The sole components enter the neutralizing assembly 7 along with the conveying channel 2, the nozzle 32 cleans the sole components after entering the neutralizing assembly 7, the conveying channel 2 is provided with a second rigid strip plate 26 capable of rotating through the lower pressure plate 24, after the exposed soles are washed clean by the upstream nozzle 32, the lower pressure plate 24 stops, the upper pressure plate 23 drives the soles to advance by friction force, the second rigid strip plate 26 rotates for half a circle under the friction action of the soles to expose the previously covered sole components, the lower pressure plate 24 moves synchronously with the upper pressure plate 23, the downstream nozzle 32 cleans the exposed sole components, the cleaned sole components basically have no residual liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank 4 through two steps of water washing and neutralizing, the cleaned sole components are blown off by the air knife 6 and then enter the drying device 5 for drying, and finally discharging from a discharge port.
