Background
In recent years, patients with impacted anterior teeth in the replacement stage in orthodontic clinical treatment have gradually increased. The age of the patients is 7-10 years, and the clinical manifestations are that the normally replaced maxillary incisors are not erupted in time, and gaps are generated at the eruption positions and are manifested as 'missing teeth'; the imaging examination shows that the impacted maxillary incisors are mostly impacted horizontally in a high-position vector manner and are mostly accompanied with abnormal development of tooth roots, the tooth roots are shorter than the same-name teeth on the opposite side, the apical foramen can not be completely closed, and the root tips of the tooth roots are bent to form an angle. For the cases of the impacted upper anterior teeth in the replacement period, due to the poor development condition of the impacted upper anterior tooth root and the limited traditional correction technical means, the multi-face impacted upper anterior teeth of the sick child are pulled out. Therefore, the occurrence of the occlusion of the anterior teeth in the tooth replacement stage not only can cause the deformity of the dental arch, but also can seriously affect the chewing function and the beautiful appearance of the children in the tooth replacement stage, and even can cause the psychological disorder of part of the children. The early treatment of the pre-dental occlusion in the dental replacement stage has important clinical significance for recovering the normal chewing function of the pre-teeth of children, improving the beauty of the face of a child patient and remodeling the mental health.
As shown in figure 1, the device for correcting the impacted upper anterior tooth in the tooth replacement period in the prior art uses the adjacent tooth as the anchorage, because a patient is in the tooth replacement period, the tooth and the alveolus are in the growth change period, and the number of the adjacent tooth is not enough to form strong anchorage to pull the impacted upper anterior tooth, therefore, the traditional impacted upper anterior tooth pulling mode can often lead to the inclination of the adjacent tooth, the eruption gap of the impacted upper anterior tooth is narrowed, and even the risk of the absorption of the root of the adjacent tooth occurs.
