Description

Medical oncology fills chemotherapy dispensing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical oncology appliances, in particular to a perfusion and chemotherapy dispensing device for medical oncology.
Background
The arterial perfusion chemotherapy has the characteristics of no operation, small wound, quick recovery and good effect. The arterial perfusion chemotherapy can match several most effective anticancer drugs together, find the tumor-supplying artery by the catheter technique, and directly inject the anticancer drug and the embolic agent into the tumor tissue. This therapy has two major advantages: on one hand, the high-concentration medicine directly acts on local parts to play the maximum anti-tumor effect, has small toxic and side effects on the whole body and enables most patients to be treated; on the other hand, the blood supply vessel of the tumor is blocked, so that the tumor loses blood supply and dies. The tumor comprehensive treatment expert Guojiheng considers that the technology is particularly suitable for the malignant tumors of liver, lung, stomach, kidney, pelvic cavity, bone and soft tissue which lose the operation chance or are not suitable for operation.
The chemotherapeutic medicine is a medicine for treating tumor, because the chemotherapeutic medicine is mostly a cytotoxic medicine, the medicines can act on different links of tumor cell growth and reproduction so as to inhibit or kill the tumor cell. However, chemotherapy drugs also affect normal cells of medical care personnel due to toxicity, particles invisible to naked eyes often escape due to improper operation when the chemotherapy drugs are configured and used, aerosol or aerosol containing toxic particles is formed in the air, and drugs enter human bodies through respiratory tracts or skins, so that the medical care personnel are affected physically.
Several anti-cancer drugs are required to be mixed together in a stirring mode before the existing perfusion chemotherapy, certain reaction can be generated when the drugs are contacted with air in the preparation process, the medicine preparation effect is poor, viruses and particles in the outside air can be injected into a human body through an injector, the chemotherapy drugs inevitably escape in the stirring process, and the chemotherapy drugs enter the human body through a respiratory tract or skin, so that physical damage is caused to medical workers.
