Currently, the Unlicensed frequency band (NR in Unlicensed Spectrum, NR-U) and the Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) are extensions and complements of the 5G NR.
The initial objective of NR-U is to provide access services using NR protocols in unlicensed frequency bands (including 2.4GHz, 3.5GHz, 5GHz, etc.) in order to meet the traffic demands of seamless coverage and high data rate (large bandwidth) in consideration of limited licensed spectrum resources. 1) The reselection frequency priority of the cell with the broadcast service capability information as support is listed as the reselection frequency priority higher than the cell without the broadcast service capability information, and reselection is carried out according to the different frequency or different system cell reselection rule;
2) The broadcast service capability information is a cell reselection frequency priority which is not supported, the cell reselection frequency priority is listed as a cell reselection frequency priority which is lower than the cell without the broadcast service capability information, and reselection is carried out according to a pilot frequency or inter-system cell reselection rule;
3) When the cells are sorted, placing the cells which support the broadcast service capability information in front of the cells which do not broadcast the service capability information, and reselecting according to the cell reselection rule with the same frequency priority;
4) When the cells are sorted, placing the cells with the broadcast service capability information as unsupported behind the cells without the broadcast service capability information, and reselecting according to the cell reselection rule with the same frequency priority;
if reselecting to the cell not supporting its service type, the terminal can perform special detection to determine whether the cell is suitable for residing, and if not, reselecting to the next cis-cell. The special detection may be LBT, which fails and is not suitable for residence; or propagation delay detection, and if the propagation delay is greater than a certain threshold, the terminal is not suitable for residence.
For example, in the above embodiment, in a situation where a terminal with a URLLC service and a network with NR-U cells are deployed, when the service capability information broadcast by the base station adopts n bits to indicate that the type of the special cell is NR-U, the NR-U cell or the common cell broadcasts the NR-U cell identifier of the local cell or the neighboring cell in the system information; the V2X terminal judges that the V2X terminal is suitable for a cell reselection rule based on the service type according to the registered V2X terminal type, the requested URLLC network slice or the previously initiated URLLC service; the V2X terminal sets the working frequency band of the NR-U cell as a low priority according to the received NR-U cell identification, and reselects according to the different frequency or different system cell reselection rule; if reselecting to the NR-U cell, the V2X terminal performs LBT, and if the LBT fails, reselecting to the next cis-cell.
For another example, in a situation where a terminal with a URLLC service and a network with NTN cells are deployed, an NTN cell or a common cell broadcasts an NTN cell identifier of the local cell or a neighboring cell in system information; the V2X terminal judges that the V2X terminal is suitable for a cell reselection rule based on a low-delay and high-reliability service according to the registered V2X terminal type, the requested URLLC network slice or the previously initiated URLLC service; the V2X terminal places the NTN cell in a common cell during cell sequencing according to the received NTN cell identification, and reselects according to the cell reselection rule with the same frequency priority; and if the cell is reselected to the NTN cell, the V2X terminal carries out propagation delay detection, and if the propagation delay is greater than a certain threshold value, the cell is reselected to the next cis-cell.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, the terminal may receive the service capability information broadcast by the network node (base station), and determine whether the cell reselection rule based on the service type is applicable according to the terminal registration information, slice information, or service history information, and the like, and perform cell reselection according to the corresponding rule, and further detect the reselection result, so as to ensure that the user terminal preferentially reselects the cell suitable for the service requirement of the user terminal.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an information sending method, which is applied to network equipment and comprises the following steps: and sending the service capability information of the network equipment to a terminal, so that the terminal performs cell reselection according to the received service capability information when the terminal reselects a cell based on a service type.
Wherein the service capability information is indicated using at least one bit. The service capability information is carried in a system message block SIB. The system message block includes: at least one of a system message block SIB1, a system message block SIB2, a system message block SIB3, a system message block SIB4 and a system message block SIB 5.
Wherein the at least one bit indicates at least one of: supporting or not supporting the appointed service type; supporting or not supporting the preset service type; slice identification supported or unsupported; quality of service, qoS, capabilities supported or unsupported; the cell type is preset.
It should be noted that all the implementations of the terminal-side method described above are applicable to this embodiment, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal 20, including:
a transceiver 21, configured to acquire service reference information of a terminal;
a processor 22, configured to determine whether the terminal can perform cell reselection based on a service type according to the service reference information;
the transceiver 21 is further configured to perform cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device when the terminal reselects a cell based on the service type.
