Each line of plate-making enterprises use the platform to upload and download the relevant files of plate-making, thereby realizing the network security transmission and storage of the relevant files of plate-making across areas and realizing the electronic file comparison among all proofreading times of the plate-making enterprises. The quality standard of each line of plate-making enterprises can be unified and standardized, effective management of each line of plate-making enterprises can be realized, and the plate-making quality can be improved. Meanwhile, each publishing unit establishes a typesetting resource master library through the platform, so that the digitization level of book products of the publishing units and the reutilization efficiency and value of digital resources are improved.
2. And generating a safe and stable printing file and an 8-bit TIFF file through a reduplication file management module, and establishing a printing file resource master library. The publishing unit generates a transfer printing file for the editing and correcting files uploaded by each row of plate-making enterprises, the transfer printing file is safer and more stable than the editing and correcting files, and the environmental adaptability of the rear-end production of the printing file is improved; comparing the file before and after the file is turned by using a comparison tool to ensure that the content of the printed file after the file is turned is correct; the 8-bit TIFF file generated by utilizing the compiled file is safer and more stable than a bent printed file, is theoretically not changed due to the change of software and hardware environments, is the safest and most stable file format acknowledged by the printing industry, but has low file precision and cannot meet the requirement of back-end printing production, but can replace an edited signature paper draft as a reference file of a back-end printing production end. Meanwhile, the printing files and the 8-bit TIFF files are stored in a printing resource master library, so that the safe and efficient management of a publishing unit on the printing files of the book products is improved.
3. The printing file is encrypted and effectiveness control is realized through the printing file distribution module. The publishing unit utilizes the client to call the required file from the printing resource master library, encrypts the file according to the requirement to generate encrypted printing file copies matched with the printing enterprises one by one, and fills the effective time of the encrypted file, thereby realizing the encryption and time effectiveness control of the printing file and solving the problem that the publishing unit is out of control in managing the printing file provided for the printing enterprises in reality.
4. And the comparison tool of the printing file downloading module ensures that the content quality of the printing file is stable. And the printing enterprise generates an 8-bit TIFF file from the downloaded and decrypted printing file, compares the 8-bit TIFF file with the downloaded and decrypted TIFF file, and verifies whether the printing file can safely and stably output the printing plate in the software and hardware environment of the printing enterprise. In the prior art, a paper pattern is printed after a printing file is subjected to rasterization processing, and workers are arranged to correct the paper pattern with an edited signature type paper, so that an output printing plate of the printing file is ensured to be correct. Therefore, the invention not only saves manpower and material resources, but also improves the quality of printed documents and the publishing and printing efficiency.
5. The embedded comparison tool meets the requirement of the printing and publishing on page information comparison and verification, the comparison between the compiled and calibrated files and the printed file and the stable 8-bit TIFF file is realized, the comparison between the compiled and calibrated files and the stable 8-bit TIFF file can be used for comparing the compiled and calibrated files before and after in the compiling and calibrating process, a content quality control method is provided for the publishing and printing industry, and the working efficiency of the publishing and printing industry is further improved.

