Abstract
The invention relates to a design and application of a double-tail-wheel endless-rope continuous tractor in mine auxiliary transportation, which is characterized by comprising an auxiliary transportation area, a transportation area and a mining area rail lane, wherein the auxiliary transportation area comprises an auxiliary inclined shaft and a shaft bottom yard, the auxiliary inclined shaft comprises an inclined shaft winch, the shaft bottom yard is divided into a high road side and a low road side, an endless-rope continuous tractor chamber is arranged in the transportation area, a tractor head is arranged in the endless-rope continuous tractor chamber, the transportation area further comprises a turnout and a shuttle car, a tail wheel II and a gangue heavy car are arranged in the mining rail lane, and a tail wheel I is arranged in the shaft bottom yard. The endless rope continuous tractor driving chamber does not occupy a transportation line, so that the continuity of a transfer line is ensured; and the shuttle car can enter the auxiliary transportation section to pull the mine car or the equipment heavy car, so that relay continuous transportation is realized, and a manual cart is not needed in the process, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the transportation efficiency is improved.

A certain distance is always needed for manually pushing a cart in the traditional single-tail wheel arrangement, particularly, a hydraulic support is integrally transported, the labor intensity is high, and the efficiency and the safety are low.

s2: after the materials are loaded into the mine car by the material heavy truck, the mine car is drawn to one end close to the working face end in the track roadway of the mining area by a shuttle car in the transportation area;
s3: and the shuttle car pulls the gangue heavy car in the track roadway of the mining area to return to the bottom-hole yard, the hook is unhooked after passing through the turnout, the gangue heavy car is pushed to the lower side of the bottom-hole yard after the hook is unhooked, and the gangue heavy car is lifted to the ground by the inclined shaft winch.