Wherein the service reference information includes: at least one of registration information of the terminal, network slice information requested by the terminal along with the request, and service history information of the terminal.
Wherein the processor 22 is specifically configured to: in the registration information, if the service type used by the terminal for registration is a first predetermined service type, determining that the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type; or, in the attachment process of the terminal, if the network slice requested by the terminal is a network slice of a second predetermined service type, determining that the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type; or, in a preset time period, if the terminal initiates a service of a third predetermined service type, determining that the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type.
Wherein the service capability information is indicated using at least one bit.
Wherein the at least one bit indicates at least one of: supporting or not supporting the appointed service type; supporting or not supporting the preset service type; slice identification supported or unsupported;
quality of service, qoS, capabilities supported or unsupported; the cell type is preset.
When the transceiver 21 performs cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device, the transceiver is specifically configured to: if the service capability information of a target cell of the network equipment is received, setting the reselection frequency priority of the target cell to be higher than the reselection frequency priority of other cells, and reselecting the target cell according to a different-frequency or different-system cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell supports at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
When the transceiver 21 performs cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device, the method is specifically configured to: if the service capability information of a target cell of the network equipment is received, setting the reselection frequency priority of the target cell to be lower than the reselection frequency priority of other cells, and reselecting the other cells according to a different-frequency or different-system cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell does not support at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
When the transceiver performs cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device, the transceiver is specifically configured to: when the cells are sorted, if the service capability information of a target cell of network equipment is received, placing the target cell in front of other cells, and reselecting the target cell according to a common-frequency priority cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell supports at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
When the transceiver performs cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device, the transceiver is specifically configured to: when the cells are sorted, if the service capability information of a target cell of network equipment is received, after the target cell is placed in other cells, the other cells are reselected according to a common-frequency priority cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell does not support at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
Wherein the transceiver is further configured to: and if the terminal reselects the cell which does not support the service type of the terminal, determining whether the cell is suitable for residing, and if not, reselecting the next cell according to the reselection frequency priority or the cell sequence in the cell sequence.
Wherein, when the transceiver determines whether the cell is suitable for camping, it is specifically configured to: the terminal carries out listen before talk LBT detection, and if the LBT detection fails, the cell is determined to be not suitable for residing; or, the terminal performs propagation delay detection, and if the propagation delay is greater than a preset threshold, it is determined that the cell is not suitable for residence.
It should be noted that the terminal is a terminal corresponding to the method shown in fig. 1, and all implementation manners in the method embodiment are applicable to the embodiment of the terminal, and the same technical effect can be achieved. The terminal may further include: the memory 23, the transceiver 21 and the processor 22, and the transceiver 21 and the memory 23 may be connected through a bus interface, the function of the transceiver 21 may be implemented by the processor 22, and the function of the processor 22 may also be implemented by the transceiver 21.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a network device, including: and the transceiver is used for sending the service capability information of the network equipment to the terminal, so that the terminal performs cell reselection according to the received service capability information when the terminal reselects the cell based on the service type.

It should be noted that the network device is a device corresponding to the method on the network device side, and all implementation manners in the method embodiments are applicable to the embodiment of the network device, and the same technical effect can be achieved. The network device may further include: the processor, the memory, the transceiver and the processor, and the transceiver and the memory can be connected through a bus interface, the function of the transceiver can be realized by the processor, and the function of the processor can also be realized by the transceiver.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a communication device, including: a processor, a memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, performs the method as described above. When the communication device is a terminal, all the implementation manners in the above method embodiment for executing the terminal-side method shown in fig. 1 are applicable to the embodiment, and the same technical effect can be achieved. When the communication device is a network device, for example, the method on the network device side is executed, and all implementation manners in the method embodiment are applicable to the embodiment and can achieve the same technical effect.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium including instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method as described above. All the implementation manners in the above method embodiment are applicable to this embodiment, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the technical solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

The object of the invention is thus also achieved by a program or a set of programs running on any computing device. The computing device may be a general purpose device as is well known. That is, such a program product also constitutes the present invention, and a storage medium storing such a program product also constitutes the present invention. It is to be understood that such storage media can be any known storage media or any storage media developed in the future. It is also noted that in the apparatus and method of the present invention, it is apparent that each component or step can be decomposed and/or recombined. These decompositions and/or recombinations are to be regarded as equivalents of the present invention. Also, the steps of executing the series of processes described above may naturally be executed chronologically in the order described, but need not necessarily be executed chronologically. Some steps may be performed in parallel or independently of each other.

