The inside upper end of second collection box 9 is provided with second filter layer 38, and second collection box 9 communicates with water tank 7 through second recovery tube 45, is provided with second water pump 39 on the second recovery tube 45, collects the water that the plastics on first conveyer 10 left over through second collection box 9, filters the water source through second filter layer 38, carries the water tank 7 through second water pump 39 after will filtering and carries out cyclic utilization.

The working principle is as follows: pouring plastics into a cleaning guide bin 4 in sequence, connecting a water tank 7 with each spray head 8, spraying water through each spray head 8, keeping the interior of the cleaning guide bin 4 in a state of being filled with water all the time, starting a first motor 21, driving a first rotating rod 17 to rotate by the first motor 21, driving each second bevel gear 20 to rotate by the first rotating rod 17, driving each first bevel gear 19 to rotate by each second bevel gear 20, driving each cleaning roller 12 to rotate by each first bevel gear 19, stirring the plastics by a stirring plate 13 on each cleaning roller 12, cleaning the plastics, guiding the cleaned plastics to an inclined blanking slideway 16 through a shifting port 15 for blanking by the stirring plate 13 on each cleaning roller 12 in a guiding manner, filtering heavier gravel impurities through a filter screen 22 arranged in the cleaning guide bin 4, and filtering the gravel impurities into a gravel filter bin 5, when the crushed stones in the crushed stone filtering bin 5 need to be cleaned in the later period, the second motor 24 is started, the second motor 24 drives the screw shaft 23 to rotate, the crushed stones are sequentially conveyed towards the feeding pipe 25 through the screw shaft 23, the pipe cover 26 is opened to discharge impurities of the crushed stones, water input into the crushed stone filtering bin 5 can be effectively filtered through the first filter layer 27 arranged in the first recovery box 6, so that the water source is clearer, the filtered water is conveyed to the water tank 7 through the first water pump 28 to be recycled, the water source is saved, the cleaned plastic is input into the first conveyor 10 through the inclined feeding slideway 16, the first conveyor 10 is sequentially conveyed, the third motor 33 is started, the third motor 33 drives the rotary table 34 to rotate, the rotary table 34 drives the stirring pin 37 to rotate one end of the hinged connecting rod 35 along the axis of the rotary table 34, and the other end of the hinged connecting rod 35 drives the stirring connecting rod 36 to swing, simultaneously, all the drying heads 11 on one of the second rotating rods 30 are driven to swing, the drying heads 11 on the other second rotating rod 30 are driven to swing through a driving wheel 31, a synchronous belt and a synchronous belt, plastics conveyed on the first conveyor 10 are respectively dried through the drying heads 11 on each second rotating rod 30, the dried water source is sequentially conveyed to the inclined downward end of the flattening blanking conveyor 3 through a first conveying frame, water left by the plastics on the first conveyor 10 is collected through a second recovery box 9, the water source is filtered through a second filter layer 38, the filtered water is conveyed to the water tank 7 through a second water pump 39 for recycling, the plastics are sequentially conveyed through a pressing rod 40 arranged on the flattening blanking conveyor 3, and each plastic is flattened and blanked through a pressing plate 43 in sequence.
Claims (10)
1. A cleaning device for recycled plastics is characterized by comprising a base (1), a cleaning box, a drying table (2) and a flattening blanking conveyor (3);
the cleaning box, the drying table (2) and the flattening blanking conveyor (3) are linearly distributed on the top of the base (1) along the length direction of the base (1);
the cleaning box consists of a cleaning material guiding bin (4), a broken stone filtering bin (5) and a first recovery box (6);
the first recovery box (6) is arranged on the base (1), the gravel filtering bin (5) is arranged at the top of the first recovery box (6), the bottom of the gravel filtering bin (5) is communicated with the inside of the first recovery box (6), the cleaning guide bin (4) is horizontally arranged at the top of the gravel filtering bin (5), the bottom of the cleaning guide bin (4) is communicated with the inside of the gravel filtering bin (5), a water tank (7) is arranged above the cleaning guide bin (4), a plurality of spray heads (8) are arranged below the water tank (7), the water tank (7) is connected with the side wall of the cleaning guide bin (4) through a first support, a second recovery box (9) is arranged at the top of the drying table (2), the top of the second recovery box (9) is of an open structure, a first conveyor (10) which is horizontally arranged is arranged at the top of the second recovery box (9), and a plurality of drying heads (11) which can perform swinging motion are arranged above the first conveyor (10), one end of the first conveyor (10) is in butt joint with one end of the cleaning guide bin (4), the flattening blanking conveyor (3) is obliquely arranged on one side of the drying table (2), and the oblique downward end of the flattening blanking conveyor (3) is in butt joint with one end of the first conveyor (10).

The recycled plastic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the top of the cleaning guide bin (4) is an open structure, a plurality of cleaning rollers (12) are arranged inside the cleaning guide bin (4) and are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the cleaning guide bin (4), all the cleaning rollers (12) are horizontally arranged along the length direction of the cleaning guide bin (4), two ends of each cleaning roller (12) can respectively and rotatably penetrate through two sides of the cleaning guide bin (4) to extend outwards, each cleaning roller (12) is provided with horizontally arranged shifting plates (13) at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of each cleaning roller (12), each shifting plate (13) is respectively provided with rectangular notches (14) distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of each shifting plate (13), and one end of the cleaning guide bin (4) close to the first conveyor (10) is provided with a material moving port (15), an inclined blanking slideway (16) is arranged below the material moving port (15).

The recycled plastic cleaning device as recited in claim 4, wherein the crushed stone filtering bin (5) is horizontally arranged between the cleaning material guiding bin (4) and the second recycling bin (9), a screw shaft (23) is arranged inside the crushed stone filtering bin (5), two ends of the screw shaft (23) are respectively inserted into two ends inside the crushed stone filtering bin (5) in a rotatable manner and extend outwards, a second motor (24) is arranged at one end of the crushed stone filtering bin (5), the second motor (24) is arranged on the outer wall of the crushed stone filtering bin (5), the output end of the second motor (24) is connected with one end of the screw shaft (23), a discharging pipe (25) is arranged at one end, far away from the second motor (24), of the crushed stone filtering bin (5), and a pipe cover (26) is arranged at the end of the discharging pipe (25).

A recycled plastic cleaning device as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the first filter layer (27) is arranged at the upper end of the interior of the first recycling tank (6), the first recycling tank (6) is communicated with the water tank (7) through a first recycling pipe (44), and the first water pump (28) is arranged on the first recycling pipe (44).

The recycled plastic cleaning device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bottom of the first conveyor (10) is connected with the inner upper end of the second recycling bin (9) through a second support, two horizontal frames (29) are symmetrically arranged above the first conveyor (10) along the width direction of the first conveyor (10), each horizontal frame (29) is connected with the top of the first conveyor (10) through a third support, two second rotating rods (30) are symmetrically arranged between the two horizontal frames (29), all drying heads (11) are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of each second rotating rod (30), two ends of each second rotating rod (30) can respectively rotate and penetrate through two sides of each horizontal frame (29) to extend outwards, one end of one second rotating rod (30) of the two second rotating rods (30) is provided with a driving wheel (31), one end of the other second rotating rod (30) is provided with a driven wheel (32), and the driving wheel (31) is in transmission connection with the driven wheel (32) through a synchronous belt.
