(2) taking the coated aluminum film pearl cotton on a die cutting machine according to the divided sizes for cutting;
(3) putting the paperboard into a glue spreader for gluing, and then adhering the aluminized pearl cotton cut in the step (2) on the paperboard within 1 minute to obtain a composite pearl cotton paperboard;
(4) putting the composite pearl cotton paper board into a pressing machine for pressing, so that the bonding degree is firmer;
(5) and (5) folding the laminated composite pearl cotton paper board obtained in the step (4) according to a paper box mode and then sealing nails.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the pearl wool composite carton provided by the invention, the heat-insulating and shockproof materials are directly compounded on the carton, so that the labor cost for packaging is saved, a large part of transportation cost is saved, most importantly, the pearl wool composite carton is tasteless and environment-friendly, and can directly contact fruits, vegetables and marine products.

Example 1

The preparation method of the pearl wool composite carton comprises the following steps:

(4) putting the composite pearl cotton paperboard into a pressing machine for pressing;
