Abstract
The invention discloses an insulation can, which is used for solving the problems of peculiar smell, color change or poor sanitation caused by moisture absorption of an inner layer of a conventional insulation can. Comprises the following steps: the outer box body is provided with a box body and a box cover, and the box cover can be openably covered on an opening of the box body; and the inner container is provided with a heat-preservation interlayer positioned between a piece of waterproof cloth and the inner wall of the box body, and the waterproof cloth is made of mesh clamping cloth with a PE yarn net layer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an insulation can, in particular to an insulation can which is convenient to carry and provides cold insulation or heat insulation effect for articles in the can.
Background
Busy modern people often choose to engage in outdoor leisure activities while on vacation to relieve stress of life and enhance feelings among relatives and friends. When the user is in green in outing or camping outdoors, the user usually selects the portable heat preservation box to carry the food which needs to be kept cold or warm, so that the user can enjoy cool or warm instant food at any time, or the food is preserved to avoid the situation that the food is rotten when the food is put into the room to be cooked.
However, the surface layer of the inner container of the incubator in the prior art is made of the nylon laminated cloth, but the cross-section fiber of the nylon laminated cloth can absorb liquid to generate peculiar smell, discolor or poor sanitation, and the like, so that a TPU sealing strip is required to heat seal all the processing cross sections in the conventional incubator, which not only causes burden on cost, but also has the problem that the productivity is difficult to improve.
Further improvements are needed to meet market demands.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide an incubator in which the surface layer of the inner container does not absorb liquid, thereby eliminating the heat-sealing operation and the associated material cost.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide an incubator which can be more lightweight.

Referring to fig. 1-4, in order to make the above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below:
referring to fig. 1 and 3, the preferred embodiment of the incubator of the present invention includes an outer case 1 and an inner container 2, wherein the inner container 2 is located inside the outer case 1.
The outer box 1 has a box body 1a and a box cover 1b, the box body 1a has an opening 11 for taking out or putting in the article, the box cover 1b can cover the opening 11 of the box body 1a and is opened when the article is needed to be taken in or put out. The present invention does not limit the type of the outer box 1, that is, the box body 1a and the box cover 1b can form various three-dimensional shapes together, and the opening 11 of the box body 1a can be disposed at the top end or any position of the box body 1a, which can be changed by a person skilled in the art according to the needs, so the invention is not limited to the cubic outer box 1 disclosed in the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the cover 1b may be located at the top of the box body 1a, and the top periphery of the cover 1b may have a ring wall 12, and the ring wall 12 may make the objects placed on the top of the cover 1b less prone to fall out.
More specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the outer case 1 of the present embodiment may have a case body 1a and a case cover 1b partially connected. The outer box 1 has a fixing portion 13, so that when the cover 1b is closed, the fixing portion 13 keeps the box body 1a and the cover 1b from separating. For example, the fixing portion 13 may be a zipper set, and preferably a waterproof zipper set; in other embodiments, the fixing portion 13 may also be a connecting structure such as a binding band, a velcro or a magnetic buckle set, which can be repeatedly combined and separated, and the invention is not limited thereto. The box body 1a and the box cover 1b may be made of TPU (for example, nylon cloth with TPU films adhered on both sides) and may have a water-repellent characteristic.
In addition, the outer box 1 can be provided with two carrying belts 14, and the two carrying belts 14 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the outer box 1 so as to move the insulation can; wherein, each lifting belt 14 can be a hollow braid and is internally provided with soft materials to improve the comfort of use. The outer box 1 may have two buckles 15, the two buckles 15 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the outer box 1 for buckling two ends of a strap (not shown), so that a user can carry the incubator sideways or obliquely. The outer case 1 may further be provided with at least one adjustable webbing loop 16 at the rear side for a user to pass a rope or a fixing strap (not shown) through the adjustable webbing loop so as to fix the outer case 1 to a luggage rack of a vehicle. The outer surface of the outer box 1 may further have at least one storage bag 17 for placing the above mentioned straps, ropes or other small articles.
Referring to fig. 3, the inner container 2 is located inside the outer box 1, and the inner container 2 surrounds to form an accommodating space S, which is communicated with the opening 11 of the box body 1a for accommodating the articles placed in the thermal insulation box. In this embodiment, the inner container 2 has a thermal insulation layer 21 between a waterproof cloth 22 and the inner wall of the box body 1 a. The heat-insulating interlayer 21 can be made of a foamed PE material such as poly (phenylene oxide, abbreviated as PPO, or PPE) or a foamed rubber material such as Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), so that the heat-insulating time can reach 48-72 hours; the heat-insulating interlayer 21 made of the NBR material can have longer heat-insulating time, and the heat-insulating interlayer 21 made of the PPO material, such as polyethylene foam (or pearl cotton), can reduce the weight by about three times compared with the heat-insulating interlayer 21 made of the NBR material, so that the heat-insulating interlayer is light in weight, odorless and lower in cost.