Referring to fig. 2, the invention discloses an implementation mode and principle of a remote editing and correcting production service platform:
and reading the selected question information to create a variety by the typesetting and platemaking enterprise through a webserver interface. The file is uploaded to a server by using a Socket through a TCP/IP protocol, and the implementation principle is as follows: the server side starts to monitor the appointed port after starting. The client divides the file to be uploaded into a plurality of blocks with equivalent sizes, and sends a file transmission request to an appointed port of the IP of the server and attaches size and position information of a transmission data block. And the server stores the received data into a cache file after receiving the database and sends the information of successful receiving to the client. And after receiving the sending success information, the client side continues to transmit the next data block until the whole file transmission is completed. The server changes the cache file into a formal file. So far the whole transmission process is finished. If the network is interrupted in the transmission process, the client cannot receive the successful data block receiving information sent by the server, and the client repeatedly sends the transmission request of the current data block until the server responds to continue to transmit data.
The publishing unit receives the uploaded editing and calibrating file through the editing and calibrating file management module, uploads the calibration file to the plate arranging and making enterprise if the calibration file is changed after the responsibility editing and verifying, performs calibration and modification after the plate arranging and making enterprise downloads the calibration file, and uploads the calibration file to the publishing unit again after the calibration and modification. And the responsibility edition again audits the edited file, if the edited file is modified, the operation is continuously repeated, and if the edited file is not modified, the edited file is signed. After seeing the responsibility edition signature payment type, the publishing unit transmits a high-precision PDF editing file corresponding to the variety and a source file into a layout resource master library to finish remote editing and digital resource warehousing work of the publishing unit.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention discloses an implementation and principle of redacted file management:
the publishing unit receives the final source file and the high-precision PDF editing file uploaded by the plate-making enterprise through the editing and correcting file management module, the high-precision PDF editing and correcting file is converted to generate a conversion printing file, and an 8-bit TIFF file corresponding to the high-precision PDF editing and correcting file and the conversion printing file is generated, the stability of the converted printing file is higher than that of the high-precision PDF file and can meet the printing technical requirements, and the stability of the 8-bit TIFF file is higher than that of the converted printing file but can not meet the printing technical requirements. And comparing the 8-bit TIFF files generated before and after the transfer by using an embedded comparison tool (the TIFF format is identified and the PDF format is not identified by the comparison tool), and ensuring that the contents of the printed file generated by the transfer are consistent with those of the redacted file. The generated 8-bit TIFF file has stable quality, does not change along with the change of software and hardware environments, is the most safe and stable file format in the field of publishing and printing, is transmitted to a printing enterprise through a network, and is used as a reference file to verify the correctness of the 8-bit TIFF file generated by the printing file downloading module, so that the printing quality is finally ensured. After the comparison shows that the converted printed file is correct, the publishing unit transmits the source file, the high-precision PDF editing and correcting file, the converted printed file and the 8-bit TIFF file which the printed matter belongs to a layout and plate making resource master library through the editing and correcting file management module, and the remote editing, correcting, layout and plate making and related digital resource warehousing work of the publishing unit are completed.
The comparison tool embedded in the method is an important content of the invention. The comparison tools in the market at present compare the comparison picture with the compared picture one by one, or adjust the difference size by the threshold of the number of the difference pixels, but the method does not perform optimization processing on the image processing algorithm, so that the practical application is difficult. For example, in actual production, due to differences of typesetting software of printed documents, a generation mode of the printed documents and RIP equipment at the rear end of the printed documents, more random pixel level changes occur in the content of the printed documents, and the changes even relate to changes of each pixel value, but the changes are not in a range distinguishable by human eyes, so that false alarm is easily caused, the comparison efficiency is seriously affected, and the wide application in production is difficult. The comparison tool is developed on the basis of continuously optimizing an image algorithm in practice, and the principle of the comparison tool is as follows:
firstly, converting a PDF page into a picture file; secondly, the images to be compared may have offset on positions, key feature points of the images are extracted through an SIFT function, the offset is corrected, and the plate centers of the two images are aligned.
Secondly, converting the two pictures with the offset adjusted into corresponding dot-matrix maps; secondly, carrying out three-time image graying and Gaussian smoothing treatment on the two dot matrix maps respectively, wherein a two-dimensional Gaussian function is as follows:

