The aluminum profile frame 21 comprises an aluminum profile 211 facing the fire surface, an aluminum profile 212 facing away from the fire surface, a first broken bridge 213 and a second broken bridge 214, two ends of the first broken bridge 213 are respectively connected with one ends of the aluminum profile 211 facing the fire surface and the aluminum profile 212 facing away from the fire-proof glass 3, two ends of the second broken bridge 214 are respectively connected with one ends of the aluminum profile 211 facing the fire surface and the aluminum profile 212 facing away from the fire-proof glass 3, as shown in fig. 1, the first broken bridge 213 and the second broken bridge 214 are oppositely arranged, and the first broken bridge 213 is located at the upper end of the second broken bridge 214. In this embodiment, be provided with corresponding draw-in groove 204 respectively to the both ends of fire face aluminium alloy 211 and back fire face aluminium alloy 212, the both ends joint of first bridge cut-off 213 and second bridge cut-off 214 is in corresponding draw-in groove 204, so compare in the steel sheet welding production welding cost that can significantly reduce, avoids welding deformation. Referring back to fig. 1, the limiting steel plate 4 is disposed on the aluminum profile frame 21. The other end 42 of the limiting steel plate 4 bends towards the placing direction of the fireproof glass 3 and abuts against the back fire surface aluminum profile 212, the middle section 43 between one end 41 and the other end 42 of the limiting steel plate 4 is attached to the second broken bridge 214, as shown in fig. 1, the other end 42 of the limiting steel plate 4 bends downwards, and the other end 42 of the limiting steel plate 4 is perpendicular to the middle section 43. First graphite expansion strip 6 sets up on aluminium matter section bar frame 21, and in this embodiment, first graphite expansion strip 6 sets up in the middle section 43 of spacing steel sheet 4, and first graphite expansion strip 6 and spacing steel sheet 4 pass through screw 7 fixed the setting in second bridge cut-off 214, and is concrete, and in first graphite expansion strip 6, the middle section 43 of spacing steel sheet 4 and second bridge cut-off 214 were passed in proper order to the one end of screw 7 and stretched into thermal insulation material 22, the other end laminating of screw 7 is on first graphite expansion strip 6.
The mounting assembly 5 is arranged on the aluminium profile frame 21. The mounting assembly 5 further comprises a connecting member 53, one end of the connecting member 53 is disposed on the fire-facing aluminum profile 211, in this embodiment, a groove 205 is formed at the lower end of the fire-facing aluminum profile 211, and the upper end of the connecting member 53 is clamped at the left and right sides of the groove 205. The connecting member 53 is a press button, but is not limited thereto. The second mounting member 52 is provided to the connecting member 53. The side of the second mounting part 52 away from the fire-proof glass 3 has a second connecting part 521, one side of the connecting member 53 close to the fire-proof glass 3 is provided with a second mounting part 531, the second connecting part 521 is assembled with the second mounting part 531, in this embodiment, the second connecting part 521 is a groove, and the second mounting part 531 is a bump, but not limited thereto. The first mounting piece 51 is arranged on the back fire surface aluminum profile 212. One side of the first mounting member 51 departing from the fire-proof glass 3 has a first connecting portion 511, one side of the back fire-proof surface aluminum profile 212 close to the fire-proof glass 3 is provided with a first mounting portion 2121, the first connecting portion 511 is assembled to the first mounting portion 2121, in this embodiment, the first connecting portion 511 is a clamping block, and the first mounting portion 2121 is a clamping groove, but not limited thereto.
The fire-proof and heat-insulating effect of the aluminum fire-proof assembly structure 1 for the ship will be specifically described below by taking an A60 fire-proof glass fire test as an example.
When the A60 fireproof glass is subjected to a fire test, the test starting temperature is 576 ℃, the temperature is continuously increased, the temperature in the furnace is 945 ℃ when 60min is finished, the aluminum melting point is 660 ℃, and the test temperature is higher than the aluminum melting point, so that the fire facing aluminum profile 211 and the connecting piece 53 of the aluminum profile component 2 are melted, the second mounting piece 52 is burnt and falls off when the test is carried out for about 10 minutes, and the A60 fireproof glass is protected by the limiting steel plate 4 and prevented from falling off due to the melting of the press buckle 6; the A60 fireproof glass and the first graphite expansion strip 6 are contacted with an open fire, the glass on the fire-facing surface of the A60 fireproof glass is crushed, and the internal fireproof liquid of the A60 fireproof glass is rapidly expanded after meeting the open fire to protect the back fire surface of the A60 fireproof glass, so that the integrity and the heat insulation effectiveness of the A60 fireproof glass are ensured; the first graphite expansion strip 6 rapidly expands when meeting open fire, fills the expansion gap 601 between the A60 fireproof glass and the aluminum profile frame 21, prevents the back fire surface aluminum profile 212 from contacting the open fire, and also plays a role in heat insulation; the thermal insulation material 22 is used for thermal insulation and preventing the aluminum profile 211 from being excessively deformed after melting, so that the fireproof and thermal insulation requirements can be effectively met, and the requirements of ship fireproof test specifications (2010 international fireproof test program application rule 2010FTP Code) are met.
To sum up, the application provides a marine aluminum fireproof assembly structure, which fixes fireproof glass in an aluminum profile component through a mounting component and a limiting steel plate, wherein a second mounting component and a first mounting component are abutted against the inner side and the outer side of the fireproof glass, one end of the limiting steel plate is bent and abutted against the inner side of the fireproof glass, a first graphite expansion strip is further arranged in the aluminum profile component and is positioned at the end part of the fireproof glass, so that when the second mounting component is melted and falls on one side of the fire-facing surface of the aluminum profile component, the first mounting component and the limiting steel plate are continuously matched to fix the fireproof glass, the fireproof integrity is ensured, the first graphite expansion strip is contacted with open fire to expand, an expansion gap between the first graphite expansion strip and the fireproof glass is filled, the fire-facing surface of the aluminum profile component is prevented from being contacted with the open fire, and the fire-facing surface of the aluminum profile component is protected, so make this application marine aluminium matter fire prevention assembly structure can effectually reach the thermal-insulated requirement of fire prevention. 1. An aluminum fireproof assembly structure for a ship, comprising:
an aluminum profile component having a fire-facing surface and a fire-backing surface;
the fireproof glass is arranged on the aluminum profile component;
the limiting steel plate is arranged on the aluminum profile component, and one end of the limiting steel plate is bent towards one side of the back fire surface and is abutted against the inner side of the fireproof glass;
the mounting assembly is arranged on the aluminum profile assembly and comprises a first mounting piece and a second mounting piece, the first mounting piece abuts against the outer side of the fireproof glass, and the second mounting piece abuts against the inner side of the fireproof glass and the limiting steel plate;
the first graphite expansion strip is arranged on the aluminum profile component, is positioned at the end part of the fireproof glass and has an expansion gap with the fireproof glass.

