the tobacco leaf suction device comprises a negative pressure suction nozzle arranged on the horizontal section of the transmission belt and a negative pressure mechanism communicated with the negative pressure suction nozzle;
the tobacco leaf placing device comprises a placing frame arranged beside the vertical section of the transmission belt and a plate shifting mechanism arranged beside the placing frame, the plate shifting mechanism comprises two belt pulleys arranged up and down and a belt tensioned by the two belt pulleys, and the belt is provided with two shifting plates at equal intervals; the belt pulley at the bottom is in transmission connection with a transmission wheel of the tobacco leaf transmission device through a one-way transmission mechanism;
a plurality of horizontally extending through holes are formed in a frame plate of the placing frame at equal intervals from top to bottom, one end of the placing plate in the width direction penetrates through the corresponding through hole, and the other end of the placing plate is in intermittent contact with a shifting plate of the shifting plate mechanism;