Claims (34)

1. A cell reselection method is applied to a terminal, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring service reference information of a terminal;
determining whether the terminal can reselect a cell based on the service type according to the service reference information;
when the terminal reselects the cell based on the service type, reselecting the cell according to the received service capability information of the network equipment;
the service reference information includes: at least one of registration information of the terminal, network slice information requested by the terminal in response to the request, and service history information of the terminal.
2. The cell reselection method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the terminal can perform cell reselection based on a service type according to the service reference information comprises:
in the registration information, if the service type used by the terminal for registration is a first predetermined service type, determining that the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type; or,
in the attachment process of the terminal, if the network slice requested by the terminal is a network slice of a second preset service type, determining that the terminal can reselect a cell based on the service type; or,
and in a preset time period, if the terminal initiates a service of a third preset service type, determining that the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type.
3. The cell reselection method of claim 1, wherein said service capability information is indicated using at least one bit.
4. The cell reselection method of claim 3, wherein the service capability information is carried in a System message Block (SIB).
5. The cell reselection method of claim 4, wherein the system message block comprises: at least one of a system message block SIB1, a system message block SIB2, a system message block SIB3, a system message block SIB4 and a system message block SIB 5.
6. The cell reselection method of claim 3, wherein said at least one bit indicates at least one of:
supporting or not supporting the appointed service type;
supporting or not supporting the preset service type;
slice identification supported or unsupported;
quality of service, qoS, capabilities supported or unsupported;
the cell type is preset.
7. The cell reselection method according to claim 6, wherein performing cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device comprises:
if the service capability information of a target cell of the network equipment is received, setting the reselection frequency priority of the target cell to be higher than the reselection frequency priorities of other cells, and reselecting the target cell according to a different-frequency or different-system cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell supports at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
8. The cell reselection method according to claim 6, wherein performing cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device comprises:
if the service capability information of a target cell of the network equipment is received, setting the reselection frequency priority of the target cell to be lower than the reselection frequency priority of other cells, and reselecting the other cells according to a different-frequency or different-system cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell does not support at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
9. The cell reselection method according to claim 6, wherein performing cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device comprises:
when the cells are sorted, if the service capability information of a target cell of network equipment is received, placing the target cell in front of other cells, and reselecting the target cell according to a common-frequency priority cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell supports at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
10. The cell reselection method according to claim 6, wherein performing cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device comprises:
when the cells are sorted, if the service capability information of a target cell of network equipment is received, after the target cell is placed in other cells, the other cells are reselected according to a common-frequency priority cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell does not support at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
11. The cell reselection method of any of claims 7 to 10, further comprising:
and if the terminal reselects the cell which does not support the service type of the terminal, determining whether the cell is suitable for residing, and if not, reselecting the next cell according to the reselection frequency priority or the cell sequence in the cell sequence.
12. The cell reselection method of claim 11, wherein determining whether the cell is suitable for camping comprises:
the terminal carries out listen before talk LBT detection, and if the LBT detection fails, the cell is determined to be not suitable for residing; or,
and the terminal detects the propagation delay, and if the propagation delay is greater than a preset threshold value, the cell is determined to be not suitable for residing.
13. The cell reselection method of claim 1, wherein the service capability information comprises: at least one of the service capability information of the local cell and the service capability information of the neighboring cell.
14. The cell reselection method of claim 13, wherein when the service capability information includes service capability information of multiple cells in the current cell and neighboring cells, the service capability information of the multiple cells is represented by a list.
15. A method for sending information, which is applied to a network device, the method comprising:
sending the service capability information of the network equipment to a terminal, and enabling the terminal to determine whether the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type according to the obtained service reference information of the terminal, and then reselecting the cell according to the received service capability information when the cell based on the service type reselects;
the service reference information includes: at least one of registration information of the terminal, network slice information requested by the terminal in response to the request, and service history information of the terminal.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the service capability information is indicated by at least one bit.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the service capability information is carried in a system message block (SIB).
18. The method of transmitting information according to claim 17, wherein the system message block comprises: at least one of a system message block SIB1, a system message block SIB2, a system message block SIB3, a system message block SIB4 and a system message block SIB 5.
