The anaerobic chamber 4 and the aerobic chamber 5 are respectively filled with suspended fillers; the suspended filler is spherical, and the filler plays a role in fixing suspended matters as a carrier, so that sludge discharge operation is reduced, sludge bulking is avoided, and meanwhile, the efficiency of removing total suspended solids, organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in sewage is improved.
The agitator 41 is provided in the anaerobic chamber 4, the agitator 41 is provided in the middle of the anaerobic chamber, and when the agitator is rotated clockwise, for example, sewage is driven to flow and flow into the aerobic chamber from the upper through hole 42, and the air jetted downward from the aeration pipe of the aerobic chamber returns the sewage to the anaerobic chamber from the lower through hole 43, thereby exchanging the sewage in the aerobic chamber.
An aeration pipe 51 is arranged in the aerobic chamber 5, a plurality of holes are arranged on the aeration pipe 51, and the aeration pipe is arranged in the middle of the aerobic chamber in parallel; the aeration pipe is connected with an air supply line, and the air supply line is connected with a blower; the aerobic chamber also comprises an upper stirrer 52 and a lower stirrer 53, wherein the upper stirrer 52 and the lower stirrer 53 are respectively arranged above and below the aeration pipe; the upper stirrer 52 is arranged near the upper through hole, the lower stirrer 53 is arranged near the lower through hole, stirring flow can be effectively formed, sewage is driven to flow from the anaerobic chamber to the aerobic chamber, sewage in the aerobic chamber flows to the anaerobic chamber and can be fully mixed, the carrier is in a fluidized state, the sewage is widely and frequently contacted with the carrier for many times, and carrier particles are small and dense in the oxidation pond and are in mutual friction collision, so that the activity of the biological membrane is higher, and the mass transfer process is strengthened. Because the carrier ceaselessly flows, the blockage phenomenon can be effectively prevented, and the sewage treatment efficiency of the biological treatment equipment is improved.
The settling chamber 6 is connected with the first sludge chamber 11 through a sludge return pipe 61, and the sludge return pipe 61 is connected with an air pipe; the flowing sludge settled in the settling chamber 6 flows into the first sludge chamber 11 for settling in a gas stripping mode through the sludge return pipe 61, the flowing sludge enters the anoxic tank 3 for recycling treatment again, and the sludge settled at the bottom of the settling chamber 6 can be discharged through the inspection hole by adopting a sludge pump or other modes. A filter device is arranged on a partition plate between the settling chamber 6 and the sterilizing chamber 7, the sterilizing chamber is provided with a sterilizing pipe 71, and a plurality of spray heads are arranged on the sterilizing pipe 71. A filtering device is arranged between the sterilizing chamber 7 and the water storage chamber 8.
The first filter chamber, the biological reaction chamber and the settling chamber are provided with inspection holes; a control chamber 9 is arranged on the side edge of the body, a plurality of motors, blowers, controllers and the like are arranged in the control chamber, and the stirrer, the upper stirrer and the lower stirrer are respectively provided with motor drives; the controller is used for controlling the motor and the blower; the control room also comprises other driving devices and control devices for realizing the invention. The invention well separates the sediment and the water, and then carries out disinfection and sterilization treatment on the treated water through the design of the disinfection and sterilization chamber, thereby meeting the environmental protection requirements of modern society and saving secondary water treatment.
