7. An outdoor billboard and method of operation as claimed in any of claims 1-X in which the poster size is adjustable: the method comprises the following steps:

s1: the outdoor advertising column drives the screw rod (10) to rotate through the speed reducing motor (8), then the screw rod (10) drives the screw rod sleeve (12) to move up and down, the screw rod sleeve (12) moves up and down through driving the fixing plate (14), and then the fixing plate (14) drives the advertising outer casing (22) to adjust the height, so that the advertising outer casing (22) can be conveniently lowered to a proper height to conveniently replace posters;
