When the roll paper is fed, the driving motor rotates clockwise, the clutch in the first transmission mechanism 202202 connected with the first rotating shaft 200 is powered on, and the clutch in the second transmission mechanism 203 connected with the second rotating shaft is powered off. The driving motor drives the first rotating shaft to rotate, and the second rotating shaft is driven, namely the first rotating shaft is a driving wheel, and the second rotating shaft is a driven wheel.
When the roll paper is rolled out, the driving motor rotates anticlockwise, the clutch in the first transmission mechanism 202202 connected with the first rotating shaft is powered off, and the clutch in the second transmission mechanism 203 connected with the second rotating shaft is powered on. The driving motor drives the second rotating shaft to rotate, the first rotating shaft is driven, namely the second rotating shaft is a driving wheel, and the first rotating shaft is a driven wheel.

In two adjacent rotating actions of the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism, the distances traveled by the roll paper in the positive direction and the negative direction are equal.
Specifically, the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and two driven synchronizing wheels (not marked in the figure) respectively sleeved at the end parts of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are oppositely arranged left and right and arranged in parallel to be matched for use.
The driving shaft is connected with the driven synchronizing wheel through the synchronizing belt wheel, and the forward and reverse transmission of the paper rolling component can be realized through the opening and closing of the clutch. When the left clutch is closed and the right clutch is opened, the driving shaft drives the roll paper to transmit along the sheet feeding direction, and the sheet feeding action before the printing of the battery sheet is realized; when the left clutch is closed and the right clutch is opened, the driving shaft drives the driven synchronous wheel, the driven synchronous wheel drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the roll paper is driven in the sheet discharging direction, and the sheet discharging action after the printing of the battery sheet is finished is realized.
The mounted roll paper is positioned on the rotating shaft at the right clutch side, and after being used for multiple times and replaced by new paper, the roll paper at the right clutch side is gradually rolled on the rotating shaft at the left clutch side, the roll paper on the right clutch side rotating shaft gradually decreases from the original roll paper to the maximum through the continuous use of the roll paper until all the roll paper is used up, the roll paper on the left clutch side rotating shaft is wound on the left clutch side rotating shaft from the original minimum to all the roll paper, since the roll paper diameter on the right clutch-side rotating shaft and the roll paper diameter on the left clutch-side rotating shaft are gradually changed with the progress of the operation, therefore, the used amount of the roll paper cannot be calculated through the motor, the machine tool control system cannot judge when the new roll paper is replaced, it is necessary to return to the original position when feeding and discharging sheets by a counting encoder connected to the rotary shaft, and calculate the actual usage amount of the roll paper to determine when to replace the roll paper with new one.
For realizing better effect, this embodiment has still adopted the take-up pulley for the tensioning of the in-process guarantee stock form rotates.
