprises a first resource classification information field, and the combined field can also comprise a field arrangement rule field of the combined field besides the first resource classification information field.
The first-level catalog management system has the functions and the authorities of acquiring catalog standard information and transmitting the catalog standard information to the second-level catalog management system, and transmits the catalog standard information to the second-level catalog management system after the first-level catalog management system detects the second preset triggering condition. And after receiving the catalog standard information, the secondary catalog management system generates a resource live catalog according to the catalog standard information and the data resources in the secondary resource library.
There are various ways in which the primary catalog management system obtains catalog standard information, for example, the primary catalog management system automatically generates catalog standard information; or the primary catalog management system receives catalog standard information input by a user, etc. The second preset triggering condition may be various, for example, a preset instruction input by a user is received, the primary catalog management system detects that the current time at which the second preset triggering condition is located meets a preset time condition, and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, based on different viewing requirements for the data resources in the secondary resource library, an identifier (hereinafter referred to as a first identifier) may be set for each viewing requirement, the first identifiers set by different viewing requirements are different, when catalog standard information is set according to the viewing requirements, the first identifier set for the viewing requirement may be set in the catalog standard information, and an opposite end (such as a user, a secondary catalog management system, etc.) determines which viewing requirement the catalog standard information is set for by identifying the first identifier included in the catalog standard information. When the directory standard information is a standard directory, the first identifier may be a directory number of the standard directory, or the like. The first identifier may be an identifier set by the primary catalog management system and placed in catalog criteria information by the primary catalog management system.
For example, the first viewing requirement is used for viewing the resident population data resources in a certain province, and the correspondingly set first resource classification information comprises: name, gender, age and identification number, the first identification being directory number A1; the second viewing requirement is used for viewing the streaming man-hole data resource in a certain province, and the corresponding set first resource classification information comprises: name, gender, age, identification number and native place, the first identification is directory number A2. If the opposite terminal identification directory standard information comprises a directory number A1, determining the directory standard information as directory standard information set for the first viewing requirement; if the opposite terminal identification directory standard information comprises a directory number A2, determining the directory standard information as directory standard information set for the second viewing requirement.
In an alternative embodiment, the content of the first resource classification information included in the directory standard information set for the same viewing requirement may change over time, and if the content of the first resource classification information changes, the directory standard information changes, which may be understood as that the version of the directory standard information changes.
The second identifier (such as version number) can be set for each version of directory standard information set by the same viewing requirement, the second identifier can be placed in the directory standard information, and the opposite terminal (such as a user, a secondary directory management system and the like) determines the version of the directory identification information by identifying the second identifier in the directory standard information. The first identifier and the second identifier can be simultaneously placed in the directory standard information for distinguishing the directory standard information. The second identifier may be an identifier set by the primary catalog management system and placed in catalog criteria information by the primary catalog management system.
For example, the catalog standard information is a standard catalog, and for the first viewing requirement, the catalog standard information issued for the first time includes: first resource classification information (name, gender, age, and identification number), directory number A1, and directory version number B1; for the first viewing requirement, the directory standard information issued for the second time includes: first resource classification information (name, gender, age, and native place), directory number A1, and directory version number B2; if the opposite terminal identification directory number is A1, determining that two directory standard information are set for the first viewing requirement; and the opposite terminal identifies the directory version number, if the directory version number is identified as B1, the directory standard information comprising B1 is determined to be the information issued for the first time, and if the directory version number is identified as B2, the directory standard information comprising B2 is determined to be the information issued for the second time, so that different version directory standard information which is issued for the second time and is set for the same viewing requirement is distinguished.
In addition, the catalog standard information may further include other information, for example, a file name of the catalog standard information, an industry agency code, a service classification agency code, etc., and if the catalog standard information is a standard catalog, the file name may be a standard catalog name; as another example, if the first resource classification information includes a plurality of fields (each field is referred to as a data item), the directory criteria information may further include at least one of: data item name, data item number, data item information description, data item length, and other applicable information.
In an alternative embodiment, the primary catalog management system may further have a function of issuing catalog standard information in batches, and may issue multiple catalog standard information to the secondary catalog management system simultaneously after detecting the third preset trigger condition, where the multiple catalog standard information is used by the secondary catalog management system to generate different live catalogs of resources. The function of issuing the catalog standard information in batches is added in the primary catalog management system, so that the issuing operation of a plurality of catalog standard information is simplified, and the intelligence of the primary catalog management system is improved. The third preset triggering condition is various, for example, a batch issuing instruction input by a user is received, a preset time condition (such as a period condition, a frequency condition, etc.), and the like.
For example, after detecting a preset batch issue instruction, the third-level catalog management system issues first catalog standard information and second catalog standard information to the provincial-level catalog management system at the same time, and the first catalog standard information and the second catalog standard information are used for the second-level catalog management system to generate two different resource live catalogs.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 4, which is a flowchart illustrating another resource management method according to an exemplary embodiment, step 105 described above may be implemented by the following steps 1051-1053:
In step 1051, the secondary catalog management system obtains resource classification information for the data resources in the secondary repository.
The secondary catalog management system has authority to access the secondary resource library and manage the data resources in the secondary resource library, such as checking the data resources in the secondary resource library, extracting the data resources from the secondary resource library, adding new data resources to the secondary resource library, deleting the data resources in the secondary resource library, and the like. And the secondary catalog management system acquires the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library after receiving the catalog standard information.
There are various ways for the secondary catalog management system to obtain the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary repository, for example: the first acquisition mode is as follows: accessing a secondary resource library, and determining resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library by identifying the data resources in the secondary resource library; the second acquisition mode is as follows: the secondary catalog management system generates a global resource catalog of the secondary resource library in advance, wherein the global resource catalog comprises resource classification information of all data resources in the secondary resource library, and at the moment, the secondary catalog management system can acquire the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library by extracting the pre-generated global resource catalog; the third acquisition mode is as follows: the secondary catalog management system stores a historical resource live catalog, the historical resource live catalog is catalog generated by the secondary catalog management system after receiving historical catalog standard information, the historical catalog standard information is information issued by the primary catalog management system at a historical time, and under the condition that data resources corresponding to resource classification information included in the historical resource live catalog are stored in the secondary resource library, the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library can be obtained by extracting the resource classification information included in the historical resource live catalog.
In step 1052, the secondary catalog management system determines, according to the first resource classification information, target resource classification information included in the resource classification information, where the target resource classification information includes at least: and part of the first resource classification information.
After the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library is obtained, judging whether the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library comprises first resource classification information, if the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library comprises all the first resource classification information, determining target resource classification information, wherein the target resource classification information comprises all the first resource classification information, and if the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library comprises only part of the first resource classification information, determining target resource classification information, wherein the target resource classification information comprises the part of the first resource classification information.
