Claims (6)

1. A drawing die, characterized in that it comprises:
a product shape surface (1);
one end of the arc surface (3) is connected with the product-shaped surface (1); the radius of the arc surface (3) is 30-35 mm;
the pressing plane (4) is connected with the other end of the arc surface (3), the pressing plane (4) is tangent to the arc surface (3) at the connection position of the pressing plane (4) and the arc surface, and a draw bead (40) is arranged on the pressing plane (4); and the number of the first and second groups,

the drawing female die also comprises a transition inclined surface (2), and the arc surface (3) is connected with the product profile (1) through the transition inclined surface (2);
the transition inclined plane (2) is tangent to the product profile (1) at the connection position, and the transition inclined plane (2) is tangent to the arc surface (3) at the connection position.
3. The drawing die of claim 2, wherein: from product profile (1) to arc surface (3) direction, the length of transition inclined plane (2) is 5~10 mm.
4. A shallow drawing die, comprising:
a drawing die according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
the drawing die comprises a drawing male die (5), a blank holder (6) is arranged beside the drawing male die (5), an integral structure formed by the drawing male die (5) and the blank holder (6) is arranged opposite to the drawing female die, a groove (60) is arranged on the blank holder (6) at a position opposite to the draw bead (40), and a die gap (61) between the drawing male die (5) and the blank holder (6) faces the arc surface (3).
5. A shallow drawing die according to claim 4, wherein: the die gap (61) faces towards one end of the arc surface (3) connected with the pressing plane (4).
