本发明提供一种装配式加强支撑防火墙板,属于建筑技术领域,包括防火绝热面板、侧部支撑板、端部封板、泡沫混凝土、抗震约束耗能支撑板、连接板A、连接板B、蜜胺泡绵、弹力约束加强杆,防火绝热面板、侧部支撑板和端部封板围成墙板外框,沿防火绝热面板内侧设置蜜胺泡绵,前后防火绝热面板之间呈V形连续布置抗震约束耗能支撑板,本发明的有益效果是提高装配式效率,整体协同和稳定性好,防火耐热性能佳,有效降低建筑结构振动引起的地震反应,增强结构抗滑移刚度和耗能能力,施工方便、施工速度快。

装配式加强支撑防火墙板
技术领域
本发明属于建筑技术领域,特别涉及一种装配式加强支撑防火墙板。
背景技术
在油库以及各类易燃易爆的石油化工等产品加工厂,时常由于火灾而造成巨大的人员伤亡和经济损失,为了最大限度地控制火灾的损失,修建防火功能强的墙板结构等系列工程十分必要。同时,地震灾害具有突发性和毁灭性,地震发生时,地面振动引起结构的地震反应。为了避免上述灾害的发生,人们必须对结构体系的地震反应进行控制,并消除结构体系的“放大器”作用。在小风或小震时,这些消能杆件和结构本身具有足够的侧向刚度以满足使用要求,结构处于弹性状态;当出现大震或大风时,随着结构侧向变形的增大,消能构件或消能装置率先开始工作,产生较大阻尼,大量消耗输入结构的地震或风振能量,使结构的动能或弹性势能等能量转化成热能等形式耗散掉,迅速衰减结构的地震或风振反应,使主体结构避免出现明显的非弹性状态,保护主体结构及构件在强震或大风中免遭破坏,现有建筑墙板结构部分所用材料等因素不合理,其实用性欠佳,在很多场合难以付诸实施,大多数成本高,受消费者水平的制约,不可能大面积推广使用,有的重量大,要以机械施工,施工方法复杂,有的无法隔热,不能防火,防腐性能差,此外,既不环保节能,安全系数也较低,为此,有必要针对现有建筑墙板结构的受力性能差、抗震和防火性能差的缺点进行工业化系统性的研发,使我国建筑产业真正实现全过程的绿色、可循环、可持续,因此,需要设计一种受力性能佳、抗震和防火性能优异的建筑墙板结构来解决此类问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种装配式加强支撑防火墙板,提高装配式效率,增大建筑结构体系的承载支撑作用,既增强了结构抗滑移刚度和耗能能力,又增强了结构整体性和稳定性,适用于高烈度地区高层建筑建造及加固,解决了传统建筑墙板结构抗震承载、耗能支撑性能较差和耐久性的不足之处。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种装配式加强支撑防火墙板,包括防火绝热面板、侧部支撑板、端部封板、泡沫混凝土、抗震约束耗能支撑板、连接板A、连接板B、蜜胺泡绵、弹力约束加强杆,装配式加强支撑防火墙板的上端和下端设置端部封板、两侧设置侧部支撑板、前面和后面设置防火绝热面板,防火绝热面板、侧部支撑板和端部封板围成墙板外框,侧部支撑板上设置侧板预留穿孔,端部封板的边缘将侧部支撑板和防火绝热面板覆盖,沿防火绝热面板内侧设置蜜胺泡绵,前后防火绝热面板之间呈V形连续布置抗震约束耗能支撑板,抗震约束耗能支撑板上设置圆孔,相邻的圆孔之间设置耗能肋,抗震约束耗能支撑板的两端设置支撑板连接端、中间设置支撑板预留穿孔,装配式加强支撑防火墙板的内部空腔设置泡沫混凝土;
连接板A和连接板B均开设连接螺孔,采用连接螺钉将连接板A、连接板B与端部封板连接;位于墙板左右两侧的抗震约束耗能支撑板的上部支撑板连接端与连接板A的连接部位A连接、下部支撑板连接端与连接板B的连接部位B连接,位于墙板中部的抗震约束耗能支撑板的支撑板连接端均与连接板B的连接部位B连接;设置弹力约束加强杆穿过侧板预留穿孔和支撑板预留穿孔将侧部支撑板和墙板左右两侧的抗震约束耗能支撑板连接,设置弹力约束加强杆穿过支撑板预留穿孔将相邻的抗震约束耗能支撑板连接,弹力约束加强杆的两端设置固定螺件固定。
进一步地,端部封板和防火绝热面板、侧部支撑板之间采用铆钉的方式连接。
进一步地,抗震约束耗能支撑板采用低屈服点耗能钢板。
进一步地,支撑板连接端与连接部位A、连接部位B采用焊接连接。
进一步地,抗震约束耗能支撑板、连接螺钉、连接板A、连接板B采用防腐处理。
进一步地,防火绝热面板采用防火耐热性强的硅酸钙板。
进一步地,防火绝热面板和蜜胺泡绵之间设置保温砂浆进行粘结。
本发明的优点效果是:
本发明的有益效果是提高了装配式效率,具有整体协同性能和稳定性能好的特点,使用的防火绝热面板和蜜胺泡绵能起到显著防火耐热效果,显著降低火灾产生灾害,在地震发生时,设置的多个抗震约束耗能支撑板能有效降低建筑结构振动引起的地震反应,能防止墙板在承载时轻易发生整体滑移或变形,并增大建筑结构体系的承载支撑作用,既增强了结构抗滑移刚度和耗能能力,又增强了结构整体性和稳定性,具有施工方便、施工速度快的特点,适用于高烈度地区高层建筑建造及加固,具有防火性能好、抗震性好、耐久性好、承载力大、延性好、耗能能力高的特点,解决了传统建筑墙板结构抗震承载、耗能支撑性能较差的不足之处。

装配式加强支撑防火墙板的上端和下端设置端部封板3、两侧设置侧部支撑板2、前面和后面设置防火绝热面板1,防火绝热面板1、侧部支撑板2和端部封板3围成墙板外框,侧部支撑板2上设置侧板预留穿孔17,端部封板3的边缘将侧部支撑板2和防火绝热面板1覆盖,沿防火绝热面板1内侧设置蜜胺泡绵15,前后防火绝热面板1之间呈V形连续布置抗震约束耗能支撑板5,抗震约束耗能支撑板5上设置圆孔6,相邻的圆孔6之间设置耗能肋7,抗震约束耗能支撑板5的两端设置支撑板连接端8、中间设置支撑板预留穿孔16,装配式加强支撑防火墙板的内部空腔设置泡沫混凝土4;
