Abstract
The invention discloses a polyester filament full-shading water-leakage-proof coating tent cloth and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing and shaping treatment of polyester filament yarn base cloth; (2) coating a polyurethane resin PU adhesive layer on the polyester filament yarn base cloth; (3) coating a black rubber-plastic PVC adhesive layer on the polyurethane resin; (4) coating a Polyurethane (PU) adhesive layer on the black rubber-plastic PVC adhesive layer; (5) and (3) coating a silver powder slurry layer on the surface of the polyurethane resin PU adhesive layer in a blade mode. The polyester filament full-shading anti-leakage coating tent cloth has better shading performance and better anti-leakage performance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to tent cloth for outdoor tents, wine mat sheds, parking sheds and large outdoor sunshades, in particular to polyester filament yarn full-shading and water leakage preventing coating tent cloth and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The traditional tent cloth has poor shading effect and water leakage prevention, so that the development of the polyester filament yarn full-shading water leakage prevention coating tent cloth and the manufacturing method thereof become problems to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.

Further, in the step (1), the polyester filament base fabric is a white blank base fabric which is obtained by plain weaving of polyester filaments through a weaving machine and has a gram weight per square meter of 120 g; and dyeing and setting the base cloth, then rolling the dyed base cloth, coating a waterproof auxiliary agent, drying and curing to finish the manufacturing and setting treatment of the polyester filament base cloth.
Further, in the step (5), the silver powder slurry layer has one to two layers.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the polyester filament full-shading anti-leakage coating tent cloth has better shading performance and better anti-leakage performance.
