Abstract
The invention discloses a label detection system and a detection method thereof, belonging to the technical field of label detection, wherein the label detection system comprises: a frame; the bar code scanning device is arranged on the rack and comprises a bar code reader, and a scanning area is arranged on the bar code reader; the bar code conveying device is arranged on the rack and comprises a winding piece and a first driving device, and the first driving device is used for driving the winding piece to rotate so as to convey the bar code belt to the scanning area; and the control device can control the action of the bar code conveying device according to the scanning information of the bar code scanning device. The label detection system can automatically detect the label information and judge the repeated bar codes, has high judgment rate, also discloses a detection method of the system, can detect and judge the label information in time, has high automation, and solves the defect of high error rate of traditional manual detection.

Technical Field

Background
The labels are various, wherein the bar codes in English commodities are mostly used, and the bar codes or bar codes are formed by arranging a plurality of black bars and blanks with different widths according to a certain coding rule so as to express a group of graphic identifiers of information. Common bar codes are a pattern of parallel lines of dark bars (simply bars) and white bars (simply spaces) of widely differing reflectivity.
