Detailed Description
A method for obtaining the pH value of cold water in a generator comprises the following steps of firstly obtaining the electrical conductivity and the hydrogen conductivity of the cold water, calculating the pH value of the cold water based on the electrical conductivity and the hydrogen conductivity: the pH is C + log (SC-1/3CC), C is a constant relating to the concentration of hydroxide ions and sodium ions when pure water is treated with sodium hydroxide, CC is the electrical conductivity, and SC is the hydrogen conductivity.
Referring to fig. 1, a first conductivity detector 1 and a second conductivity detector 3 are respectively disposed at an inlet and an outlet of a hydrogen column 2, the first conductivity detector 1 is used for detecting a conductivity value, the second conductivity detector 3 is used for detecting a hydrogen conductivity, the first conductivity detector 1 and the second conductivity detector 3 employ conductivity meters with a temperature compensation function, and detection points are provided on a pipe through which water flows smoothly.
Detecting at 25 + -0.2 deg.C, the water flow rate is more than 300 mm/min.
An online conductivity meter and an online hydrogen conductivity meter in a power plant are the most accurate chemical instruments. Knowing the conductivity of the internal cooling water, the contribution of impurity ions to the conductivity is calculated according to the measured hydrogen conductivity, the difference of the two numbers is the contribution of the sodium hydroxide to the conductivity, and the pH value of the internal cooling water and the contribution of the sodium hydroxide to the conductivity are a function, so that the pH value of the internal cooling water can be calculated.
As shown in fig. 1, a water sample enters a first conductivity detector 1 through a water inlet valve to measure a conductivity value SC, and after reacting with hydrogen type cation resin through a hydrogen column 2, a hydrogen conductivity value CC is measured through a second conductivity detector 2, and the conductivity SC and the hydrogen conductivity CC are substituted into a formula: and (4) when the pH value is 8.61+ Log (SC-1/3CC), the pH value of the internal cooling water can be accurately calculated.
Various ions in the inner cold water contribute to the conductivity, anions mainly comprise OH-, HCO3-, Cl-, SO 42-and the like, cations comprise Na +, NH4+, K +, Ca2+, Mg2+, H +, Cu + and the like, the inner cold water adopts a Na type mixed bed and a treatment mode of adding NaOH to improve the pH value, the solution contributes most to the conductivity and is hydroxide ions and sodium ions, and the rest ions can be considered as impurity ions.
First, the contribution of impurity ions to the conductivity needs to be known; the hydrogen conductivity reacts on the number of impurity anions, each impurity anion corresponds to an impurity cation, and the reaction process of a water sample passing through a hydrogen column is as follows:
when the impurity cations pass through the hydrogen column RH, equivalent hydrogen ions are released;
Na+、NH4 +、K+、Ca2+、Mg2++RH→RNa、RNH4、RK、RCa、RMg+H+
impurity anion HCO3 -、Cl-And SO4 2-No reaction occurs after passing through the hydrogen column, and the hydrogen conductivity is actually the conductivity of the impurity ion salt solution after being changed into the corresponding acid solution;
the conductivity increase after the impurity ion salt solution was changed to the corresponding acid solution was analyzed as follows for the conductivity at a concentration of 10. mu. mol/L of the common ions:
cation(s) | Conductivity μ S/cm | Anion(s) | Conductivity μ S/cm |
NH4 + | 0.734 | HCO3 - | 0.445 |
Na+ | 0.501 | Cl- | 0.764 |
K+ | 0.735 | NO3 - | 0.714 |
1/2Ca2+ | 0.595 | 1/2SO4 2- | 0.798 |
1/2Mg2+ | 0.531 | 1/2CO3 2- | 0.693 |
1/2Cu2+ | 0.536 | 1/3PO4 3- | 0.800 |
Mean of cation | 0.605 | Average of anion | 0.702 |
Conductivity of an impurity solution the conductivity of the impurity ion salt solution is 0.605 us/cm contributed by cations and 0.702 us/cm contributed by anions, respectively, to the conductivity of the impurity ion salt solution is 0.605+0.702 to 1.307 us/cm; after passing through the hydrogen column, the cations are all changed into H+Ions, which contribute 3.498 mu S/cm to the conductivity, and impurity anions which contribute 0.702 mu S/cm to the conductivity, the hydrogen conductivity is 3.498+ 0.702-4.2 mu S/cm, 4.2-1.307-times; namely, the hydrogen conductivity of the impurity salt solution after passing through the hydrogen column is about 3 times of the conductivity of the original solution.
And secondly, deducing a theoretical calculation formula of the pH value of the pure water and the sodium hydroxide.
The theoretical formula for adding ammonia to pure water is pH 8.57+ LogSC, and the theoretical formula for adding sodium hydroxide to pure water is as follows:
OH-in the case of a sodium hydroxide solution at a concentration of 10. mu. mol/L-Is 10-5mol/l, pH 9, SC sodium ion contribution to conductivity 0.501+1.983 (hydroxide contribution to conductivity) 2.484 μ S/cm;
that is, 9.0 ═ C (constant) + log2.484, solved to give C ═ 8.61;
namely, the theoretical calculation formula of the pH value of pure water plus sodium hydroxide is as follows: pH 8.61+ logSC
The theoretical calculation formula of pure water sodium hydroxide is shown, but the actual water contains impurity ions, the contribution of the impurity ions to the conductivity is deducted, and the contribution of the sodium hydroxide to the conductivity is SC-1/3 CC;
the formula is as follows: pH 8.61+ log (SC-1/3 CC);
as an example, if the internal cooling water conductivity is known to be 0.8 μ S/cm, the hydrogen conductivity is measured to be 0.6 μ S/cm, and the pH is 8.61+ log (SC-1/3CC) by substituting the formula, which gives a pH of 8.39.
