The invention provides an elastic firing pin firing device, which comprises a firing pin, a firing pin seat, a trigger, a fixing frame and a trigger shaft, wherein the whole firing pin is an elastic body and is provided with a firing pin front arm and a firing pin rear arm, the two arms can be folded and unfolded to provide elasticity for the firing device, the tail end of the firing pin front arm is a firing pin head, the tail end of the firing pin rear arm is a firing pin tail, the front end of the firing pin seat is a firing pin seat front chamber, the rear end of the firing pin seat is a firing pin seat rear chamber, the firing pin head can be inserted into the firing pin seat front chamber, the firing pin can reciprocate in a firing pin seat front chamber along with the folding and opening of two arms of the firing pin, the firing pin tail can be inserted into a firing pin seat rear chamber, the lower end of the firing pin seat is a firing pin seat fixing surface, the firing pin seat fixing surface can be fixed on a fixing frame and can be detached, a trigger shaft hole is arranged on the fixing frame, a trigger hole is arranged on the trigger, the trigger shaft passes through the trigger hole of the trigger and is inserted into the trigger shaft hole of the fixing frame, and the trigger is provided with a trigger blocking surface for locking the firing pin so as to control the firing of the firing pin. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mechanical percussion, in particular to an elastic body percussion device.
Background
The triggering device using the elastic force of the elastic body as the driving force essentially converts the elastic potential energy of the elastic body into the kinetic energy of the object to be ejected, but in the prior art, auxiliary parts are needed to realize the energy storage and triggering processes of the elastic body, so that the elastic body can drive the auxiliary parts to move together when triggered, and a part of the elastic potential energy is converted into the kinetic energy of the auxiliary parts, thereby not only complicating the triggering device, but also reducing the energy conversion efficiency.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme: the elastic firing pin firing device comprises a firing pin, a firing pin seat, a trigger, a fixing frame and a trigger shaft. The invention is mainly characterized in that: the firing pin is an elastic body, it has firing pin front arm and firing pin rear arm, both arms can be closed and opened, and can provide elastic force for firing device, the tail end of firing pin front arm is firing pin head, the tail end of firing pin rear arm is firing pin tail, the front end of firing pin seat is firing pin seat front chamber, the rear end of firing pin seat is firing pin seat rear chamber, the firing pin head can be inserted into firing pin seat front chamber, and can be made into reciprocating motion in the firing pin seat front chamber along with closing and opening of firing pin two arms, the firing pin tail can be inserted into firing pin seat rear chamber, the lower end of firing pin seat is firing pin seat fixing surface, the firing pin seat fixing surface can be fixed on the fixing frame and can be removed, on the fixing frame a firing pin hole is opened, on the firing pin, the firing pin has a firing pin hole, the firing pin is inserted into the firing pin hole of fixing frame through the firing pin, and the firing pin has a firing pin blocking surface for controlling firing pin.
When the percussion device stores energy, the front arm and the rear arm of the firing pin are folded under the action of external force, the trigger rotates to enable the trigger blocking surface to lock the front arm of the firing pin, and the firing pin is in a state to be percussion. When the firing device is fired, the trigger rotates reversely to enable the firing pin to fire, and the firing pin head ejects a shot in a front chamber of the firing pin seat during firing.
Furthermore, the fixing frame is provided with a through groove and a side groove, the striker base can be fixed in the through groove, the trigger rotates in the through groove, and the striker front arm and the striker rear arm move in the side groove.
Furthermore, the rear arm of the firing pin can be fixed on the fixing frame, and the front arm of the firing pin moves in the side groove of the fixing frame.
Furthermore, a return spring is connected between the trigger and the fixing frame, and when the firing pin front arm and the firing pin rear arm are folded, the return spring drives the trigger to rotate so that the trigger blocking surface locks the firing pin.
The invention has the following advantages:
the whole firing pin is an elastic component, provides elasticity for the firing device, reduces auxiliary components to the maximum extent, simplifies the firing device and improves the energy conversion efficiency.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in figure 1, the elastic firing pin firing device comprises a firing pin 1, a firing pin seat 2, a trigger 3, a fixed frame 4 and a trigger shaft 5. The striker 1 is an elastomer as a whole, provides elasticity for the firing device, and is divided into a striker front arm 1-3, a striker head 1-1, a striker rear arm 1-4 and a striker tail 1-2, the front end of the striker base 2 is a striker base front chamber 2-2, the rear end of the striker base 2 is a striker base rear chamber 2-3, the striker head 1-1 can be inserted into the striker base front chamber 2-2 to reciprocate, and the striker tail 1-2 can be inserted into the striker base rear chamber 2-3. The lower end of the striker base 2 is a striker base fixing surface 2-1, and the striker base fixing surface 2-1 can be fixed on the fixing frame 4 and can be detached. The fixing frame 4 is provided with a trigger shaft hole 4-1, the trigger 3 is provided with a trigger hole 3-1, the trigger shaft 5 passes through the trigger hole 3-1 of the trigger 3 and is inserted into the trigger shaft hole 4-1 of the fixing frame 4, and the trigger 3 is provided with a trigger blocking surface 3-2 for locking the firing pin 1 to control the firing of the firing pin 1.
When the percussion device stores energy, the front arm 1-3 and the rear arm 1-4 of the firing pin are folded under the action of external force, the trigger 3 rotates to enable the blocking surface 3-2 of the trigger to lock the front arm 1-3 of the firing pin, and the firing pin 1 is in a state to be percussion as shown in figure 2. When the firing device is fired, the trigger 3 rotates reversely to enable the firing pin to fire, the firing pin head 1-1 ejects a shot in the firing pin seat front chamber 2-2 when firing, and the firing device is in a firing state shown in figure 1.
Furthermore, a through groove 4-3 and a side groove 4-2 are formed in the fixing frame 4, the striker base 2 can be fixed in the through groove 4-3 of the fixing frame 4, the trigger 3 rotates in the through groove 4-3 of the fixing frame 4, and the striker front arm 1-3 and the striker rear arm 1-4 move in the side groove 4-2 of the fixing frame 4.
Furthermore, the rear striker arm 1-4 can be fixed on the holder 4 and the front striker arm 1-3 moves in the side groove 4-2 of the holder 4.
Furthermore, a return spring is linked between the trigger 3 and the fixing frame 4, and when the firing pin front arm 1-3 and the firing pin rear arm 1-4 are folded, the return spring drives the trigger 3 to rotate so that the trigger blocking surface 3-2 locks the firing pin 1.

