s1: selecting two proper blank pieces, and respectively marking the two proper blank pieces as a first blank piece and a second blank piece;
s2: punching round holes in the centers of the first blank piece and the second blank piece;
s3: preprocessing a first blank, namely stamping the first blank by using a stamping die, then expanding and punching the first blank, then cutting edges and polishing the first blank according to the size requirement, and then welding an installation table (14) at the center of the first blank to obtain a heavy hammer main body (1) blank;
s4: preprocessing the second blank, namely stamping the second blank by using a stamping die, and then cutting edges and polishing the second blank according to the size requirement to obtain a first fan plate (21) blank;
s5: placing the heavy hammer main body (1) blank and the first fan plate (21) blank in a sand blasting chamber for sand blasting, and then performing surface galvanization treatment;
s6: assembling the sealing plate (2), wherein an inner protective ring (23) is welded on the bottom wall of the first fan plate (21), then an outer protective ring (24) and a second fan plate (22) are installed, and the gap between the second fan plate (22) and the first fan plate (21) is controlled to be 0.1-0.2 mm;
s7: the sealing plate (2) is arranged above the heavy hammer main body (1), wherein the sealing plate (2) is fixed above the heavy hammer main body (1) through a countersunk head screw (26), and the surface of the sealing plate (2) is flat.
7. The process of claim 6, wherein the diameter of the first blank is greater than the diameter of the second blank in step S1.
8. The process for manufacturing a weight piece with easy replacement from the side as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step S7, the sealing plate (2) is filled with fine sand or solid iron sand inside the weight body (1) before installation.