In an alternative embodiment, step 1052 described above may be implemented by: firstly, a second-level catalog management system acquires second resource classification information associated with first resource classification information; secondly, the second-level catalog management system determines target resource classification information according to the second resource classification information, and the target resource classification information further comprises: the second resource classification information.
If the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library comprises all the first resource classification information, the target resource classification information comprises all the first resource classification information and the second resource classification information; if the resource classification information of the data resource in the secondary resource library only comprises part of the first resource classification information, the catalog resource classification information comprises the part of the first resource classification information and the second resource classification information.
Based on the setting of the operation, the secondary catalog management system has the functions of automatically acquiring the second resource classification information associated with the first resource classification information and generating the resource live catalog according to the associated second resource classification information, enriches the content of the resource live catalog, and is convenient for the manager of the primary catalog management system to comprehensively know the category of the data resource in the secondary resource library.
Further, the operation of the secondary catalog management system to obtain the second resource classification information associated with the first resource classification information may be implemented by the following two steps: the method comprises the steps that if resource classification information only comprises part of first resource classification information, a secondary catalog management system compares the first resource classification information with resource classification information of data resources in a second resource library to determine missing resource classification information, wherein the missing resource classification information is first resource classification information which is not included in the resource classification information of the data resources in the second resource library; and a second step, the second-level catalog management system acquires second resource classification information associated with the determined lack of resource classification information.
Based on the setting of the two steps, the operation of the secondary catalog management system for determining catalog resource classification information according to the second resource classification information can be realized by the following steps: and the secondary catalog management system determines target resource classification information according to the part of the first resource classification information and the second resource classification information.
For example, the first resource classification information includes name information, gender information and age information, the resource classification information of the data resources in the second resource library includes name information, gender information, identification card number information, native information and birth date, and the second directory management system compares the resource classification information of the data resources in the first resource classification information and the second resource library, determines that the resource classification information is lack as age information, determines resource classification information (such as birth date) associated with the age information, and generates target resource classification information including name information, gender information and birth date.
After the secondary catalog management system determines that the resource classification information is absent, the secondary catalog management system can acquire second resource classification information associated with the absent resource classification information and use the second resource classification information to generate a resource live catalog, so that the content of the resource live catalog is enriched, and the intelligence of the secondary catalog management system is further improved.
The secondary catalog management system can preset the association relation between different resource classification information, for example, the association relation between different identity indication information of one person is preset, and the identity indication information can be name, identity card number, mobile phone number and the like; an association relationship exists between relatives of a preset person, such as a principal, a parent, a child, etc. The secondary catalog management system may determine second resource classification information associated with the missing resource classification information according to a preset association relationship.
And thirdly, determining target resource classification information by the secondary catalog management system according to part of the first resource classification information and the second resource classification information.
The second-level catalog management system generates target resource classification information after acquiring part of the first resource classification information and the second resource classification information, wherein the target resource classification information comprises part of the first resource classification information and the second resource classification information. A live catalog of resources including the target resource classification information is then generated.
Based on the setting of the three steps, the secondary catalog management system can acquire the associated second resource classification information after judging that the resource classification information of the data resources in the secondary resource library does not comprise part of the information in the first resource classification information, and generates the resource live catalog by combining the second resource classification information, so that the number requirement of the resource classification information in the resource live catalog is ensured, the content richness of the resource live catalog is ensured, and the intelligence of the secondary catalog management system is improved.
In step 1053, the secondary catalog management system generates a live catalog of resources for the secondary repository based on the target resource classification information.
And after the target resource classification information is determined, the secondary catalog management system generates a secondary resource library resource live catalog according to the target resource classification information, wherein the resource live catalog comprises the catalog resource classification information.
In an alternative embodiment, before the secondary catalog management system reports the live catalog of the resource to the primary catalog management system, the method further comprises: and the secondary catalog management system checks the generated resource live catalog according to a preset catalog checking rule.
After the secondary catalog management system generates the resource live catalog, a preset catalog checking rule is used for checking the resource live catalog, and the checked resource live catalog can be reported to the primary catalog management system so as to ensure that the resource live catalog reported to the primary catalog management system meets the requirement of the preset rule.
The catalogue checking rules include a catalogue repeatability checking rule, a catalogue rule checking rule, a catalogue integrity checking rule, and the like, wherein the catalogue repeatability checking rule may be a rule for checking whether a repeated field exists in a resource live catalog, the catalogue rule checking rule may be a rule for checking whether the resource live catalog performs catalogue according to a preset catalogue requirement, the catalogue requirement may be an arrangement requirement of various resource classification information in the resource live catalog, and the like, the catalogue integrity checking rule may be a rule for checking whether the resource live catalog includes required content, and the required content may be target resource classification information, a catalog number of the resource live catalog, a catalog version number of the resource live catalog, and the like.
Based on the setting of the operation of checking the generated resource live catalogue according to the preset catalogue checking rule, the secondary catalogue management system has the function of checking the generated resource live catalogue, and if only the resource live catalogue which passes the checking is limited to be reported to the primary catalogue system, the resource live catalogue which is reported to the primary catalogue management system can be ensured to meet the checking requirement.
In an alternative embodiment, after the secondary catalog management system acquires the resource live catalog, the resource live catalog can be encrypted, and then the encrypted resource live catalog is reported to the primary catalog management system, so that the data security of the resource live catalog is ensured. After receiving the reported resource live catalogue, the primary catalog management system needs to decrypt the resource live catalogue first, and then execute subsequent operations according to the decrypted resource live catalogue. The encryption mode of the live catalogue of the resources, such as MD5 encryption, can be set according to the actual situation.
In an alternative embodiment, after the secondary catalog management system reports the live catalog of the resource to the primary catalog management system, the method may further comprise: the first-level catalog management system receives the resource live catalog, approves the resource live catalog according to a preset approval rule to obtain a catalog approval result, and feeds the obtained catalog approval result back to the second-level catalog management system. The preset approval rule can be a data content approval rule, a data format approval rule, a reporting time approval rule and the like of the resource live catalogue, and the content of the preset approval rule can be set according to the requirement.
In operation, the primary catalog management system may store the received resource live catalog first, and then examine and approve the resource live catalog, or may directly examine and approve the resource live catalog after receiving the resource live catalog, if the resource live catalog is examined and approved, the resource live catalog is stored, and if the resource live catalog is not examined and approved, the resource live catalog is not stored.
