It first converts the measured changes into changes in the optical signal and then further converts the optical signal into an electrical signal by means of an opto-electronic element. The photoelectric sensor generally consists of three parts, namely a light source, an optical path and a photoelectric element. The household appliance controller is used for controlling the household appliances to enter a distribution network mode, and the household appliance controller converts the received electric signals into a household appliance instruction, so that the household appliances enter the distribution network mode.