19. The method according to claim 16, wherein the at least one bit indicates at least one of:
supporting or not supporting the appointed service type;
supporting or not supporting the preset service type;
slice identification supported or unsupported;
quality of service, qoS, capabilities supported or unsupported;
the cell type is preset.
20. A terminal, comprising:
the transceiver is used for acquiring the service reference information of the terminal;
a processor, configured to determine whether the terminal may reselect a cell based on a service type according to the service reference information;
the transceiver is also used for carrying out cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network equipment when the terminal reselects the cell based on the service type;
the service reference information includes: at least one of registration information of the terminal, network slice information requested by the terminal along with the request, and service history information of the terminal.
21. The terminal of claim 20, wherein the processor is specifically configured to: in the registration information, if the service type used by the terminal for registration is a first predetermined service type, determining that the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type; or, in the attachment process of the terminal, if the network slice requested by the terminal is a network slice of a second predetermined service type, determining that the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type; or, in a preset time period, if the terminal initiates a service of a third predetermined service type, determining that the terminal can reselect the cell based on the service type.
22. The terminal of claim 20, wherein the service capability information is indicated using at least one bit.
23. The terminal of claim 22, wherein the at least one bit indicates at least one of:
supporting or not supporting the appointed service type;
supporting or not supporting the preset service type;
slice identification supported or unsupported;
quality of service, qoS, capabilities supported or unsupported;
the cell type is preset.
24. The terminal according to claim 23, wherein the transceiver, when performing cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device, is specifically configured to:
if the service capability information of a target cell of the network equipment is received, setting the reselection frequency priority of the target cell to be higher than the reselection frequency priority of other cells, and reselecting the target cell according to a different-frequency or different-system cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell supports at least one of an appointed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
25. The terminal according to claim 23, wherein the transceiver, when performing cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device, is specifically configured to:
if the service capability information of a target cell of the network equipment is received, setting the reselection frequency priority of the target cell to be lower than the reselection frequency priority of other cells, and reselecting the other cells according to a different-frequency or different-system cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell does not support at least one of the appointed service type, the preset service type, the slice identifier, the QoS capability and the preset cell type.
26. The terminal according to claim 23, wherein the transceiver, when performing cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device, is specifically configured to:
when the cells are sorted, if the service capability information of a target cell of network equipment is received, placing the target cell in front of other cells, and reselecting the target cell according to a common-frequency priority cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell supports at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
27. The terminal according to claim 23, wherein the transceiver, when performing cell reselection according to the received service capability information of the network device, is specifically configured to:
when the cells are sorted, if the service capability information of a target cell of network equipment is received, after the target cell is placed in other cells, the other cells are reselected according to a common-frequency priority cell reselection rule; the other cells are cells which do not receive the service capability information, and the target cell does not support at least one of an agreed service type, a preset service type, a slice identifier, a QoS capability and a preset cell type.
28. The terminal of any of claims 24 to 27, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
and if the terminal reselects the cell which does not support the service type of the terminal, determining whether the cell is suitable for residing, and if not, reselecting the next cell according to the reselection frequency priority or the cell sequence in the cell sequence.
29. The terminal of claim 28, wherein the transceiver, when determining whether the cell is suitable for camping, is configured to:
the terminal carries out listen before talk LBT detection, and if the LBT detection fails, the cell is determined to be not suitable for residing; or,
and the terminal detects the propagation delay, and if the propagation delay is greater than a preset threshold value, the cell is determined not to be suitable for residing.
30. A network device, comprising: the transceiver is used for sending the service capability information of the network equipment to a terminal, so that the terminal determines whether the terminal can perform cell reselection based on the service type according to the acquired service reference information of the terminal, and performs cell reselection according to the received service capability information when the terminal performs cell reselection based on the service type;
the service reference information includes: at least one of registration information of the terminal, network slice information requested by the terminal along with the request, and service history information of the terminal.
31. The network device of claim 30, wherein the service capability information is indicated using at least one bit.
32. The network device of claim 31, wherein the at least one bit indicates at least one of:
supporting or not supporting the appointed service type;
supporting or not supporting the preset service type;
slice identification supported or unsupported;
quality of service, qoS, capabilities supported or unsupported;
the cell type is preset.
33. A communication device, comprising: a processor, a memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, performs the method of any of claims 1 to 14, or the method of any of claims 15 to 19.
34. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 14 or the method of any one of claims 15 to 19.