In this embodiment, the primary catalog management system has the function of approving the live catalog of the resource, and the function of feeding back the approval result of the obtained catalog to the secondary catalog management system, so that the secondary catalog management system can conveniently master the approval result of the reported live catalog of the resource in time, and the setting of the functions improves the intelligence of the primary catalog management system.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise: the primary catalog management system checks the total resource live catalog reported by the secondary catalog management system in the history period to obtain a catalog checking result; and carrying out quality evaluation on the total resource live catalogue according to the obtained catalogue checking result. The total live inventory of assets may or may not include the live inventory of assets currently being generated.
When the primary catalog management system is a provincial catalog management system and the secondary catalog management system is a provincial catalog management system, the provincial catalog management system checks the total resource live catalog reported by the provincial catalog management system in a historical period, performs quality assessment on the total resource live catalog according to the obtained catalog checking result, and can check the construction result of the provincial unit according to the quality assessment result.
Based on the operation setting, the primary catalog management system has catalog checking and catalog quality evaluation functions, the functions of the primary catalog management system are further enriched, and the intelligence is further improved.
Further, the above-mentioned primary catalog management system performs quality assessment on the total resource live catalog according to the catalog checking result in various manners, for example:
First evaluation method: if the directory checking result includes: the first directory number of the total resource live directory is compared with the information number by the primary directory management system, wherein the information number is the number of total directory standard information issued by the primary directory management system in a historical period, and the total resource live directory is evaluated according to the quality of the comparison result.
Under the condition that the secondary catalog management system only generates one resource live catalog according to one catalog standard information issued, if the difference between the first catalog number and the information number is smaller, the secondary catalog management system is indicated to carry out resource live catalog reporting work, the quality score of the total resource live catalog is higher, otherwise, if the difference between the first catalog number and the information number is larger, the secondary catalog management system is indicated to not carry out resource live catalog reporting work, and the quality score of the total asset live catalog is lower.
Second evaluation mode: if the directory checking result includes: and the primary catalog management system evaluates the quality of the total resource live catalog according to the information number difference of each resource live catalog, wherein the information number difference is the number difference of all resource classification information of the resource live catalog and the first resource classification information of the corresponding catalog standard information.
For example, for one resource live directory in the total resource live directory, if all the resource classification information in the resource live directory is three, and the standard directory information corresponding to the resource live directory includes five kinds of first resource classification information, it is determined that the difference value of the information number of the resource live directory is two.
Generally, if the number of all the resource classification information in the resource live directory is smaller than the number of the first resource classification information included in the corresponding standard directory information, the smaller the difference between the number of the resource classification information and the first resource classification information is, that is, the smaller the difference between the information data is, the higher the quality evaluation value of the resource live directory is.
Third evaluation mode: if the directory checking result includes: and the primary catalog management system evaluates the total resource live catalog according to the second catalog number and quality.
The primary catalog management system can examine and approve the resource live catalog reported by the secondary catalog management system, the primary catalog management system can store catalog examination and approval results, the catalog examination and approval results can be examination and approval qualification or examination and approval disqualification, and the stored catalog examination and approval results are used as the quality evaluation basis of the total resource live catalog.
According to the number of the second catalogs, various ways of evaluating the quality of the total resource live catalogs exist, for example, the quality of the total resource live catalogs is evaluated to be qualified if the number of the approved catalogs in the total resource live catalogs is larger than or equal to the preset number, otherwise, the quality of the total resource live catalogs is evaluated to be unqualified if the number of the approved catalogs in the total resource live catalogs is smaller than the preset number; and secondly, evaluating the quality qualification of the total resource live catalogue if the ratio (S1/S) is larger than or equal to a preset ratio, otherwise, evaluating the quality disqualification of the total resource live catalogue if the ratio (S1/S) is smaller than the preset ratio.
Fourth evaluation mode: if the directory checking result includes: reporting interval time of each resource live catalog in the total resource live catalog is the interval time of reporting time of the resource live catalog and issuing time of corresponding catalog standard information, and the primary catalog management system evaluates the total resource live catalog according to the reporting interval time in quality.
The primary catalog management system transmits catalog standard information to the secondary catalog management system, the transmitting time of the catalog standard information is recorded, after receiving the resource live catalog reported by the secondary catalog management system, the primary catalog management system records the reporting time of the resource live catalog, and the primary catalog management system determines the reporting interval time of the resource live catalog according to the transmitting time and the reporting time.
After the first-level catalog management system issues a plurality of catalog standard information and receives a plurality of resource live catalogs reported by the plurality of catalog standard information, reporting interval time of each resource live catalog in the plurality of resource live catalogs is counted, and the total resource live catalogs are evaluated according to the counted reporting interval time in quality. In general, the shorter the reporting interval time of the resource live catalogue is, the higher the quality score of the total resource live catalogue is, and conversely, the longer the reporting interval time of the resource live catalogue is, the lower the quality score of the total resource live catalogue is.
In operation, the quality evaluation can be performed on the total resource live catalogue by using one mode, or can be performed on the total resource live catalogue by using a combination mode of any two modes or a combination mode of three modes.
In an alternative embodiment, after the primary catalog management system receives the live catalog of the resource reported by the secondary catalog management system and stores the live catalog of the resource, the method may further include: in the step a, a primary catalog management system receives a revocation request for a live catalog of a resource, which is sent by a secondary catalog management system; in the step b, the primary catalog management system acquires the response information of the withdrawal request; in step c, if the response message is that the revocation request passes, the primary catalog management system stops using the live catalog of the resource.
After the secondary catalog management system reports the resource live catalog to the primary catalog management system, the secondary catalog management system can also send a revocation request for the resource live catalog to the primary catalog management system to request the primary catalog management system to stop using the resource live catalog.
After receiving the revocation request, the primary catalog management system acquires response information of the revocation request, and if the response information is that the revocation request passes, the primary catalog management system stops using the resource live catalog stored in the primary catalog management system, such as prohibiting the use of the resource live catalog, deleting the stored resource live catalog and the like; if the response information is that the revocation request fails, continuing to use the resource live catalogue stored in the primary catalogue management system.
In this embodiment, the primary catalog management system has the functions of receiving the revocation request for the resource live catalog sent by the secondary catalog management system and stopping using the resource live catalog after the revocation request passes, so as to automatically stop using the resource live catalog according to the revocation request, and the intelligence of both the primary catalog management system and the secondary catalog management system is further improved.
Further, the step b may be implemented in any of the following ways: the first mode, the first-level catalog management system checks the withdrawal request according to a preset request checking rule to obtain response information; in the second mode, the primary catalog management system receives a revocation approval result of a manager of the primary catalog management system for a revocation request, and determines response information according to the revocation approval result.