obtaining data corresponding to the image bitmap after processing, and converting the bitmap data into a 24-bit RGB byte array; and calculating whether the absolute value of the difference value of the R components of the corresponding pixel positions of the two images is greater than the set standard threshold value or not, and whether the absolute value of the difference value of the G components is greater than the set standard threshold value or not, and if at least one of the difference values meets the condition, marking as a difference point.
Thirdly, sequentially calculating all difference points of the image from left to right and from top to bottom in a circulating manner; secondly, color value depth processing with set percentage is carried out on the two groups of images respectively, difference points on the images are calculated according to set threshold values, and a difference frame formed by the position collection of all the difference points on the images is obtained.
Fourthly, firstly, carrying out binarization processing on the two pictures with the offset adjusted according to a preset percentage, and converting the specific binarized pictures into corresponding dot matrix maps; and secondly, repeating the second step and the third step by a subsequent calculation method, and finally calculating to obtain a difference frame formed by the position set of all difference points on the image.
And fifthly, combining the difference frame obtained by the third step with the difference frame obtained by the fourth step, wherein a combination algorithm is to judge whether the two frames are intersected or not, if the two frames are intersected, the abscissa X of the new difference frame is the smaller X value, the total coordinate Y is the smaller Y value, the width is the smaller X value +2 times the width of the difference frame- (the smaller X value + the width of the difference frame-the larger X value), the height is similar to the wide algorithm, if the two frames are not intersected, the combination calculation is carried out, the difference frame finally displayed is obtained after the combination algorithm processing, and whether the downloaded printing file can be used for printing production or not is determined according to the size of the difference frame. Optionally, whether the area of the difference frame exceeds a set threshold is judged, if the area exceeds the set threshold, the difference is large, the system prompt needs to be further verified, and if the area does not exceed the set threshold, the comparison result of the system prompt is acceptable, and whether the area can be used for publishing and printing is further judged.
Through the steps, the final difference frame is obtained through plate center correction, picture graying processing, picture outline smoothing processing, difference point threshold value setting and two times of difference point calculation on the picture and combination calculation. The method effectively solves the problems of error report of difference points and low comparison efficiency in the prior comparison technology, ensures the accuracy and high efficiency of the comparison result, and technically ensures the network transmission quality of the published files.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention discloses one embodiment and principle of printed document auditing:
the publishing unit checks the variety which is put in storage through the printed file auditing module, and can search the variety and parts which need to be audited by using metadata such as material numbers, book numbers and the like. And a verification leader of a publishing company downloads the transcription printing file to a system cache area through the FTP server, calls local FTP reading software to open the printing file, verifies the content of the printing file of each component and matches the corresponding components, thereby ensuring that each component, such as a cover, a text, an insert, an album and the like, corresponding to the variety is complete. And confirming that the checked and correct file enters a printing resource master library to prepare for network transmission of the printing file. And the printing files which do not pass the examination are rejected to a plate-making enterprise, and the uploading procedure is repeated after the printing files are re-made.
With continued reference to FIG. 4, the present invention discloses one embodiment and principle of printed document distribution:
and inquiring varieties to be printed in the printing resource master library by a publishing and printing management user through a webserver interface, and reading the metadata of the printing files to create printing varieties. And calling a webserver interface to acquire an FTP download path of the file to be printed, and downloading the transferred printing file and the corresponding 8-bit TIFF file to a file download server. The method for separating the file downloading server from the resource master library protects the safety of the resource master library to the maximum extent.
A publishing printing management user distributes printing varieties to printing factories, a printing file distribution module automatically generates encrypted file copies corresponding to printing enterprises, and how many printing factories can create how many encrypted copies, each printing factory is different, so that one factory can be ensured to be encrypted, encrypted files can be prevented from being exchanged among the printing factories, and hackers can be prevented from obtaining encrypted characteristics by analyzing the encrypted files. The encryption process has three locks, namely a hardware information lock, a software information lock and a time limit lock:
1. the hardware information lock is used for encrypting the printing file by taking the hardware characteristics of computers of appointed distribution printing factories as keys, and if the encrypted file is opened on a non-appointed computer, the encrypted file cannot be decrypted.
2. The software information lock contains a software white list which allows the file to be operated in each encrypted file, and if the software which tries to open the file is not in the white list, the software is messy even if the software is opened, and decryption processing is not carried out.
3. The third lock is a time limit lock, each encrypted file has a valid use time, and after the time limit, the encrypted file cannot be opened even by correct software on a correct computer, and a printing enterprise is required to perform safe downloading within a set date.
Through the triple encryption mechanism, the maximum limited printed file is spread by pirated copy, the copyright is effectively protected, and meanwhile, the effective control on the printed file is realized by limiting the effective period of the printed file through the time lock.
In addition, a watermark which is different according to different printing factories is arranged in each encrypted file, the watermark cannot be operated in normal use, but once piracy occurs, the file can be traced according to the watermark, and the traceability of file leakage is improved.
The file encryption algorithm adopts a combination mode of multiple symmetric encryption algorithms, so that the decryption speed is ensured, and the adopted algorithm cannot be easily analyzed. The file encryption adopts a transparent encryption technology, and has the advantages that the file is always in an encrypted state in the transmission process and the storage state, the file can be automatically decrypted only when the file is opened by using specified software on a specified machine within specified time, and the file is still in an encrypted state after the software is closed. The implementation principle is that when the file is encrypted, the encryption program does not write the file content on the user level, but writes the file on the windows kernel level through the drive technology. The kernel-level code is not accessed through the API when the file content is read, but the encrypted file is decrypted when the encrypted file is read into the memory by using a driving technology, so that the file data can be read by authorized software recorded in the file at the moment. And when the file is stored, the decrypted plaintext is encrypted again and stored in the storage medium.
With continued reference to FIG. 4, the present invention discloses one embodiment and principle of print file download:
the method comprises the steps that a user does not need to participate in the decryption process of the file, when the file is opened and written into a memory, a hardware information lock of the file is read to judge whether a machine for opening the file is authorized or not, if the file is the authorized machine and the current time is also within the time lock limit of the file, the file is written into the memory, then the file is opened by using authorized software, and otherwise the file is failed to be opened.
After the printing enterprise downloads the printing file and the 8-bit TIFF file, the MD5 code of the file to be calculated is compared with the MD5 code of the file stored by the download server, so that the safety and the integrity of file downloading are ensured.
And the files with the validity set comprise file use permission and valid time. When the file is decrypted, the use authority and the valid time of the file are judged at first, and the file can be operated after the file meets the requirements of the time and the authority; secondly, limiting private arrangement printing after the printing enterprise is beyond the effective period through effectiveness setting; and the problem of pirating caused by outflow of the file is prevented again, so that effective management and control of the printed file are realized to a certain extent, and the copyright of the printed product is protected.
The printing enterprise downloads the encrypted printing file and the 8-bit TIFF file copy through the printing file downloading module, decrypts the encrypted printing file to generate an 8-bit TIFF file, wherein the 8-bit TIFF file is consistent with the content of a printing plate file output by rasterization processing of the printing enterprise, and the downloaded 8-bit TIFF file is consistent with the content of a paper draft file signed by responsibility edition. The comparison tool used in embodiment 2 is used to compare the generated 8-bit TIFF file with the downloaded 8-bit TIFF file, and determine whether the generated 8-bit TIFF file is correct according to the size of the difference frame displayed by the comparison result, if the size of the difference frame is smaller than the standard threshold, the generated 8-bit TIFF file is consistent with the downloaded 8-bit TIFF file, and further determine that the printing plate file output by the printing enterprise rasterization processing is consistent with the paper draft file content of the responsibility editing signature, thereby further ensuring that the book content of the printing production is consistent with the content of the responsibility editing signature, and realizing quality control on the network transmission output file.

