Description

Roof waterproof system and installation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of roof waterproofing, in particular to a roof waterproofing system and an installation method thereof.
Background
The water leakage of the roof is a great problem in the building industry, and particularly, the assembled building roof has poor integral crack resistance, is easy to generate penetrating cracks on the roof, and is easy to seep water at the cracks, so that the waterproof performance of the roof is poor.
The patent with publication number CN207892141U discloses an assembled roof waterproof structure, which comprises an assembled roof panel, a roof composite waterproof layer, a roof insulating layer and a roof concrete protective layer; the roof composite waterproof layer is formed by superposing a roof waterproof coating layer and a self-adhesive waterproof roll material layer; the roof composite waterproof layer, the roof heat-insulating layer and the roof concrete protective layer are sequentially laminated on the assembled roof panel.
When the indoor outer difference in temperature is great, can produce steam in the layer structure, but because roofing composite waterproof layer, roofing heat preservation, roof concrete protective layer all pave on the assembled roof boarding, and fixed laminating between layer structure and the assembled roof boarding, steam is difficult to the dissipation, cause roofing composite waterproof layer, roof heat preservation and roof concrete protective layer the phenomenon that the swell appears and drop easily, make roofing waterproof construction's overall structure grow poor, thereby lead to the water-proof effects of roofing relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the application aims to provide a roof waterproof system and an installation method thereof, so that the possibility of the phenomena of bulging and falling off is reduced, and the possibility of roof waterproofing is improved.
The application is realized by the following technical scheme: the utility model provides a roof waterproof system, includes concrete floor base course and sets up the waterproof composite bed in concrete floor base course top, the waterproof composite bed includes first waterproof coating and protective layer and surface course, first waterproof coating coats one side of concrete floor base course, protective layer and surface course set up one side that deviates from concrete floor base course at first waterproof coating from bottom to top, epoxy waterproof coating is chooseed for use to first waterproof coating, epoxy waterproof coating infiltration concrete floor base course 3-5mm, one side that first waterproof coating deviates from concrete floor base course is equipped with ventilative dampproof course.
Through the technical scheme, the epoxy waterproof coating has good waterproof and anti-seepage performance, and the first waterproof coating, the protective layer and the surface layer are additionally arranged on the surface of the concrete floor base layer, so that the waterproof performance of the concrete floor base layer is enhanced; meanwhile, the breathable moisture-proof layer has the breathable performance and the moisture-proof performance, and is favorable for rapid ventilation of water vapor in the waterproof composite layer, so that the possibility that the surface layer and the protective layer bulge and separate due to the fact that the water vapor is difficult to dissipate in the waterproof composite layer is reduced.
The application is further configured to: one side that first waterproof coating deviates from concrete floor basic unit is equipped with second waterproof coating, the second waterproof coating chooses for use single component polyurethane waterproof coating to make.
According to the technical scheme, the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is also called as a polyurethane waterproof coating, is a single-component polyurethane waterproof coating which is prepared by carrying out addition polymerization on isocyanate group-containing prepolymer formed by isocyanate, polyether and the like, matching with a catalyst, an anhydrous auxiliary agent, an anhydrous filler, a solvent and the like, and carrying out mixing and other working procedures.
The application is further configured to: ventilative dampproof course chooses the non-woven fabrics to make for use, ventilative dampproof course all divides into a plurality of modules with second waterproof coating, ventilative dampproof course and second waterproof coating's area is the same, just crisscross range upon range of setting from top to bottom of ventilative dampproof course and second waterproof coating, ventilative dampproof course and second waterproof coating all cover one side that first waterproof coating deviates from concrete floor basic unit.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, the non-woven fabrics have dampproofing, ventilative, pliable and tough, the light characteristics of matter, and ventilative dampproofing course sets up with the crisscross range upon range of setting of second waterproof coating for second waterproof coating has waterproof and air permeability concurrently, thereby has reduced the second waterproof coating and has blocked the steam at waterproof composite bed, and leads to surface course and protective layer the possibility that the swell appears and break away from.
The application is further configured to: waterproof roll material layers are paved on one sides of the breathable moisture-proof layers and the second waterproof coatings, which deviate from the first waterproof coatings.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, waterproofing membrane has impervious ability reinforce, the high characteristics of tensile strength, and waterproofing membrane's setting is favorable to reducing the possibility that surface course and protective layer take place the infiltration phenomenon towards concrete floor basic unit, has played the effect of prevention of seepage.
The application is further configured to: and one side of the second waterproof coating, which is far away from the first waterproof coating, is provided with a leveling layer, and the leveling layer is made of foam concrete.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, the setting of screed-coat is favorable to improving the roughness that the second waterproof coating deviates from one side of first waterproof coating to be favorable to protective layer and surface course to keep leveling from one side of concrete floor basic unit, reduced protective layer and surface course height not flat and produce the possibility of crack and infiltration easily. Meanwhile, the foam concrete is also called as bubble concrete, the foaming agent is fully foamed in a mechanical mode through a foaming system of a bubble machine, the foam and cement slurry are uniformly mixed, then cast-in-place construction or mold forming is carried out through a pumping system of the foaming machine, and the novel light heat-insulating material containing a large number of closed air holes is formed through natural curing, so that the leveling layer has heat-insulating property and is favorable for improving the heat-insulating property of a roof waterproof system.
The application is further configured to: and a heat-insulating layer is arranged on one side of the leveling layer, which deviates from the second waterproof coating, and the heat-insulating layer is made of a heat-insulating plate.
Through the technical scheme, the insulation board is a rigid foam plastic board which is prepared by taking polystyrene resin as a raw material, adding other raw and auxiliary materials and polymer, mixing by heating and injecting a catalyst at the same time, and then extruding and molding by extrusion molding, has the advantages of moisture resistance, water resistance and good insulation performance, and is beneficial to further improving the comprehensive performance of a roof waterproof system due to the arrangement of the insulation layer.
The application is further configured to: an impermeable layer is arranged between the heat-insulation plate and the protective layer, and the impermeable layer is made of geomembrane.
According to the technical scheme, the geomembrane is a geomembrane anti-seepage material formed by compounding the plastic film serving as an anti-seepage base material and non-woven fabrics, and when the heat-insulating layer and the surface layer have water seepage phenomena, the geomembrane has an anti-seepage effect and reduces the possibility of continuous downward water seepage.
The application is further configured to: the heat insulation layer is characterized in that a supporting piece is arranged between the leveling layer and the heat insulation layer, the supporting piece comprises a plurality of I-shaped supporting sectional materials, and a plurality of ventilation channels are preset between the I-shaped supporting sectional materials.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, the setting of support section bar separates screed-coat and heat preservation, is favorable to strengthening the ventilation effect between screed-coat and the heat preservation, and the steam of being convenient for between screed-coat and the heat preservation distributes away through ventilative passageway probably to the possibility that swell and break away from has been reduced to surface course and protective layer appearance.