In the first manner, a request verification rule may be preset in the primary catalog management system, and after receiving a revocation request for a live catalog of a resource sent by the secondary catalog management system, the request verification rule is used to verify the revocation request, and determine whether to let the revocation request pass.
There are various request checking rules, for example, the request checking rule is a system blacklist rule, which defines: if the catalog management system is in the system blacklist, the revocation requests sent by the catalog management system for the resource live catalogs do not pass, if the catalog management system is not in the system blacklist, the revocation requests sent by the catalog management system for the resource live catalogs pass, if the secondary catalog management system is in the system blacklist, the response information is that the revocation requests do not pass, and if the secondary catalog management system is not in the system blacklist, the response information is that the revocation requests pass.
For another example, the request checking rule is a directory blacklist rule, which defines: if the directory related information of the resource live directory meets the preset information condition, the resource live directory is a blacklist directory, and the revocation requests sent by aiming at the resource live directory are not passed.
For example, the preset information condition may be: the live catalog of the resource, which is generated corresponding to a certain data resource checking requirement, is a blacklist catalog, and the revocation request sent by aiming at the blacklist catalog does not pass, if the live catalog of the resource related to the revocation request is the blacklist catalog, the revocation request does not pass; the preset information condition may be: the live catalogue of the resource in the catalogue blacklist is the blacklist catalogue, and the revocation request is not transmitted aiming at the blacklist catalogue, and if the live catalogue of the resource related to the revocation request is the blacklist catalogue, the revocation request is not transmitted.
Based on the setting of the operation, the primary catalog management system has the function of automatically checking the revocation request sent by the secondary catalog management system for revoked resource live catalogs, and the intelligence of the primary catalog management system is further improved.
In the second mode, after receiving the revocation request, the primary catalog management system outputs the revocation request, a manager of the primary catalog management system approves the output revocation request, and inputs the obtained revocation approval result into the primary catalog management system, and the primary catalog management system determines response information according to the revocation approval result made by the manager. Typically, if the revocation approval result indicates that the revocation request passes, the response information indicates that the revocation request passes; if the revocation approval result indicates that the revocation request fails, the response information indicates that the revocation request fails.
Further, after the end of the execution of step b, the method may further include: and feeding the acquired response information back to the secondary catalog management system, so that the secondary catalog management system can know the request result of the revocation request in time according to the response information.
In an alternative embodiment, before the primary catalog management system sends the secondary catalog management system a resource reporting instruction for the live catalog of resources, i.e. before step 101, the method may further comprise: and sending a directory standard information change notification to the secondary directory management system.
After the primary catalog management system acquires the new catalog standard information, the new catalog standard information is compared with the history catalog standard information acquired in history, and if the new catalog standard information is different from the history catalog standard information, the primary catalog management system can send a catalog standard information change notification to the secondary catalog management system so as to notify the secondary catalog management system that the stored catalog standard information is updated. The catalog standard information change notification may include at least one of: indication information indicating that the history list standard information is changed, related update data of the history list standard information, and the like, wherein the related update data may be information update content, information update number, and the like. Based on the setting of the operation, the primary catalog management system has the function of notifying the update of the history catalog standard information issued by the secondary catalog management system, and the intelligence of the primary catalog management system is further improved.
In step 102, the secondary catalog management system controls the secondary resource transmission system according to the resource reporting instruction, extracts the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog from the secondary resource library, and reports the extracted data resource to the front-end resource library.
The secondary catalog management system can interact with the secondary resource transmission system, and after receiving a resource reporting instruction sent by the primary catalog management system, the secondary catalog management system controls the secondary resource transmission system according to the resource reporting instruction, so that the secondary resource transmission system extracts data resources corresponding to the resource live catalog from the secondary resource library, and reports the extracted data resources to the front-end resource library.
In an alternative embodiment, the above step 102 may be implemented by: firstly, the secondary catalog management system generates a resource reporting request according to a resource reporting instruction, wherein the resource reporting request is used for indicating a secondary resource transmission system to report the data resource to a front-end resource library; and secondly, the secondary catalog management system sends the resource report request to the secondary resource transmission system, so that the secondary resource transmission system extracts the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog from the secondary resource library according to the resource report request, and sends the extracted data resource to the front-end resource library.
After receiving a resource report request sent by a secondary catalog management system, the secondary resource transmission system extracts a resource live catalog from a secondary resource library according to the resource live catalog, wherein the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog is extracted from the secondary resource library in various modes, for example, the first mode and the resource report request carry the resource live catalog; in the second mode, a resource live directory generated for data resources in the secondary resource library is stored in the secondary resource library, and the association relation between the resource live directory and the directory identifier of the resource live directory is stored, the resource report request received by the secondary resource transmission system carries the directory identifier of the resource live directory, the resource report request sent by the secondary directory management system comprises the directory identifier, the secondary resource transmission system extracts the directory identifier from the resource report request, then extracts the resource live directory corresponding to the directory identifier from the secondary resource library according to the directory identifier, and further extracts the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory from the secondary resource library.
Based on the setting of the operation, the secondary catalog management system has the function of controlling the secondary resource transmission system and uploading the data resources corresponding to the live catalog of the resources in the secondary resource library to the front-end resource library, and the intelligence of the secondary catalog management system and the secondary resource transmission system is further improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the operation of the secondary resource transmission system to extract the data resource corresponding to the live catalog of the resource from the secondary resource library according to the resource reporting request may be implemented by the following steps a and B: in the step A, a secondary resource transmission system acquires storage position identification information of a data resource corresponding to a resource live catalog, wherein the storage position identification information is used for indicating a storage position of the data resource in a front-end resource library; in step B, the secondary resource transmission system sends the data resource to the front-end resource library according to the acquired storage location identification information.
The role of storage location identification is: and indicating the storage position of the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory in the front-end resource library. The storage location identification information having the above-described function is various, for example, storage location information (storage path), a resource identifier for identifying a data resource, a resource library identifier for identifying a front-end resource library, and the like.
For the step a, there are various ways for the secondary resource transmission system to obtain the storage location identification information, for example, when the secondary catalog management system sends a resource report request to the secondary resource transmission system, the secondary resource transmission system may extract the storage location identification information from the resource report request and report the data resource from the secondary resource library to the storage location indicated by the storage location identification information in the pre-resource library according to the storage location identification information when the secondary catalog management system limits the resource report request to include the storage location identification information.
The secondary catalog management system can acquire the storage location identification information before sending the resource report request to the secondary resource transmission system, and there are various ways in which the secondary catalog management system acquires the storage location identification information, for example, the secondary catalog management system generates the storage location identification information, or the primary catalog management system generates the storage location identification information and sends the storage location identification information to the secondary catalog management system, that is, the secondary catalog management system receives the storage location identification information sent by the primary catalog management system.
