Traffic, security protection, energy and the like, and all resources are orderly and coordinately managed and allocated, so that the safety and convenience of life are improved, and the happiness of residents is improved.
The invention also proposes a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored. when the request instruction is an elevator call instruction, acquiring the position of the resident in the resident information;
and sending a control command containing the resident position to an elevator control system so that the elevator control system controls the elevator corresponding to the resident position to stop to the floor corresponding to the resident position.
3. The intelligent community management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of executing the operation corresponding to the request instruction according to the resident information comprises:
when the request instruction is a defense deploying instruction or a defense withdrawing instruction, acquiring the position of the resident in the resident information;
and sending a control instruction containing the position of the resident to a security control system so that the security control system controls a security subsystem corresponding to the position of the resident to perform arming or disarming.
4. The intelligent community management method according to claim 3, wherein the arming instruction or the disarming instruction is sent after the intelligent terminal receives the operation of the resident, or sent after detecting that the resident leaves the residence or enters the residence.
5. The intelligent community management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of executing the operation corresponding to the request instruction according to the resident information comprises:
when the request instruction is a query instruction, sending the resident information to a property management system according to the query instruction so that the property management system queries feedback information corresponding to the query instruction according to the resident information;
and receiving feedback information which is sent by the property management system and corresponds to the query instruction, and sending the feedback information to the intelligent terminal.

receiving a first door opening request sent by an access control management system, and acquiring a resident number in the first door opening request;
inquiring an intelligent terminal corresponding to the resident number in an intelligent terminal record table;
and sending a second door opening request to the intelligent terminal corresponding to the household number.
7. The intelligent community management method according to claim 6, wherein the step of sending a second door opening request to the intelligent terminal corresponding to the household number comprises the following steps:
when a video instruction sent by the intelligent terminal is received, sending a video acquisition instruction to the access control management system so that the access control management system feeds back an access control image shot by a camera at an access control position;
and sending the access control image to an intelligent terminal corresponding to the household number.
8. The intelligent community management method according to claim 7, wherein the step of sending a second door opening request to the intelligent terminal corresponding to the household number further comprises:
and receiving a first door opening instruction sent by the intelligent terminal, and sending a second door opening instruction to the access control management system to open the access control corresponding to the first door opening request.

A community intelligence management system, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the community intelligence management method of any of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the community intelligence management method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
