Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-deformation filter element assembly applied to a diesel filter of a drilling platform, which comprises a filter element end cover, filter paper (3) and a central tube (2), wherein the outer surface of the filter paper is spirally wound by a glue line (6) formed by a hot melt glue layer (62) on the outer layer and an alkali-free twisted glass fiber layer (61) on the inner layer. The filter element end cover is made of TPU plastic materials. The double-layer rubber wire is spirally wound on the outer surface of the filter paper, so that the filter paper is prevented from being folded in the use process of the filter element assembly, the deformation of the filter paper is effectively prevented, and the integral strength of the filter element assembly is enhanced.