Further, after receiving a resource reporting request sent by the secondary catalog management system for a data resource corresponding to a resource live catalog in the secondary catalog, the secondary catalog transmission system generates storage location identification information of the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the front-end catalog, and forwards the storage location identification information to the primary catalog management system through the secondary catalog management system, so that the primary catalog management system controls the primary catalog transmission system, and extracts the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog from the front-end catalog according to the storage location identification information.
Specifically, if the storage location information of the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog included in the resource report request received by the secondary resource transmission system in the front-end resource library, the above step a may be implemented in the following manner: and the secondary resource transmission system acquires storage position identification information according to the storage position information included in the resource reporting request, wherein the storage position identification information includes the storage position information. Step B above can then be achieved by: and the secondary resource transmission system reports the data resource to a storage position corresponding to the storage position information in the front-end resource library, so that the first resource transmission system extracts the data resource from the front-end resource library according to the storage position information. The storage location information may be information such as a storage path.
Under the condition that data resources in one primary resource library can be reported to at least two front-end resource libraries, a resource reporting request received by a secondary resource transmission system can comprise a resource identifier of the data resource corresponding to a resource live catalog and a resource library identifier of the front-end resource library, and the step A can be realized in the following manner: and the secondary resource transmission system acquires storage position identification information according to the resource identification of the data resource and the resource library identification of the front-end resource library included in the resource reporting request, wherein the storage position identification information comprises the resource identification of the data resource and the resource library identification of the front-end resource library. Step B above can then be achieved by: the secondary resource transmission system identifies the resource library identification, determines a preposed resource library corresponding to the resource library identification, and reports the resource identification and the data resource with the corresponding relation to the determined preposed resource library together, so that the primary catalog management system controls the primary resource transmission system, determines the preposed resource library according to the resource library identification, and extracts the data resource corresponding to the resource identification from the determined preposed resource library.
In an alternative embodiment, at least two secondary catalog management systems may share a secondary resource transmission system, in which case the resource reporting request sent by the secondary catalog management system may include: the step A can be realized by the following modes: firstly, the secondary resource transmission system searches a front-end resource library list according to the system identifier of the secondary catalog management system to obtain a resource library identifier corresponding to the system identifier of the secondary catalog management system, wherein the front-end resource library list comprises: presetting a first corresponding relation between a system identifier of a resource management system and a resource library identifier of a preset front-end resource library; and secondly, the secondary resource transmission system acquires storage position identification information according to the resource identifier and the resource library identifier, wherein the storage position identification information comprises the resource identifier and the resource library identifier.
Step B above can then be achieved by: firstly, a secondary resource transmission system determines a front-end resource library corresponding to a resource library identifier according to the resource library identifier; and secondly, reporting the resource identification and the data resource with the corresponding relation to the determined preposed resource library by the secondary resource transmission system, so that the primary catalog management system controls the primary resource transmission system, determines the corresponding preposed resource library according to the resource library identification, and extracts the data resource corresponding to the resource identification from the determined preposed resource library.
For example, the secondary catalog management system A1 and the secondary catalog management system A2 commonly use a secondary resource transmission system B, the secondary catalog management system A1 corresponds to the pre-repository C1, the secondary catalog management system A2 corresponds to the pre-repository C2, the secondary resource transmission system B stores a correspondence 1 between the system identifier A1 of the secondary catalog management system A1 and the repository identifier C1 of the pre-repository C1, and a correspondence 2 between the system identifier A2 of the secondary catalog management system A2 and the repository identifier C2 of the pre-repository C2.
The secondary catalog management system A1 sends a resource report request to the secondary resource transmission system B, wherein the resource report request comprises a system identifier A1 of the secondary catalog management system A1 and a resource identifier D1 of a data resource D1 corresponding to a resource live catalog, the secondary resource transmission system B determines a resource library identifier C1 corresponding to the system identifier A1 according to a prestored corresponding relation 1, determines a preposed resource library C1 according to the resource library identifier C1, and then reports the resource identifier D1 with the corresponding relation and the data resource D1 to the preposed resource library C1 together, so that the primary resource transmission system determines the preposed resource library C1 according to the resource library identifier C1, and extracts the data resource D1 corresponding to the resource identifier D1 from the determined preposed resource library C1.
In an optional embodiment, after the secondary resource transmission system sends the data resource to the pre-resource library according to the obtained storage location identification information, i.e. after step B, the method may further include: the secondary resource transmission system monitors the report result of the data resource; the secondary resource transmission system sends the acquired storage position identification information to the secondary catalog management system under the condition that the reporting result indicates that the data resource is successfully reported to the front-end resource library, so that the secondary catalog management system sends the storage position identification information to the primary catalog management system, and the primary catalog management system extracts the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog from the front-end resource library according to the storage position identification information; and the secondary resource transmission system sends a warning about the reporting failure of the data resource to the secondary catalog management system under the condition that the reporting result indicates the reporting failure of the data resource, and timely informs the secondary catalog management system of the failure of the reporting of the data resource, so that a worker on the side of the secondary catalog management system can conveniently and timely handle the transmission failure problem.
Further, after receiving the warning sent by the secondary resource transmission system, the secondary catalog management system can send a notification about reporting failure of the data resource to the primary catalog management system to inform the primary catalog management system of reporting failure of the data resource corresponding to the live catalog.
Further, if the reporting result indicates that the reporting of the data resource fails, the secondary resource transmission system can analyze the reporting failure reason of the data resource and feed back the reporting failure reason to the secondary catalog management system, or forward the reporting failure reason to the primary catalog management system through the secondary catalog management system, so that the secondary catalog management system and/or the primary catalog management system can know the reporting failure reason of the data resource conveniently. There are various reasons for reporting failure of the data resource, such as network disconnection, full memory in the pre-resource library, and data resource failure meeting the format requirement.
The setting of the operation enables the secondary resource transmission system to have the functions of monitoring the reporting result of the data resource, sending a warning of failure reporting of the data resource to the secondary catalog management system, analyzing the failure reporting reason of the data resource and feeding back the failure reporting reason to the secondary catalog management system and/or the primary catalog management system, so that the functions of timely informing the secondary catalog management system and/or the primary catalog management system of failure reporting of the data resource and timely informing the secondary catalog management system and/or the primary catalog management system of failure reporting reason of the data resource are realized, and the intelligence of the secondary resource transmission system is further improved.