The waterproof cloth 22 is adjacent to the accommodating space S, and the waterproof cloth 22 is made of a mesh fabric with a mesh layer made of PE yarns, so that the PE yarns have no capillary holes and do not absorb moisture, so that even if the waterproof cloth 22 contacts the liquid in the accommodating space S, the problems of peculiar smell, color change or poor sanitation and the like can be avoided, the processing section of the waterproof cloth 22 does not need to be heat-sealed, and the cost and the processing time caused by heat sealing can be saved. The net cloth can be EVA net cloth, that is, the net cloth with at least one layer of EVA film adhered to each of two sides of PE yarn has specific gravity of 0.8-0.9 and light weight, and can be cold-resistant EVA used in low temperature environment of-40 deg.C, and is suitable for low temperature refrigeration, and the EVA film can also be used in warm environment up to 70 deg.C, so that it can meet the heat preservation requirement of the heat preservation box. In this embodiment, the waterproof cloth 22 can completely cover the heat-insulating interlayer 21, so that the heat-insulating interlayer 21 is not exposed, and the object placed in the accommodating space S only contacts the waterproof cloth 22; the waterproof cloth 22 can cover the top end of the heat-insulating interlayer 21, and the edge of the waterproof cloth 22 is combined with the inner wall of the top end of the box body 1a, so that external substances can not enter between the inner container 2 and the box body 1 a. In addition, in the embodiment where the box body 1a is made of TPU laminated cloth, for example, a material-compatible hot melt adhesive film may be added between the joint of the waterproof cloth 22 and the top inner wall of the box body 1a, and the joint may be formed by high frequency welding, so as to improve the joint stability between the waterproof cloth 22 and the box body 1 a.
On the other hand, the inner container 2 may further have another thermal insulation interlayer 21 'located between another waterproof cloth 22' and the inner wall of the box cover 1b, the waterproof cloth 22 'may completely cover the thermal insulation interlayer 21', and the edge of the waterproof cloth 22 'may be combined with the inner wall of the box cover 1b, so that when the box cover 1b is in a closed state, the thermal insulation interlayer 21' located on the box cover 1b is aligned above the thermal insulation interlayer 21 'located on the box body 1a, and the waterproof cloth 22' located on the box cover 1b abuts against the waterproof cloth 22 located on the box body 1a, so that the accommodating space S is sealed.
In addition, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to enhance the heat preservation effect, the inner container 2 may further have at least one reflective layer 23, and the reflective layer 23 may be, for example, an aluminum foil film, so as to further slow down the heat exchange between the accommodating space S and the outside. In this embodiment, the number of the reflective layers 23 may be two, wherein one reflective layer 23 may be located between the thermal insulation interlayer 21 and the inner wall of the box body 1a, and the other reflective layer 23 may be located between the thermal insulation interlayer 21' and the inner wall of the box cover 1 b; therefore, the heat-preservation interlayer 21 made of PPO materials is matched for use, the heat-preservation effect can be about 60 hours, and the heat-preservation interlayer is more suitable for leisure activities of two days of a week.
Referring to fig. 3 again, the thermal insulation box may further include a supporting plate 3, the supporting plate 3 may be a plastic hollow corrugated board (e.g., PP corrugated board), and the supporting plate 3 may be located between the inner container 2 and the box body 1a, so that the thermal insulation box is light in weight, has good supporting strength, and is not easy to deform.
In summary, the waterproof cloth laid on the surface layer of the inner container of the incubator of the present invention is a mesh fabric with a PE gauze layer, so that the surface layer of the inner container does not absorb liquid, thereby avoiding the generation of odor, discoloration or poor hygiene, and the like, eliminating the heat sealing operation and the related material cost, and having the effects of reducing the manufacturing cost and improving the productivity. And moreover, the weight of the waterproof cloth is light, if the heat-insulation interlayer made of PPO (polyphenylene oxide) material is matched and selected, not only is no material odor generated, but also the weight of the whole heat-insulation box can be effectively reduced, and the heat-insulation box which is lighter in weight and has enough heat-insulation time is provided.
It should be mentioned that the incubator of the present invention can be used for carrying food to be kept cold or warm when engaged in outdoor leisure activities, and can also be used for the production, transportation or sale process of medicine or food, even for the transportation process of organ donation, and other occasions, without being limited to the above-mentioned usage mode.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (11)
1. An incubator, comprising:
the outer box body is provided with a box body and a box cover, and the box cover can be openably covered on an opening of the box body; and
an inner container, which is provided with a heat-preserving interlayer positioned between a waterproof cloth and the inner wall of the box body, wherein the waterproof cloth is made of a mesh fabric with a PE yarn net layer.
2. The incubator of claim 1, wherein: the heat-insulating interlayer is made of PPO material.
3. The incubator of claim 2, wherein: the waterproof cloth is EVA net cloth.
4. The incubator of claim 3, wherein: the use temperature of the EVA clamp mesh cloth is-40 ℃ to 70 ℃.
5. The incubator of claim 4, wherein: the waterproof cloth completely covers the heat-preservation interlayer, and the edge of the waterproof cloth is combined with the inner wall of the top end of the box body.
6. The incubator of claim 5, wherein: the inner bag has another heat preservation intermediate layer to be located between the inner wall of another tarpaulin and this case lid, and this another heat preservation intermediate layer is completely covered to this another tarpaulin, and the edge of this another tarpaulin combines the inner wall of this case lid, and when this case lid was the lid and closes the state, the heat preservation intermediate layer that is located this case lid was counterpointed in the heat preservation intermediate layer top that is located this case body, and the tarpaulin butt that is located this case lid is located the tarpaulin of this case body.
7. The incubator of claim 6, wherein: the inner container is provided with at least one reflecting layer positioned between the heat-preservation interlayer and the inner wall of the box body.

10. The incubator of claim 8, wherein: the outer box body is provided with two lifting belts which are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the outer box body, and each lifting belt is a hollow braid and is internally provided with soft materials.
11. The incubator of claim 10, wherein: the box cover is positioned at the top end of the box body, and the periphery of the top surface of the box cover is provided with a ring wall.