An elastic firing pin firing device comprises a firing pin (1), a firing pin seat (2), a trigger (3), a fixing frame (4) and a trigger shaft (5), wherein the whole firing pin (1) is an elastic body and provides elasticity for the firing device, the firing pin (1) comprises a firing pin front arm (1-3) and a firing pin rear arm (1-4), a firing pin head (1-1) is arranged at the tail end of the firing pin front arm (1-3), a firing pin tail (1-2) is arranged at the tail end of the firing pin rear arm (1-4), a firing pin seat front chamber (2-2) is arranged at the front end of the firing pin seat (2), the firing pin head (1-1) can be inserted into the firing pin seat front chamber (2-2) to reciprocate, a firing pin seat rear chamber (2-3) is arranged at the rear end of the firing pin seat (2), a firing pin tail (1-2) can be inserted into the firing pin seat rear chamber (2-3), a firing pin seat fixing surface (2-1) is arranged at the lower end of the firing pin seat (2), the firing pin seat fixing surface (2-1) can be fixed on the fixing frame (4) and can be detached, a trigger shaft hole (4-1) is formed in the fixing frame (4), a trigger hole (3-1) is formed in the trigger (3), the trigger shaft (5) penetrates through the trigger hole (3-1) of the trigger (3) and is inserted into the trigger shaft hole (4-1) of the fixing frame (4), and the trigger (3) is provided with a trigger blocking surface (3-2) for locking the firing pin (1) so as to control the firing of the firing pin (1).

3. Elastic firing pin firing device according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that the firing pin rear arm (1-4) can be fixed to the holder (4) and the firing pin front arm (1-3) moves in the side groove (4-2) of the holder (4).

The elastic firing pin firing device according to claim 1 where in the trigger (3) is linked to the holder (4) by a return spring which drives the trigger (3) to rotate and lock the firing pin (1) by the trigger stop (3-2) when the firing pin front arm (1-3) and the firing pin rear arm (1-4) are folded.