In an alternative embodiment, after the secondary resource transmission system sends the data resource corresponding to the live catalog of resources to the pre-repository, i.e. after step B, the method may further comprise: the secondary resource transmission system acquires reporting information of the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue; the secondary resource transmission system stores the reporting information. The report information may include at least one of the following: the transmission time of the data resource reported to the front-end resource library from the primary resource library, the data quantity of the data resource, the source address (secondary resource library address) of the data resource, the destination address (front-end resource library address) of the data resource and the like.
In some cases, if the secondary resource transmission system receives a viewing instruction, the viewing instruction is used for indicating to view the report information of a certain resource live catalog, and the secondary resource transmission system can extract the report information corresponding to the stored resource live catalog and output the report information.
Based on the setting of the operation, the secondary resource transmission system has the functions of acquiring the report information of the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog, storing the report information, outputting the report information and the like, so that the acquisition, storage and output of the report information are realized, and the checking of the report information by staff is supported.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 5, which is a flowchart of another resource management method according to an exemplary embodiment, after the secondary catalog management system controls the secondary resource transmission system according to the resource reporting instruction, extracts the data resource corresponding to the live catalog of the resource from the secondary resource library, and reports the data resource to the front-end resource library, i.e. after step 102, the method may further include the following steps 106 to 108:
In step 106, the secondary resource transfer system monitors whether the data resource information corresponding to the live catalog of resources in the secondary resource library changes.
The secondary resource transmission system can monitor whether the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalog in the secondary resource library changes or not after extracting the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog from the secondary resource library and reporting the data resource to the front-end resource library, and judge whether the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the secondary resource library changes or not according to the monitoring result. There are various kinds of data resource information, such as the number of data resources, the size of the occupied space of the data resources 103, the latest update time of the data resources, and the like.
The secondary resource transmission system monitors whether the occupied space of the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory in the secondary resource library changes or not, if the occupied space of the data resource is monitored to be large, the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory in the secondary resource library is judged to be increased, and if the occupied space of the data resource is monitored to be small, the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory in the secondary resource library is judged to be reduced; the secondary resource transmission system monitors the latest update time of the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the secondary resource library, and if the latest update time is monitored to change, the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the secondary resource library are judged to change.
The operation of whether the data resource information in the secondary resource library is changed can be monitored according to a preset monitoring mechanism. The secondary resource transmission system can support the configuration mode of interface call and can receive a preset monitoring mechanism sent by the secondary catalog management system or other systems through the interfaces; or the secondary resource transmission system can support the configuration mode of interface input, provide a configuration interface, receive the preset control mechanism input by staff in the configuration interface and store the preset control mechanism.
The preset monitoring mechanism may be a time mechanism, such as a periodic mechanism, a frequency mechanism, etc.; the preset monitoring mechanism can be a monitoring start instruction sent by a secondary catalog management system or other systems; the preset monitoring mechanism can be a monitoring start instruction and the like input by a user on a configuration interface of the secondary resource transmission system.
In step 107, after the secondary resource transmission system monitors that the data resource information changes, a changed data resource is obtained, where the changed data resource includes a changed data resource or a differential data resource, and the differential data resource is a resource that is different from a non-changed data resource.
And the secondary resource transmission system acquires the changed data resources after monitoring that the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the secondary resource library changes, wherein the changed data resources can comprise the changed data resources. For example, the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the secondary resource library are composed of a and b, the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the secondary resource library is changed, the changed data resources are composed of a, b and c, and the changed data resources are composed of a, b and c.
The changed data resources may include distinguishing data resources that are resources of the changed data resources that are different from unchanged data resources. For example, the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the secondary resource library are composed of a and b, the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the secondary resource library is changed, the changed data resources are composed of a, b and c, and at the moment, the distinguishing data resources are composed of a, and the changed data resources are composed of a.
In step 108, the secondary resource transfer system updates the data resources corresponding to the live catalog of resources in the pre-repository with the changed data resources.
And after the secondary resource transmission system acquires the variable data resources, updating the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the front-end resource library by utilizing the variable data resources. If the changed data resource is the changed data resource, replacing unchanged data resource corresponding to the resource live directory in the front-end resource library by the changed data resource; if the changed data resource is a differential data resource, the differential data resource is utilized to update the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the pre-resource library, specifically, the differential data resource is added into the pre-resource library, the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog originally stored in the pre-resource library (i.e. unchanged data resource) and the differential data resource are combined to obtain a combined data resource, the combined data resource is used as a new data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the pre-resource library, or the differential data resource is deleted from the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the pre-resource library (i.e. unchanged data resource), so as to obtain a residual data resource, and the residual data resource is used as a new data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the pre-resource library.
In operation, the secondary resource transmission system can access the front-end resource library and update the data resources corresponding to the live catalogue of the resources stored in the front-end resource library by utilizing the changed data resources; or the secondary resource transmission system can send a resource update instruction to the front-end resource library, wherein the resource update instruction comprises a change data resource, and after the front-end resource library receives the resource update instruction, the change data resource is extracted from the resource update instruction, and the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog originally stored in the front-end resource library is updated by using the change data resource.
Based on the setting of step 106-step 108, the secondary resource transmission system has the functions of monitoring whether the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the secondary resource library changes, acquiring the changed data resource, and updating the data resource in the front-end resource library by using the changed data resource, so that the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the front-end resource library is updated, and the intelligence of the secondary resource transmission system is further improved.
Further, after the secondary resource transmission system updates the data resource corresponding to the live catalog of the resource in the pre-repository with the changed data resource, i.e. after step 106 above, the method may further include: and sending a resource update notification to the primary directory management system through the secondary directory management system. By the arrangement of the operation, the primary catalog management system can timely know that the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalog in the front-end resource library are updated according to the resource update notification, and timely acquire updated new data resources from the front-end resource library.
In step 103, the primary catalog management system controls the primary catalog transmission system, extracts the data resources corresponding to the live catalog of the resources from the pre-positioned resource library, reports the data resources to the pre-positioned resource library by the secondary catalog transmission system, and sends the data resources to the primary catalog for the primary catalog management system to control the primary catalog transmission system, and extracts the data resources from the primary catalog.
The primary catalog management system can interact with the primary resource transmission system, the primary resource transmission system can interact with the primary resource library and the front-end resource library respectively, the primary catalog management system can control the primary resource transmission system, data resources corresponding to the live catalog of the resources are extracted from the front-end resource library, and the extracted data resources are sent to the primary resource library. And reporting the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogs in the secondary resource library to the primary resource library by the cooperation of the primary catalog management system and the primary resource transmission system. The primary catalog management system can control the primary resource transmission system, extract data resources corresponding to the resource live catalog from the primary resource library, acquire the data resources, and finally realize that the primary catalog management system acquires the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalog in the secondary resource library on line in real time.