s10: uploading, downloading, printing and scanning of the editing and calibrating files are completed through the editing and calibrating file management system, remote network safe transmission is realized, the editing and calibrating files of the previous and subsequent calibration times are compared by using a comparison tool, the verification and the correction are correct, and the editing and calibrating work of the first three proofings and the first check before printing is completed; after the editing and calibration work is finished, the final typesetting source file and the high-precision PDF editing and calibration file are uploaded to an editing and calibration file management system by the layout and plate making enterprise through an editing and calibration file uploading module;
s20: the editing and correcting file management module downloads a final typesetting source file and a high-precision PDF editing and correcting file uploaded by an audit typesetting and plate-making enterprise, converts the high-precision PDF editing and correcting file into a conversion printing file, generates 8 TIFF files corresponding to the high-precision PDF editing and correcting file and the conversion printing file, and stores the TIFF files into a typesetting and plate-making resource master library;

The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S10, the typesetting and platemaking enterprise downloads the paper document for printing responsibility edition modification through the edition document uploading module, typesets according to the edition modification line, and uploads the edition document after completion of the typesetting; the publishing unit carries out metadata setting, authority setting and technical parameter setting on the editing and correcting file through the editing and correcting file management module, downloads the editing and correcting file uploaded by the printing and typesetting and platemaking enterprise, transfers responsibility edition to carry out correction, scans the draft of responsibility edition correction and uploads the draft to be transmitted back to the typesetting and platemaking enterprise through network transmission, and the three-correction one-core editing and correcting work is completed.

The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S20, the publishing entity generates a transcription print file by transcribing the high-precision PDF transcription file through the transcription file management module, then generates a corresponding 8-bit TIFF file by the high-precision PDF transcription file and the transcription print file, compares the two corresponding 8-bit TIFF files by using a comparison tool, and stores the layout source file, the high-precision PDF transcription file, the transcription print file and the corresponding 8-bit TIFF file into the layout resource library.

The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S30, the storing of the file into the printing resource total library after the audit is passed includes: and editing the signature sample by the printed file auditing module according to the responsibility to audit whether all the parts corresponding to the printed variety are complete and consistent.

The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S40, the print file distribution module generates an encrypted file copy from the required transfer print file and the 8-bit TIFF file and performs validity setting, where the validity includes file usage right and validity time, and specifically includes: the method comprises the steps of distributing a required bent printing file and an 8-bit TIFF file corresponding to the bent printing file to different printing enterprises as required through a printing file distribution module, generating encrypted printing file copies matched with the printing enterprises one by one through an encryption and decryption technology, and setting file use permission and effective service life.

The method according to claim 1, wherein step S50 further comprises: the encrypted transferred print file and the 8-bit TIFF file copy are downloaded through the print file downloading module, the encrypted print file is decrypted and integrity is verified, and meanwhile, a new 8-bit TIFF file can be locally generated according to the decrypted print file.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein in step S60, the specific implementation manner of the comparison tool is as follows:
step one, importing 8-bit TIFF files for comparison and 8-bit TIFF files to be compared into a comparison tool, wherein the 8-bit TIFF files for comparison are decrypted 8-bit TIFF files, and the 8-bit TIFF files to be compared are generated 8-bit TIFF files;
secondly, generating two corresponding page picture files from the 8-bit TIFF format files used for comparison and to-be-compared;
thirdly, extracting key feature points on the two page pictures through an SIFT function, correcting offset, and aligning the plate centers of the two page pictures;
fourthly, converting the two page pictures with the offset adjusted into corresponding dot matrix maps;
fifthly, performing three-time image graying and Gaussian smoothing on the two dot matrix maps respectively, obtaining dot matrix map data of corresponding images after processing, and converting the dot matrix map data into a 24-bit RGB byte array;