The marine aluminum fire protection assembly structure of claim 1, wherein the aluminum profile assembly includes an aluminum profile frame and an insulation material, the insulation material being disposed inside the aluminum profile frame, the restraining steel plate, the mounting assembly and the first graphite expansion strip being disposed on the aluminum profile frame.

The marine aluminum fireproof assembly structure of claim 2, wherein the aluminum profile frame comprises a fire facing aluminum profile, a fire back aluminum profile, a first bridge cut-off and a second bridge cut-off, wherein two ends of the first bridge cut-off are respectively connected with one ends of the fire facing aluminum profile and the fire back aluminum profile, which are away from the fireproof glass, and two ends of the second bridge cut-off are respectively connected with one ends of the fire facing aluminum profile and the fire back aluminum profile, which are close to the fireproof glass.
4. The aluminum fireproof assembly structure for the ship of claim 3, wherein the other end of the limiting steel plate is bent towards the placing direction of the fireproof glass and abuts against the back fire surface aluminum profile, and the middle section between one end and the other end of the limiting steel plate is attached to the second broken bridge.

The marine aluminum fireproof assembly structure of claim 4, wherein the first graphite expansion strip is disposed at the middle section of the limiting steel plate, and the first graphite expansion strip and the limiting steel plate are fixedly disposed at the second broken bridge through screws.
6. An aluminum fireproof assembly structure for ship according to claim 2, wherein the aluminum profile assembly further comprises a second graphite expansion strip, and the second graphite expansion strip is arranged on the side of the first broken bridge facing away from the fireproof glass.

The marine aluminum fire protection assembly structure of claim 3, wherein the mounting assembly further comprises a connecting member, one end of the connecting member is disposed on the fire-facing aluminum profile, the second mounting member is disposed on the connecting member, and the first mounting member is disposed on the fire-facing aluminum profile.

The marine aluminum fireproof assembly structure of claim 7, wherein a first connecting portion is arranged on a side of the first mounting member facing away from the fireproof glass, a first mounting portion is arranged on a side of the fire-back aluminum profile facing away from the fireproof glass, and the first connecting portion is connected to the first mounting portion in a combined manner; the second installed part deviates from one side of fire prevention glass has the second connecting portion, the connecting piece is close to one side of fire prevention glass is provided with the second installation department, second connecting portion group connect in the second installation department.