In an alternative embodiment, the above step 103 may be implemented by: the primary catalog management system sends a resource acquisition request to the primary resource transmission system, so that the primary resource transmission system extracts data resources corresponding to the resource live catalog from the front-end resource library according to the resource acquisition request, and sends the extracted data resources to the primary resource library.
The resource acquisition request functions as: and indicating the primary resource transmission system to acquire the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue from the front-end resource library, and transmitting the extracted data resources to the primary resource library. And after the primary resource transmission system receives the resource acquisition request, extracting the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory from the front-end resource library, and transmitting the extracted data resource to the primary resource library.
And the primary catalog management system sends a resource acquisition request to the primary resource transmission system under a preset triggering condition. The preset triggering conditions are various, for example, the primary catalog management system receives a resource reporting instruction input by a worker; or the primary resource management system detects that the current time meets a preset time condition, wherein the preset time condition can be a time condition set for the time parameters such as period, frequency and the like; or the primary catalog management system receives a resource report instruction sent by the secondary catalog management system or other systems, etc.
In an optional embodiment, the operation of the primary resource transmission system extracting the data resource from the pre-resource library according to the resource acquisition request and sending the data resource to the primary resource library may be implemented by the following steps 1 and 2: in step 1, a primary resource transmission system acquires storage position identification information of a data resource corresponding to a resource live catalog according to a resource acquisition request, wherein the storage position identification information is used for indicating a storage position of the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in a front-end resource library; in step 2, the primary resource transmission system extracts the data resources corresponding to the live catalogue of the resources from the pre-resource library according to the storage location identification information.
Based on the setting in the step 1 and the step 2, the primary resource transmission system has the functions of acquiring the storage position identification information of the data resource according to the resource reporting request and extracting the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory from the pre-resource library according to the storage position identification information, so that the intelligence of the primary resource transmission system is further improved.
Further, there are various implementations of the step 1 and the step 2, for example:
The step 1 can be realized by the following ways: and acquiring storage position identification information according to the storage position information of the data resources included in the resource acquisition request in the front-end resource library, wherein the storage position identification information comprises the storage position information. Step 2 above may then be achieved by: and extracting the data resources corresponding to the live resource catalogue from the storage position corresponding to the storage position information in the front-end resource library.
Under the condition that one resource management system corresponds to at least two front-end resource libraries, data resources in a primary resource library can be reported to the at least two front-end resource libraries, the resource acquisition request can comprise the resource identification of the data resources and the resource library identification of the front-end resource libraries, and the step 1 can be realized by the following steps: acquiring storage location identification information according to a resource identifier of a data resource and a resource library identifier of a front-end resource library included in the resource acquisition request, wherein the storage location identification information comprises the resource identifier of the data resource and the resource library identifier of the front-end resource library, and correspondingly, the step 2 can be realized by the following implementation modes: and determining a front-end resource library according to the resource library identifier, and extracting the data resource corresponding to the resource identifier from the determined front-end resource library.
One secondary resource transfer system may correspond to at least two secondary catalog management systems, i.e., at least two secondary catalog management systems may share one secondary resource transfer system. In this case, the resource acquisition request transmitted by the secondary catalog management system may include: the step 1 can be realized by the following ways when the resource identification of the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory and the system identification of the secondary directory management system are realized: firstly, searching a front-end resource library list according to a system identifier of a secondary catalog management system to obtain a resource library identifier corresponding to the system identifier of the secondary catalog management system, wherein the front-end resource library list comprises: presetting a second corresponding relation between a system identifier of a resource management system and a resource library identifier of a preset front-end resource library; and secondly, acquiring storage location identification information according to the resource identifier and the resource library identifier, wherein the storage location identification information comprises the resource identifier and the resource library identifier. Step 2 above can then be achieved by: firstly, determining a front-end resource library corresponding to the resource library identifier according to the resource library identifier obtained in the step 1; secondly, searching a data resource corresponding to the resource identifier from a determined front-end resource library according to the resource identifier included in the resource acquisition request; and finally, extracting the searched data resources.
In an optional embodiment, the resource obtaining request may be a request generated by the primary catalog management system according to a resource reporting success instruction after receiving the resource reporting success instruction sent by the secondary catalog management system, where the resource reporting success instruction is used to instruct the secondary resource transmission system to successfully report the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog to the pre-resource library.
By way of example, the sending process of the resource acquisition request may include: after the secondary resource transmission system monitors that the data resource is successfully reported to the front-end resource library, the secondary resource transmission system immediately sends a resource reporting success notice to the secondary catalog management system; the second-level catalog management system generates a resource report success instruction according to the resource report success notification and sends the resource report success instruction to the first-level catalog management system; after receiving the resource reporting success instruction, the primary catalog management system generates a resource acquisition request according to the resource reporting success instruction, and sends the resource acquisition request to the primary resource transmission system, and controls the primary resource transmission system to send the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the front-end resource library to the primary resource library.
Based on the setting of the process, the primary catalog management system drives the primary resource transmission system to transmit the data resources corresponding to the live catalog of the resources in the front-end resource library to the primary resource library, and the data resource transmission work is completed by the software system, so that the manual operation is saved, and the data resource transmission efficiency is improved.
Under the conditions that the primary catalog management system is a primary catalog management system, the primary resource transmission system is a primary resource transmission system, the primary resource library is a primary resource library, the secondary catalog management system is a provincial catalog management system, the secondary resource transmission system is a provincial resource transmission system, and the secondary resource library is a provincial resource library, the provincial catalog management system controls the provincial resource transmission system, uploads data resources corresponding to a resource live catalog in the provincial resource library to a front-mounted resource library, the primary catalog management system controls the tribal resource transmission system, extracts data resources corresponding to the resource live catalog from the front-mounted resource library, and sends the extracted data resources to the tribal resource library, so that the provincial catalog management system controls the provincial resource transmission system to acquire the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalog from the tribal resource library.
The resource management system drives the resource transmission system through the cooperation of the minister catalog management system, the minister resource transmission system, the minister resource library, the provincial catalog management system, the provincial resource transmission system and the provincial resource library, and the data resources in the provincial resource library are reported to the minister resource library (big data platform), so that manual operation is saved, and the reporting efficiency of the data resources is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, after the data resource is sent to the primary repository, i.e. after step 103, the method may further comprise: the primary resource transmission system acquires the transmission information of the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalogue and stores the transmission information. Wherein, the sending information may include any of the following: the transmission time of the data resource from the pre-resource library to the secondary resource library, the data volume of the data resource, the source address (pre-resource library address) of the data resource, the destination address (primary resource library address) of the data resource, and the like.
And the primary resource transmission system outputs the sending information under a preset information output mechanism. The preset information output mechanisms are various, for example, a viewing instruction input by a user is received, the viewing instruction indicates to view the sending information of a certain resource live catalog, and a display screen or an audio output device can be installed on a primary resource transmission device with a primary resource transmission system arranged in the primary resource transmission device for sending information output; or the preset information output mechanism is a time mechanism, such as a periodic mechanism, a frequency mechanism and the like; or receiving an information viewing instruction sent by the primary catalog management system, wherein the information viewing instruction is used for indicating to view the sending information of a certain resource live catalog, and after the primary resource transmission system extracts the sending information, the primary catalog management system feeds back the extracted sending information.
Based on the setting of the operation, the primary resource transmission system has the functions of acquiring the sending information of the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog, storing the sending information, outputting the sending information and the like, the sending information is acquired, stored and output, the checking of the sending information by workers is supported, and the intelligence of the primary resource transmission system is further improved.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 6, which is a flowchart of another resource management method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, after the step 103, the method may further include the following steps 109-111:
In step 109, the primary resource transfer system monitors whether the data resource information corresponding to the live catalog of resources in the pre-repository has changed.
The primary resource transmission system can monitor whether the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalog in the front-end resource library changes or not after extracting the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog from the front-end resource library and sending the data resource to the primary resource library, and judge whether the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the front-end resource library changes or not according to the monitoring result. There are various kinds of data resource information, such as the number of data resources, the size of the occupied space of the data resources, the latest update time of the data resources, and the like.
The implementation manner of step 109 is various, for example, the first implementation manner, the primary resource transmission system monitors whether the data resource information corresponding to the resource live directory in the pre-resource library changes, where the data resource information includes at least one of the following: the primary resource transmission system actively performs the operation of monitoring whether the data resource information changes or not in the mode, such as the size of the occupied space of the data resource, the size of the occupied space of the total data resource including the data resource, the latest updating time of the data resource and the like;
In the second implementation mode, the primary resource transmission system monitors whether a resource update notification sent by the primary catalog management system is received, the secondary resource transmission system monitors that data resource information corresponding to a resource live catalog in the front-end resource library changes and forwards the data resource information to the primary catalog management system through the secondary catalog management system, and in the mode, the primary resource transmission system passively executes operation of monitoring whether the data resource information changes after receiving the resource update notification forwarded by the primary catalog management system.
The primary resource transmission system can monitor whether the data resource information in the pre-resource library changes according to a preset monitoring mechanism, wherein the preset monitoring mechanism can be a time mechanism, such as a periodic mechanism, a frequency mechanism and the like. The primary resource transmission system obtains the preset monitoring mechanism in various modes, for example, the primary resource transmission system supports the configuration mode of interface call, and can receive the preset monitoring mechanism sent by the primary catalog management system or other systems through the interfaces; or the primary resource transmission system supports the configuration mode of interface input, provides a configuration interface, receives a preset control mechanism input by a worker in the configuration interface, and stores the preset control mechanism and the like. The preset monitoring mechanisms correspondingly set by different resource live catalogs can be different, and the content of the preset monitoring mechanisms can be set according to the needs.
In step 110, after the primary resource transmission system monitors that the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalog in the front-end resource library changes, the primary resource transmission system acquires the changed data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog from the front-end resource library, where the changed data resource includes a changed data resource or a differential data resource, and the differential data resource is a resource different from an unchanged data resource.
After the first-level resource transmission system monitors that the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the front-end resource library changes, it is determined that the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the front-end resource library changes, and then the changed data resource corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the front-end resource library is obtained.
In step 111, the primary resource transfer system updates the data resources in the primary resource library with the changed data resources.
After the primary resource transmission system acquires the variable data resources, the variable data resources are utilized to update the data resources corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the primary resource library.
If the changed data resource is the changed data resource, the primary resource transmission system replaces the data resource corresponding to the resource live directory in the front-end resource library by the changed data resource. If the changed data resource is a differential data resource, the primary resource transmission system updates the data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog stored in the primary resource library (namely, unchanged data resource) by utilizing the differential data resource, specifically, adds the differential data resource into the primary resource library, combines the unchanged data resource and the differential data resource in the primary resource library to obtain a combined data resource, and uses the combined data resource as a new data resource corresponding to the resource live catalog in the primary resource library; or deleting the distinguishing data resource from the unchanged data resource in the primary resource library to obtain a residual data resource, and taking the residual data resource as a new data resource corresponding to the resource live directory in the primary resource library.
In the operation, the primary resource transmission system can access the front-end resource library, and update the data resources corresponding to the live catalogue of the resources in the primary resource library by utilizing the changed data resources, wherein the update operation of the data resources in the primary resource library is completed by the primary resource transmission system; or the primary resource transmission system can send a resource update instruction to the primary resource library, wherein the resource update instruction comprises a change data resource, after the primary resource library receives the resource update instruction, the change data resource is extracted from the resource update instruction, and the data resource corresponding to the originally stored resource live directory in the primary resource library is updated by using the change data resource, and the update operation of the data resource in the primary resource library is completed by the primary resource library.
Based on the setting of step 109-step 111, the primary resource transmission system has the functions of monitoring whether the data resource information corresponding to the resource live catalogue in the front-end resource library changes, acquiring the changed data resource, and updating the data resource in the primary resource library by using the changed data resource, so that the intelligence of the primary resource transmission system is further improved.
In an alternative embodiment, after step 103, the method may further include: the primary resource transmission system monitors a transmission result of a data resource corresponding to the resource live directory; and the primary resource transmission system transmits a notification about the data resource transmission failure to the primary catalog management system under the condition that the transmission result indicates the data resource transmission failure, so that the primary catalog management system or staff of the primary catalog management system can timely know that the data resource extracted from the front-end resource library is not successfully transmitted to the primary resource library.
The above operation setting enables the primary resource transmission system to have the functions of monitoring the transmission result of the data resource and transmitting the notification about the transmission failure of the data resource to the primary catalog management system, and the intelligence of the primary resource transmission system is further improved.
Further, after the primary resource transmission system monitors that the transmission result indicates that the data resource fails to be transmitted, the primary resource transmission system can analyze the transmission failure reason of the data resource and transmit the transmission failure reason to the primary catalog management system, so that the primary catalog management system can quickly know the reason that the data resource is not successfully transmitted to the primary resource library according to the transmission failure reason. There are various reasons for the failure of transmission, such as network disconnection, full primary repository memory, data resources not meeting the format requirements, etc.
The setting of the operation enables the primary resource transmission system to have the functions of analyzing the transmission failure reason of the data resource and transmitting the transmission failure reason to the primary catalog management system, and the intelligence of the primary resource transmission system is further improved.
